In the Midst of….
Have you ever said, “I am too busy — I can’t do that, because I am in the midst of…..”?
Have you ever said, “I can’t go with you, because I am in the midst of……”?
This morning I was scattered in many directions with too unfinished things and I found myself floundering to Focus and Finish.
All at once, I heard that still small voice of The LORD say, “I AM here…. I, I AM always here for you and I AM always in the midst of your ‘small world’ ready to give you wisdom through My Perspective.
I AM enhancing your understanding with greater simplicity and giving you new visions to escalate all that I have entrusted to you.
I AM ever present in the midst of you to give you light that you may shine in this perverse dark world. The storm shall pass over but the reign of My Presence will remain faithful in the midst of you,” says The LORD.
No matter what we are in the midst of, The LORD our God, is there in the midst of them with us.
In the midst of a storm? In the midst of chaos? In the midst of a decision? In the midst of a problem? In the midst of warfare? In the midst of rejoicing? In the midst of birthing? In the midst of praise? In the midst of complaining? In the midst of despair? In the midst of anger? In the midst of crying?
In the midst of no matter what… He is in the midst of it!
He never leaves us or forsakes us. He is our Savior, our Rescuer, our Father, our Provider, our Waymaker, our Truth, our Guide, our Life, our lover, our Judge, our Peace, our joy, our Confidant, our Best Friend and I will stop here and let you fill in your blanks….. What is He to you?
What are you in the midst of? He is there!
He has invested deeply in our lives, He has entrusted us with treasures of truth to release that will set the captives free that will be hope to those who are in despair.
What is your deepest treasure that He has entrusted you with? As you think about it, you may be surprised at the riches He has deposited in you as a safe place. Yes, He has entrusted, simply means He trusts us.
As the snow is covering so much of the United States, I suddenly thought of a song from a long time ago sung by Stephanie Boosahda that melts my heart every time I hear it… Somewhere It’s Snowing…..
Beloved, Let the words of this song Marinate in your heart.
“I once read in a poem,
when snow covers the earth,
That it hides the worlds scars,
and gives nature new birth,
And they say when a man turns from sin to the Lord,
That forgiveness, like snow, covers him evermore!
And somewhere it’s snowing –
see the soft drifting down
As the snowflakes surrender
to the hardening ground.
Like the good grace of Jesus
that now covers our sin,
In the kingdom of Heaven,
it’s snowing, again.
Now, I’ve heard that the angels
lift their hearts and rejoice,
When one traveler turns homeward
from his ways, to the Lord.
If somewhere someone’s turning, he’s giving his all,
And God’s grace, like the snow, is beginning to fall!
And somewhere it’s snowing –
see the soft drifting down
As the snowflakes surrender
to the hardening ground.
Like the good grace of Jesus,
that now covers our sin,
In the kingdom of Heaven,
it’s snowing, again.” © Katrina Rae
I believe in my heart that The LORD is truly cleansing our land, reaching for our hearts and that the snow is preparing us for the Latter Rain that in many place seem to be beginning to fall.
We are being reassured moment by moment that He is in the midst of….. it all!
Here are just a few of the many scriptures that I love to put in my Treasure Chest as I prepare my heart for this last days outpouring of His justice, His goodness, and His Rulership to Reign as His Kingdom comes..
“Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know.” Acts 2:22 KJV.
“That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world,” Philippians 2:15 KJV.
“Yet even in the midst of all these things, we triumph over them all, for God has made us to be more than conquerors, and his demonstrated love is our glorious victory over everything!” Romans 8:37 TPT.
“God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God shall help her, just at the break of dawn.” Psalm 46:5 NKJ.
“For The LORD your God who is among you is a jealous (impassioned) God [demanding what is rightfully and uniquely His] — otherwise the anger of The LORD your God will be kindled and burn against you, and He will destroy you from the face of the earth.” Deuteronomy 6:15 AMP.
“The LORD your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.” Zephaniah 3:17 17 ESV.
Midst : Noun – a place (literal or metaphoric) in the middle of something.Midst preposition: among, in the middle of. Wiktionary.
Again, While we remain in God’s waiting room with patience, I see The LORD taking us to a new level of faith.
I am reminded of a previous word published here on HKP that I feel is the best way to end the blessed assurance He is definitely is IN THE MIDST OF US..Here is an excerpt from “Appointed, Empowered to Be Entrusted“.
“But I say to you, it is a time of reinforcing your trust in my word to you in Hebrews 11:1,
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
” “As I have spoken to you, you just shall live by Faith. I now have come to remind you that your hands have been trained to war, your heart has been trained to trust, yes, trained for your mind must be trained to let My Mind be in you, you have been empowered to empower, and appointed for such a time as this,” says The Father.
“Now faith brings our hopes into reality and becomes the foundation needed to acquire the things we long for. It is all the evidence required to prove what is still unseen.2 This testimony of faith is what previous generations were commended for. Faith empowers us to see that the universe was created and beautifully coordinated by the power of God’s words! He spoke and the invisible realm gave birth to all that is seen.” Hebrews 11:1-3 TPT.
“My Beloved family, even though your feelings are continuing to try to override your spirit in this hour, I say you are physically in a ‘Holding Pattern’ that will soon release you to the place your spirit is longing for.
I caution you to beware of double-mindedness. Stay focused with a single eye full of light. The light shall lead you to your appointed assignment that will carry out all that which has been entrusted to you,” says The LORD of all wisdom.

I hear The LORD saying, “This also is a set time for the older to teach the younger. They were many that have gone before you that are mentioned as ‘Heroes of the Faith’.
In these dark and fear-filled days, many are looking for a hero and I AM calling for those who will demonstrate heroic deeds and Faith beyond measure that will be remembered as Anonymous Heroes of the Faith — but their names shall be well remembered in heaven,” says the Creator of all.
“So shall many seasoned mature Warriors be entrusted to live out their Faith and Testimonies in relationships much like Paul had with Timothy.
They have been appointed and empowered to guard the many deposits entrusted to them for the glory of The LORD in these last days,” says The Father.
“There are some that you have planted and sowed into in the past, whom I AM sending back to in this great hour when many are in the valley of decision.
It is time to Review, Renew, and Reset their faces like flint, to forge ahead fully equipped to finish their race,” says The Great I AM.
The word Entrust in Hebrew denotes appoint to remember or deposit. The dictionary defines ‘Deposit’ as a verb…. store or entrust with someone for safekeeping. “a vault in which guests may deposit valuable property.”
Have you ever stopped to think about depositing your most valuable ‘property’ or information or life experiences? i.e. Testimonies of HIS love and goodness and saving grace with another.
I challenge you today to ask yourself this one thing, “What has God entrusted to me?”
[…….]
May we let that thought marinate in your heart until it is totally absorbed.
We must get a new understanding through His Perspective, that pretty much everything that has been given to us is something He entrusted to us, that changed the way we live, and that is a continual process, that we realize we are ever learning.
“Today, if you lay aside the spirit of entitlement,” says The LORD, “you will be clothed with a fresh garment of humility and holiness that will enable you to no longer be deceived by the pride of your heart — but will be filled to overflowing with transparency and Truth to run with the message of Love, Joy, and Peace.” ”

Thank you Sandi for this powerful word. This is what i needed today. Great Grace to you.
Once again, your Words have spoken to me, Sandi! Thank you for the depth you have poured out from the Fathers Heart.
This post brought me back to a favorite song I use to often sing to the men, behind the glass’ in 2006 and 2007 in the jails- “He’s in the Midst.” I believe it was by the Bishops.
You said through our Lord,
“I caution you to beware of double-mindedness. Stay focused with a single eye full of light. The light shall lead you to your appointed assignment that will carry out all that which has been entrusted to you,” says The LORD of all wisdom.
Amen and Amen.
That we must obey and do!
