I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare and SING Halleluyah to my God/ Elohai; it is GOOD and fitting to sing PRAISES to Him!
  The Lord/ Adonai BUILDS up Jerusalem/ Yerushalayim; He GATHERS together the exiles of Israel.
  He HEALS the Brokenhearted and BINDS up their Wounds.
• I decree and declare the Lord our God/ Adonai Eloheinu DETERMINES the number of the Stars; He gives them all their Names.
  GREAT IS OUR LORD/ ADONAI and MIGHTY IN POWER!
  His UNDERSTANDING is INFINITE!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai UPHOLDS the Humble; He brings the wicked down to the ground.
  I SING to the Lord/ Adonai with THANKSGIVING.
  I SING to our God/ Eloheinu with INSPIRED MUSIC!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is GRACIOUS to you at the sound of your cry.
  When He HEARS you, HE WILL ANSWER!
  Though He give you the Bread of ADVERSITY and the Water of OPPRESSION, your Teachers will no longer be hidden, but YOUR EYES WILL SEE your Teachers!
  You will HEAR A WORD behind you saying: “THIS IS THE WAY, walk in it.
  When you turn to the right, or when you turn to the left.”
• I decree and declare YOU WILL CLEANSE your Homes and Land of all graven images; you will THROW THEM AWAY, and say, “BE GONE!”
  The ungodly things must be cleansed from your possessions, for you are to WALK IN HOLINESS!
  As you walk in HOLINESS, His GLORY WILL FALL.
  And as HIS GLORY FALLS the Brokenness will DEPART and you will be WHOLE.
  IN HIS PRESENCE IS FULLNESS — Everything you need.
• I decree and declare in the Day the Lord/ Adonai BINDS UP the Brokenness of His People, and heals their wounds, the LIGHT OF THE MOON will be as the Light of the Sun, and the LIGHT OF THE SUN will be SEVEN TIMES BRIGHTER.
• I decree and declare the Lord’s NAME COMES FROM AFAR, BURNING with His anger, in thick rising Smoke, His lips full of indignation, His tongue like a CONSUMING FIRE; His Spirit/ Ruach like an OVERFLOWING Torrent RISING UP to the neck, to SIFT THE NATIONS with the Sieve of the worthless, to put in the jaws of the Peoples a Bridle that leads away.
  You will have Songs as in the Night when you keep a Holy Festival, and GLADNESS of Heart as you go to the Mountain of the Lord/ Adonai, to the Rock of Israel!
• I decree and declare the FAST chosen of the Lord/ Adonai is to RELEASE THE BONDS OF WICKEDNESS, to untie the cords of the yoke, to let the OPPRESSED GO FREE, and to TEAR OFF every yoke!
  It is to SHARE YOUR BREAD with the Hungry, to BRING the Homeless Poor into your House.
  When you see the naked, to cover him.
• I decree and declare as you CHOOSE the FAST of the LORD, then YOUR LIGHT WILL BREAK FORTH like the dawn, and your HEALING will spring up speedily.
  Your RIGHTEOUSNESS will go before you, the GLORY of the Lord/Adonai as your rear guard.
• I decree and declare as you GIVE YOURSELF TO THE HUNGRY, and satisfy the desire of the Afflicted, then YOUR LIGHT WILL RISE in the darkness, and your gloom will be like midday.
  Then the Lord, Adonai will GUIDE you continually, SATISFY your soul in drought and STRENGTHEN your bones.
  YOU WILL BE LIKE A WATERED GARDEN, like a spring of water WHOSE WATERS NEVER FAIL.
• I decree and declare the RIGHTEOUS of the Lord are being RAISED UP!
  Your LIGHT is being positioned in a PLACE OF PROMINENCE that the WORLD MAY SEE the GLORY of the Lord within you.
  You are careful that no darkness resides in you; but rather that your BODY IS FULL OF LIGHT and you are GLEAMING forth to your Community, Nation and World!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Praise the Lord! For it is good to sing praises to our God; for it is pleasant and praise is becoming. ² The Lord builds up Jerusalem; He gathers the outcasts of Israel. ³ He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. ⁴ He counts the number of the stars; He gives names to all of them. ⁵ Great is our Lord and abundant in strength; His understanding is infinite. ⁶ The Lord supports the afflicted; He brings down the wicked to the ground.
>⁷ Sing to the Lord with thanksgiving; sing praises to our God on the lyre,” Psalm 147:1-7.

“¹⁹ O people in Zion, inhabitant in Jerusalem, you will weep no longer. He will surely be gracious to you at the sound of your cry; when He hears it, He will answer you. ²⁰ Although the Lord has given you bread of privation and water of oppression, He, your Teacher will no longer hide Himself, but your eyes will behold your Teacher. ²¹ Your ears will hear a word behind you, “This is the way, walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right or to the left. ²² And you will defile your graven images overlaid with silver, and your molten images plated with gold. You will scatter them as an impure thing, and say to them, “Be gone!”
²³ Then He will give you rain for the seed which you will sow in the ground, and bread from the yield of the ground, and it will be rich and plenteous; on that day your livestock will graze in a roomy pasture. ²⁴ Also the oxen and the donkeys which work the ground will eat salted fodder, which has been winnowed with shovel and fork. ²⁵ On every lofty mountain and on every high hill there will be streams running with water on the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall. ²⁶ The light of the moon will be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun will be seven times brighter, like the light of seven days, on the day the Lord binds up the fracture of His people and heals the bruise He has inflicted.
²⁷ Behold, the name of the Lord comes from a remote place; burning is His anger and dense is His smoke; His lips are filled with indignation and His tongue is like a consuming fire; ²⁸ His breath is like an overflowing torrent, which reaches to the neck, to shake the nations back and forth in a sieve, and to put in the jaws of the peoples the bridle which leads to ruin. ²⁹ You will have songs as in the night when you keep the festival, and gladness of heart as when one marches to the sound of the flute, to go to the mountain of the Lord, to the Rock of Israel,” Isaiah 30:19-29.

“⁶ “Is this not the fast which I choose, to loosen the bonds of wickedness, to undo the bands of the yoke, and to let the oppressed go free and break every yoke? ⁷ “Is it not to divide your bread with the hungry and bring the homeless poor into the house; when you see the naked, to cover him; and not to hide yourself from your own flesh? ⁸ “Then your light will break out like the dawn, and your recovery will speedily spring forth; and your righteousness will go before you; the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard. ⁹ “Then you will call, and the Lord will answer; you will cry, and He will say, ‘Here I am.’ If you remove the yoke from your midst, the pointing of the finger and speaking wickedness, ¹⁰ And if you give yourself to the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted, then your light will rise in darkness and your gloom will become like midday. ¹¹ “And the Lord will continually guide you, and satisfy your desire in scorched places, and give strength to your bones; and you will be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water whose waters do not fail. ¹² “Those from among you will rebuild the ancient ruins; You will raise up the age-old foundations; and you will be called the repairer of the breach, the restorer of the streets in which to dwell,” Isaiah 58:6-12.

“³³ “No one, after lighting a lamp, puts it away in a cellar nor under a basket, but on the lampstand, so that those who enter may see the light. ³⁴ The eye is the lamp of your body; when your eye is clear, your whole body also is full of light; but when it is bad, your body also is full of darkness. ³⁵ Then watch out that the light in you is not darkness. ³⁶ If therefore your whole body is full of light, with no dark part in it, it will be wholly illumined, as when the lamp illumines you with its rays,” Luke 11:33-36

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
