I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare God’s DESIGN, in this Age, is to rule through RIGHTEOUS men and women who RULE with the MIND of Christ/ Messiah: in TRUTH and INTEGRITY!
  We SUBDUE and RULE over the Earth and all living creatures who must submit to the Name of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
• We declare the Lord God Almighty brings VINDICATION and JUSTICE to all who are oppressed.
  He is MERCIFUL and COMPASSIONATE, slow to anger and rich in grace.
  We PRAISE the Lord that He has not treated us as our sins deserve or paid us back for our offenses, because His MERCY toward those who FEAR Him is as far above Earth as Heaven.
• We decree and declare God has REMOVED our sins from us as far as the East is from the West: INFINITY!
  They are never to counted against us again!
  Do not listen to the lies of the accusers.
  You are washed as WHITE AS SNOW through Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah!
• We declare and praise our God that the MERCY of the Lord, on those who fear Him, is from ETERNITY PAST to ETERNITY FUTURE, and His righteousness extends to their children’s children, provided they KEEP His COVENANT and remember to FOLLOW His PRECEPTS.
• We declare the Lord established His THRONE in Heaven, His kingly POWER RULES EVERYTHING!
  Praise the Lord, all the Angels of His, you Mighty Warriors who OBEY His Word who carry out His ORDERS!
  Bless the Lord, all His troops, who SERVE Him and do what He wants!
  Bless the Lord, all His Works, in every place where He RULES!
• We decree and declare, though there are evil kingdoms and rulers on the Earth, the HOLY ONES of the Most High will soon RECEIVE the Kingdoms and POSSESS them forever, yes, forever and ever!
• We decree and declare, for a SEASON, evil rulers persecute and rule over the Believers; yet WHEN the Ancient One comes, JUDGMENT will be given in FAVOR of the HOLY ONES of the Most High.
  The TIME is coming for the Holy Ones to RECEIVE the KINGDOM!
• We decree and declare the TIME is SHORT!
  To those with ears let them HEAR: evil will come to an end!
  Those who rule with terror and destruction will meet their due: when God’s COURT convenes, they will be STRIPPED OF THEIR RULERSHIP, which will be consumed and completely destroyed.
• We decree then the KINGDOM, the RULERSHIP and the GREATNESS of the Kingdoms under the whole Heaven will be given to the HOLY PEOPLE of the Most High.
  Their Kingdom is an EVERLASTING Kingdom, and all rulers will serve and obey them.
• We decree and declare the APPEARING of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah will come about in its own time by the BLESSED and SOLE SOVEREIGN, who is King of kings and Lord of lords, who ALONE is IMMORTAL, who dwells in unapproachable LIGHT that no human being has ever seen or can see – to Him be HONOR and ETERNAL POWER. Amen!
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“²⁶ Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” ²⁷ God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. ²⁸ God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” Genesis 1:26-28.

” ⁶ The Lord performs righteous deeds and judgments for all who are oppressed. ⁷ He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the sons of Israel. ⁸ The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness. ⁹ He will not always strive with us, nor will He keep His anger forever. ¹⁰ He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. ¹¹ For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him. ¹² As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us…..
….. ¹⁷ But the lovingkindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, and His righteousness to children’s children, ¹⁸ To those who keep His covenant and remember His precepts to do them. ¹⁹ The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, and His sovereignty rules over all. ²⁰ Bless the Lord, you His angels, mighty in strength, who perform His word, obeying the voice of His word! ²¹ Bless the Lord, all you His hosts, you who serve Him, doing His will. ²² Bless the Lord, all you works of His, in all places of His dominion; bless the Lord, O my soul!,” Psalm 103:6-12, 17-22.

“¹⁵ “As for me, Daniel, my spirit was distressed within me, and the visions in my mind kept alarming me. ¹⁶ I approached one of those who were standing by and began asking him the exact meaning of all this. So he told me and made known to me the interpretation of these things: ¹⁷ ‘These great beasts, which are four in number, are four kings who will arise from the earth. ¹⁸ But the saints of the Highest One will receive the kingdom and possess the kingdom forever, for all ages to come.’ ¹⁹ “Then I desired to know the exact meaning of the fourth beast, which was different from all the others, exceedingly dreadful, with its teeth of iron and its claws of bronze, and which devoured, crushed and trampled down the remainder with its feet, ²⁰ and the meaning of the ten horns that were on its head and the other horn which came up, and before which three of them fell, namely, that horn which had eyes and a mouth uttering great boasts and which was larger in appearance than its associates. ²¹ I kept looking, and that horn was waging war with the saints and overpowering them ²² until the Ancient of Days came and judgment was passed in favor of the saints of the Highest One, and the time arrived when the saints took possession of the kingdom. ²³ “Thus he said: ‘The fourth beast will be a fourth kingdom on the earth, which will be different from all the other kingdoms and will devour the whole earth and tread it down and crush it. ²⁴ As for the ten horns, out of this kingdom ten kings will arise; and another will arise after them, and he will be different from the previous ones and will subdue three kings. ²⁵ He will speak out against the Most High and wear down the saints of the Highest One, and he will intend to make alterations in times and in law; and they will be given into his hand for a time, times, and half a time. ²⁶ But the court will sit for judgment, and his dominion will be taken away, annihilated and destroyed forever. ²⁷ Then the sovereignty, the dominion and the greatness of all the kingdoms under the whole heaven will be given to the people of the saints of the Highest One; His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all the dominions will serve and obey Him,’” Daniel 7:15-27.

“¹⁵ which He will bring about at the proper time — He who is the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of lords, ¹⁶ who alone possesses immortality and dwells in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see. To Him be honor and eternal dominion! Amen,” 1 Timothy 6:15-16.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
