Here I am in deep waters far from any sign of land. The waves surge throwing me into watery valleys that try to hinder my vision.

I try to raise my head with the hopes of dry land to make my way to the shallows. It seems more comfortable and familiar there.

Yet each time, I raise my head, I only greet more high waves and a vast sky that stretches out for what seems like forever.

How did I get here? One simple prayer of “More Lord!”

When that cry arose into his ears, He lifted me out into the deep and called me to himself. No distractions! Just God and me in the midst of the wind and these waves!

After all, when I cried out “More Lord” what Did I expect? To get more caught up in the churchanity of the mundane or to be drawn out to the deep.

Then I hear God whisper, “If you want more, you have to leave the shore!”

When you are drawn into the deep by his hand, there is one thing to do. Just release, let go and sink into the depths of the Father.

There is no return to normalcy after that. Who would want to? Release everything to Him and trust Him!

Let us sink in the depths of our King rather than just splash around in the shallows.

God is calling you out to the depths for increased revelation. It is a pulling aside and going deeper which is something that the routine of religion can never supply.

The deep is necessary to strengthen the message that will resonate in every fiber of your being.

You want to know what’s next, you want more? I hear the LORD say, “Prepare to leave the shore!”
