I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim KEEPS ME SAFE, for I have found SHELTER in Him.
  I REJOICE in the Lord/ Adonai saying, “You are my Lord/ Adonai – I have no good apart from You!”
• I decree and declare the Believers, the Saints/ Kedoshim, who are in the Land are NOBLE – in them is my DELIGHT.
  The Lord/ Adonai is my PORTION and my CUP.
  Lord, You alone CAST MY LOT!
  My BOUNDARY LINES fall in pleasant places – surely my HERITAGE is Beautiful!
• I decree and declare I BLESS the Lord/ Adonai, Who counsels me.
  Even at Night my Heart instructs me.
  I HAVE SET THE LORD/ADONAI ALWAYS BEFORE ME!
  Since He is at my Right Hand, I WILL NOT BE SHAKEN.
• I decree and declare my Heart is GLAD and my Soul REJOICES.
  My Body also RESTS SECURE.
  For You, Lord/ Adonai, will not abandon my soul to Sheol nor let your Faithful One see the Pit.
  You make KNOWN to me the PATH OF LIFE.
  ABUNDANCE of JOYS is in Your PRESENCE, eternal pleasures at Your Right Hand!
• I decree and declare no one who WAITS for the LORD/ ADONAI will be ashamed!
  God Almighty/ El Shaddai I TRUST in You; because of Your GREAT LOVE you will not deny my request that aligns with Your will.
  You will GUIDE ME IN YOUR TRUTH, and TEACH me, for You are my God, my SALVATION, for You I WAIT ALL DAY!
• I decree and declare You, O Lord/ Adonai, REMEMBER ME, because Your COMPASSIONS and Your MERCIES are from Eternity.
  You will not remember the sins of my youth, nor my rebellion, for I am WASHED in the BLOOD of the Lamb, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
• I decree and declare GOOD and UPRIGHT is the Lord/ Adonai.
  Therefore, He DIRECTS sinners in the Way.
  He GUIDES the Humble in what is RIGHT and TEACHES them His Way.
  All the Lord’s Ways are LOVINGKINDNESS and TRUTH to those who keep His Covenant and His testimonies.
• I decree and declare the SECRET of the Lord/ Adonai is for those who FEAR Him!
  He makes His Covenant known to them.
  My EYES are always LOOKING to the Lord/ Adonai, for He will pull my feet out of the net.
  The Lord turns to me and is GRACIOUS to me; for though I was lonely and afflicted, I am now RESTORED and RAISED UP!
• I decree and declare the Lord Jesus/ Adonai Yeshua comes to COMFORT and ENCOURAGE during the times of great transition.
  REJOICE and make it a HABIT to dwell in His PRESENCE night and day.
• I decree and declare that the negative actions and false testimonies of those around me will not dampen my LOVE and ENTHUSIASM for living my LIFE COMMITTED to the Lord.
  He has given me the AUTHORITY that is His – All AUTHORITY in Heaven and on Earth – therefore, I will GO and make disciples of all Nations, immersing them in the Name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh, TEACHING them to observe all that He has commanded me.
• I decree and declare the words of Christ/ Messiah, “Remember! I am with you ALWAYS even to the End of the Age!”
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Preserve me, O God, for I take refuge in You. ² I said to the Lord, “You are my Lord; I have no good besides You.” ³ As for the saints who are in the earth, they are the majestic ones in whom is all my delight. ⁴ The sorrows of those who have bartered for another god will be multiplied; I shall not pour out their drink offerings of blood, nor will I take their names upon my lips.
⁵ The Lord is the portion of my inheritance and my cup; You support my lot. ⁶ The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places; indeed, my heritage is beautiful to me.
⁷ I will bless the Lord who has counseled me; indeed, my mind instructs me in the night. ⁸ I have set the Lord continually before me; because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. ⁹ Therefore my heart is glad and my glory rejoices; my flesh also will dwell securely. ¹⁰ For You will not abandon my soul to Sheol; nor will You allow Your Holy One to undergo decay. ¹¹ You will make known to me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; in Your right hand there are pleasures forever,” Psalm 16:1-11.

“² O my God, in You I trust, do not let me be ashamed; do not let my enemies exult over me. ³ Indeed, none of those who wait for You will be ashamed; those who deal treacherously without cause will be ashamed.
⁴ Make me know Your ways, O Lord; teach me Your paths. ⁵ Lead me in Your truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; for You I wait all the day. ⁶ Remember, O Lord, Your compassion and Your lovingkindnesses, for they have been from of old. ⁷ Do not remember the sins of my youth or my transgressions; according to Your lovingkindness remember me, for Your goodness’ sake, O Lord.
⁸ Good and upright is the Lord; therefore He instructs sinners in the way. ⁹ He leads the humble in justice, and He teaches the humble His way. ¹⁰ All the paths of the Lord are lovingkindness and truth to those who keep His covenant and His testimonies. ¹¹ For Your name’s sake, O Lord, pardon my iniquity, for it is great.
¹² Who is the man who fears the Lord? He will instruct him in the way he should choose. ¹³ His soul will abide in prosperity, and his descendants will inherit the land. ¹⁴ The secret of the Lord is for those who fear Him, and He will make them know His covenant. ¹⁵ My eyes are continually toward the Lord, for He will pluck my feet out of the net.
¹⁶ Turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am lonely and afflicted. ¹⁷ The troubles of my heart are enlarged; bring me out of my distresses. ¹⁸ Look upon my affliction and my trouble, and forgive all my sins. ¹⁹ Look upon my enemies, for they are many, and they hate me with violent hatred. ²⁰ Guard my soul and deliver me; do not let me be ashamed, for I take refuge in You. ²¹ Let integrity and uprightness preserve me, for I wait for You,” Psalm 25:2-21.

“⁹ And behold, Jesus met them and greeted them. And they came up and took hold of His feet and worshiped Him. ¹⁰ Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid; go and take word to My brethren to leave for Galilee, and there they will see Me.”
¹¹ Now while they were on their way, some of the guard came into the city and reported to the chief priests all that had happened. ¹² And when they had assembled with the elders and consulted together, they gave a large sum of money to the soldiers, ¹³ and said, “You are to say, ‘His disciples came by night and stole Him away while we were asleep.’ ¹⁴ And if this should come to the governor’s ears, we will win him over and keep you out of trouble.” ¹⁵ And they took the money and did as they had been instructed; and this story was widely spread among the Jews, and is to this day.
¹⁶ But the eleven disciples proceeded to Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had designated. ¹⁷ When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some were doubtful. ¹⁸ And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. ¹⁹Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, ²⁰ teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age,”” Matthew 28:9-20.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
