I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare we who have DIED with Christ/ Messiah will also LIVE with Him!
  We KNOW that Christ/ Messiah was RAISED from the dead and that DEATH no longer is master over Him.
  For the DEATH He died, He DIED TO SIN ONCE FOR ALL, but the LIFE He lives, He lives to God!
  So we also CONTINUALLY COUNT OURSELVES both DEAD TO SIN and ALIVE to God in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua!
• I decree and declare I will not let sin rule in my mortal body; I will not obey its desires.
  I will not yield my body to sin as a tool of wickedness, but I WILL YIELD MYSELF TO GOD/ ELOHIM as one who is ALIVE from the dead, and my body as a tool of RIGHTEOUSNESS to God/ Elohim.
  For sin will not be master over me, for I am not under the law but under grace.
• I decree and declare I YIELD myself as a SLAVE FOR OBEDIENCE RESULTING IN RIGHTEOUSNESS!
  I THANK God/ Elohim that though I was a slave of sin, I WHOLEHEARTEDLY OBEYED His RIGHTEOUS Teaching, I was SET FREE from sin and became ENSLAVED TO RIGHTEOUSNESS!
  God’s GRACIOUS GIFT is ETERNAL LIFE in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua our Lord!
• I decree and declare I am taking every thought captive to the OBEDIENCE of Christ/ Messiah – READY to punish all disobedience, when my OBEDIENCE is complete.
  For although I walk in the flesh, I do not wage war according to the flesh.
  The WEAPONS of our warfare are not fleshly but POWERFUL through God/ Elohim for the TEARING DOWN of strongholds.
• I decree and declare I call on God/ Elohim as Father, the One Who JUDGES impartially according to each one’s deeds; I live out my time of sojourning in REVERENT FEAR.
  I KNOW THAT I WAS REDEEMED from the futile way of Life handed down from my ancestors – not with perishable things such as silver or gold, but with PRECIOUS BLOOD like that of a LAMB WITHOUT DEFECT OR SPOT, the Blood of Christ/ Messiah!
• I decree and declare Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua was CHOSEN before the foundation of the World but was REVEALED in these Last Times for your sake.
  TO YOU WHO BELIEVE in God, Who RAISED HIM from the dead and gave Him GLORY, your TRUST and HOPE are in God!
• I decree and declare you have PURIFIED your souls in OBEDIENCE to the TRUTH which leads to sincere brotherly LOVE; love one another FERVENTLY from a PURE HEART.
  You have been BORN AGAIN – not from perishable seed but imperishable through the living and enduring Word of God!
• I decree and declare Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua is our INTERCESSOR with the Father; He is the ATONEMENT for our sins, and not only for our sins but also for the whole World! We who KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS are His and known by Him.
  The one who says he knows Christ/ Messiah but does not keep His commandments is a liar and the truth is not in him.
  But all who keep His Word, in him the LOVE of God is truly made PERFECT. We know that we are in Him for we ABIDE in Him and WALK JUST AS HE WALKED.
• I decree and declare you have an ANOINTING from the Holy One, and you all KNOW the TRUTH.
  You know the TRUTH and no lie is of the TRUTH.
  Let what you heard from the beginning remain in you; in this way you will CONTINUE TO LIVE in the Son and in the Father.
  And this is His PROMISE to us: Eternal Life!
• I decree and declare you will ABIDE in Him so that when He appears you will have CONFIDENCE and not be ashamed in His PRESENCE at His coming.
  If you know that He is RIGHTEOUS, you also know that everyone who does what is RIGHT is born of Him.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁸ Now if we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, ⁹ knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, is never to die again; death no longer is master over Him. ¹⁰ For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. ¹¹ Even so consider yourselves to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.
¹² Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its lusts, ¹³ and do not go on presenting the members of your body to sin as instruments of unrighteousness; but present yourselves to God as those alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. ¹⁴ For sin shall not be master over you, for you are not under law but under grace.
¹⁵ What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? May it never be! ¹⁶ Do you not know that when you present yourselves to someone as slaves for obedience, you are slaves of the one whom you obey, either of sin resulting in death, or of obedience resulting in righteousness? ¹⁷ But thanks be to God that though you were slaves of sin, you became obedient from the heart to that form of teaching to which you were committed, ¹⁸ and having been freed from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. ¹⁹ I am speaking in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For just as you presented your members as slaves to impurity and to lawlessness, resulting in further lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves to righteousness, resulting in sanctification.
²⁰ For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness. ²¹ Therefore what benefit were you then deriving from the things of which you are now ashamed? For the outcome of those things is death. ²² But now having been freed from sin and enslaved to God, you derive your benefit, resulting in sanctification, and the outcome, eternal life. ²³ For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord,” Romans 6:8-23.

“³ For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, ⁴ for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. ⁵ We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, ⁶ and we are ready to punish all disobedience, whenever your obedience is complete,” 2 Corinthians 10:3-6..

“¹⁷ If you address as Father the One who impartially judges according to each one’s work, conduct yourselves in fear during the time of your stay on earth; ¹⁸ knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, ¹⁹ but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ. ²⁰ For He was foreknown before the foundation of the world but has appeared in these last times for the sake of you ²¹ who through Him are believers in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.
²² Since you have in obedience to the truth purified your souls for a sincere love of the brethren, fervently love one another from the heart, ²³ for you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring word of God. ²⁴ For, “All flesh is like grass, and all its glory like the flower of grass. The grass withers, and the flower falls off, ²⁵ But the word of the Lord endures forever.”
And this is the word which was preached to you,” 1 Peter 1:17-25.

“¹ My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous; ² and He Himself is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for those of the whole world.
³ By this we know that we have come to know Him, if we keep His commandments. ⁴ The one who says, “I have come to know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him; ⁵ but whoever keeps His word, in him the love of God has truly been perfected. By this we know that we are in Him: ⁶ the one who says he abides in Him ought himself to walk in the same manner as He walked.
⁷ Beloved, I am not writing a new commandment to you, but an old commandment which you have had from the beginning; the old commandment is the word which you have heard. ⁸ On the other hand, I am writing a new commandment to you, which is true in Him and in you, because the darkness is passing away and the true Light is already shining. ⁹ The one who says he is in the Light and yet hates his brother is in the darkness until now. ¹⁰ The one who loves his brother abides in the Light and there is no cause for stumbling in him. ¹¹ But the one who hates his brother is in the darkness and walks in the darkness, and does not know where he is going because the darkness has blinded his eyes……..
………. ¹⁸ Children, it is the last hour; and just as you heard that antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have appeared; from this we know that it is the last hour. ¹⁹ They went out from us, but they were not really of us; for if they had been of us, they would have remained with us; but they went out, so that it would be shown that they all are not of us. ²⁰ But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you all know. ²¹ I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you do know it, and because no lie is of the truth……..
……… ²⁴ As for you, let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father.>
²⁵ This is the promise which He Himself made to us: eternal life.
²⁶ These things I have written to you concerning those who are trying to deceive you. ²⁷ As for you, the anointing which you received from Him abides in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you; but as His anointing teaches you about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you abide in Him.
²⁸ Now, little children, abide in Him, so that when He appears, we may have confidence and not shrink away from Him in shame at His coming. ²⁹ If you know that He is righteous, you know that everyone also who practices righteousness is born of Him,” 1 John 2:1-11, 18-21, 24-29.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
