I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord God Almighty, YOU ARE MY LORD, and I have nothing good outside of You!
  You are my ASSIGNED PORTION, my cup: You SAFEGUARD my share.
  You have measured out pleasant places for me; I am CONTENT with my heritage.
• I decree and declare I am BLESSED by the Lord, my COUNSELOR; at night He instructs my inmost being.
  The Lord is ALWAYS set before me; with Him at my right hand, I CANNOT BE MOVED!
• I decree and declare my heart is GLAD, my glory REJOICES, and my body too RESTS in safety; for the Lord will not abandon me.
  The Lord, by Holy Spirit, my Counselor, MAKES ME KNOW the Path of Life; in HIS PRESENCE is UNBOUNDED JOY, in His Right Hand ETERNAL DELIGHT.
• I decree and declare you WALK IN GOD’S PRESENCE and are PURE-HEARTED; God Almighty/ El Shaddai has CALLED YOU and has made HIS COVENANT between you and Him.
  He will INCREASE your numbers: both physical and spiritual descendants.
  Know that God has called you and He has placed His ANOINTING upon you.
• I decree and declare you are God’s MESSENGER clearing the way before Him. You are His messenger of His Covenant to the Nations.
• I decree and declare the Lord God does not change.
  By His MERCY He does not destroy His People who have turned from His Truth, His Commandments, and have not kept them.
  He says, “RETURN TO ME, and I will Return to you.”
• I decree and declare you are GENEROUS, you do not rob God, but bring your tenths and voluntary contributions into the Storehouse, so that there will be FOOD in His House.
  You will see that this generosity and obedience will OPEN FOR YOU the FLOODGATES of Heaven and pour out for you a blessing far BEYOND YOUR NEEDS.
• I decree and declare the LORD HEARS you who fear Him.
  In His PRESENCE a record book is written for you who FEAR Him and have RESPECT for His Name.
  You are His and He will take care of you as His own Son.
• I decree and declare you will SEE the difference between the RIGHTEOUS and the wicked, between the Person who Serves God and the one who doesn’t serve Him.
  To those who FEAR His Name, the Sun of Righteousness will RISE with Healing in its wings; and YOU WILL BREAK OUT leaping, like calves released from the stall.
• I decree and declare I REPENT and TURN to the Lord my God, so that my sins are ERASED; so that TIMES OF REFRESHING come from the LORD’S PRESENCE; and He sends Christ/ Messiah APPOINTED IN ADVANCE for me, that is Jesus/ Yeshua.
• I decree and declare the Lord and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah is PRAISED.
  He has blessed us, through Christ/ Messiah with EVERY SPIRITUAL BLESSING in Heaven.
  In Christ/ Messiah He CHOSE US in Love before the Creation of the Universe to be HOLY and WITHOUT DEFECT in His Presence.
• I decree and declare the Lord, our Father, determined in advance that through Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah we would be HIS SONS AND DAUGHTERS – in keeping with His pleasure and purpose – so that we would bring Him PRAISE according to the Glory of the GRACE He gave us through the Beloved One.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“² I said to the Lord, “You are my Lord; I have no good besides You”…..
……. ⁵ The Lord is the portion of my inheritance and my cup; You support my lot. ⁶ The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places; indeed, my heritage is beautiful to me. ⁷ I will bless the Lord who has counseled me; indeed, my mind instructs me in the night. ⁸ I have set the Lord continually before me; because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. ⁹ Therefore my heart is glad and my glory rejoices; my flesh also will dwell securely. ¹⁰ For You will not abandon my soul to Sheol; nor will You allow Your Holy One to undergo decay. ¹¹ You will make known to me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; in Your right hand there are pleasures forever,” Psalm 16:2, 5-11.

“¹ Now when Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am God Almighty; walk before Me, and be blameless. ² “I will establish My covenant between Me and you, and I will multiply you exceedingly.” ³ Abram fell on his face, and God talked with him, saying, ⁴ “As for Me, behold, My covenant is with you, and you will be the father of a multitude of nations. ⁵ “No longer shall your name be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham; for I have made you the father of a multitude of nations. ⁶ I will make you exceedingly fruitful, and I will make nations of you, and kings will come forth from you,” Genesis 17:1-6.

“¹ “Behold, I am going to send My messenger, and he will clear the way before Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, will suddenly come to His temple; and the messenger of the covenant, in whom you delight, behold, He is coming,” says the Lord of hosts….
…… ⁶ “For I, the Lord, do not change; therefore you, O sons of Jacob, are not consumed. ⁷ “From the days of your fathers you have turned aside from My statutes and have not kept them. Return to Me, and I will return to you,” says the Lord of hosts. “But you say, ‘How shall we return?’ ⁸ “Will a man rob God? Yet you are robbing Me! But you say, ‘How have we robbed You?’ In tithes and offerings. ⁹ You are cursed with a curse, for you are robbing Me, the whole nation of you! ¹⁰ Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house, and test Me now in this,” says the Lord of hosts, “if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you a blessing until it overflows. ¹¹ Then I will rebuke the devourer for you, so that it will not destroy the fruits of the ground; nor will your vine in the field cast its grapes,” says the Lord of hosts. ¹² “All the nations will call you blessed, for you shall be a delightful land,” says the Lord of hosts……
……. ¹⁶ Then those who feared the Lord spoke to one another, and the Lord gave attention and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear the Lord and who esteem His name. ¹⁷ “They will be Mine,” says the Lord of hosts, “on the day that I prepare My own possession, and I will spare them as a man spares his own son who serves him.” ¹⁸ So you will again distinguish between the righteous and the wicked, between one who serves God and one who does not serve Him……
…… ¹ “For behold, the day is coming, burning like a furnace; and all the arrogant and every evildoer will be chaff; and the day that is coming will set them ablaze,” says the Lord of hosts, “so that it will leave them neither root nor branch.” ² “But for you who fear My name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings; and you will go forth and skip about like calves from the stall. ³ You will tread down the wicked, for they will be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day which I am preparing,” says the Lord of hosts. ⁴ “Remember the law of Moses My servant, even the statutes and ordinances which I commanded him in Horeb for all Israel. ⁵ “Behold, I am going to send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of the Lord. ⁶ He will restore the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, so that I will not come and smite the land with a curse,” Malachi 3:1, 6-12, 16-18; 4:1-6.

“¹⁹ Therefore repent and return, so that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord; ²⁰ and that He may send Jesus, the Christ appointed for you, ²¹ whom heaven must receive until the period of restoration of all things about which God spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets from ancient time,” Acts 3:19-21.

“³ Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, ⁴ just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. In love ⁵ He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, ⁶ to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved,” Ephesians 1:3-6.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
