I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare I will not allow GRACE and TRUTH to leave me — I will bind them around my neck and WRITE THEM ON THE TABLETS OF MY HEART!
  By living in this manner, I will WIN FAVOR and ESTEEM IN THE SIGHT OF GOD, ELOHIM and of People!
• I declare I TRUST IN The LORD/ ADONAI WITH ALL MY HEART!
  I will not rely on my own understanding.
  In ALL MY WAYS I WILL ACKNOWLEDGE HIM knowing that HE WILL LEVEL MY PATHS.
  I will not be conceited about my wisdom or understanding but will FEAR The LORD/ ADONAI and turn from all evil.
• I decree and declare my body will be full of health and strength as I TRUST IN The LORD/ ADONAI and ACKNOWLEDGE HIM in all my ways.
  I DEDICATE MY LIFE and FINANCES to The LORD/ Adonai, giving Him the firstfruits of all my income. THANK YOU GOD ALMIGHTY/ EL SHADDAI for you have filled my granaries and vats — I HAVE NO LACK.
• I will PROCLAIM THE NAME OF The LORD/ ADONAI.
  I declare the GREATNESS OF MY GOD/ ELOHIM — the ROCK!
  His work is PERFECT, for ALL HIS WAYS ARE JUST!
  He is a TRUSTWORTHY GOD/ ELOHIM Who does no wrong.
  HE IS RIGHTEOUS AND STRAIGHT!
• I decree and declare God Almighty/ El Shaddai is not corrupt; HE DOES NO WRONG!
  The defect is in His children, a crooked and perverted generation.
  People who do not trust in Him but turn to their own ways — they are foolish, lacking in wisdom. Is this the way the world repays The LORD/ Adonai?
• I decree and declare it is The LORD CREATOR/ YAWEH-BORE, Who formed you and prepared you!
  When God Most High/ El‘Elyon gave each nation its heritage, when He divided the human race, HE ASSIGNED THE BOUNDARIES of Peoples according to Israel’s population; but The LORD’s/ Adonai’s SHARE WAS HIS OWN PEOPLE — JACOB/YA’AKOV HIS ALOTED HERITAGE.
• I decree and declare The LORD/ Adonai ALONE LEADS HIS PEOPLE — not some alien god.
  He will make you RIDE ON THE HEIGHTS OF THE EARTH.
  You will eat the produce of the fields.
  HE IS YOUR PROVISION and His abundance comes forth from His storehouses!
• I decree and declare to ALL WHOSE DESIRE RESTS ON The LORD/ ADONAI: HE PRESERVES YOU IN PERFECT PEACE, because you TRUST in Him!
  TRUST IN The LORD/ ADONAI FOREVER, because in Yaweh, The LORD/ Yah Adonai, is a ROCK OF AGES.
• I decree and declare the WAY OF THE RIGHTEOUS IS LEVEL — RIGHTEOUS ONE, Lord/ Adonai, YOU smooth the path for the Righteous.
  Following the way of Your judgments, WE PUT OUR HOPE IN YOU!
  The desire of our soul is to REMEMBER YOU and YOUR NAME!
• I decree and declare those who put their trust in humans, who rely on merely human strength, have hearts that turn away from The LORD/ Adonai.
  But BLESSED IS THE MAN WHO TRUSTS IN The LORD/ ADONAI — The LORD/ Adonai will be his SECURITY!
• I decree and declare the one who TRUSTS in God/ Elohim will be like a tree planted near water, it does not notice when heat comes, and its foliage is luxuriant.
  It is not anxious in a year of drought but KEEPS ON YIELDING FRUIT!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ/ Malakh Yeshua HaMashiach, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit/Ruach HaKodesh of God/Elohim, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, The LORD God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s/ Elohim’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The LORD God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“Don’t let kindness and truth forsake you. Bind them around your neck. Write them on the tablet of your heart. ⁴ So you will find favor, and good understanding in the sight of God and man.
⁵ Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding.
⁶ In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
⁷ Don’t be wise in your own eyes. Fear Yahweh, and depart from evil. ⁸ It will be health to your body, and nourishment to your bones.
⁹ Honor Yahweh with your substance, with the first fruits of all your increase: ¹⁰ so your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine.” Proverbs 3:3-10.

“Give ear, you heavens, and I will speak. Let the earth hear the words of my mouth.
² My doctrine will drop as the rain. My speech will condense as the dew, as the misty rain on the tender grass, as the showers on the herb.
³ For I will proclaim Yahweh’s name. Ascribe greatness to our God!
⁴ The Rock: his work is perfect, for all his ways are just. A God of faithfulness who does no wrong, just and right is he.
⁵ They have dealt corruptly with him. They are not his children, because of their defect. They are a perverse and crooked generation.
⁶ Is this the way you repay Yahweh, foolish and unwise people? Isn’t he your father who has bought you? He has made you and established you.
⁷ Remember the days of old. Consider the years of many generations. Ask your father, and he will show you; your elders, and they will tell you.
⁸ When the Most High gave to the nations their inheritance, when he separated the children of men, he set the bounds of the peoples according to the number of the children of Israel.
⁹ For Yahweh’s portion is his people. Jacob is the lot of his inheritance. ¹⁰ He found him in a desert land, in the waste howling wilderness. He surrounded him. He cared for him. He kept him as the apple of his eye.
¹¹ As an eagle that stirs up her nest, that flutters over her young, he spread abroad his wings, he took them, he bore them on his feathers.
¹² Yahweh alone led him. There was no foreign god with him. ¹³ He made him ride on the high places of the earth. He ate the increase of the field. He caused him to suck honey out of the rock, oil out of the flinty rock; ¹⁴ butter from the herd, and milk from the flock, with fat of lambs, rams of the breed of Bashan, and goats, with the finest of the wheat. From the blood of the grape, you drank wine.” Deuteronomy 32:1-14.

“In that day, this song will be sung in the land of Judah: “We have a strong city. God appoints salvation for walls and bulwarks.
² Open the gates, that the righteous nation may enter: the one which keeps faith.
³ You will keep whoever’s mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you.
⁴ Trust in Yahweh forever; for in Yah, Yahweh, is an everlasting Rock. ⁵ For he has brought down those who dwell on high, the lofty city. He lays it low. He lays it low even to the ground. He brings it even to the dust.
⁶ The foot shall tread it down, even the feet of the poor and the steps of the needy.” ⁷ The way of the just is uprightness. You who are upright make the path of the righteous level.
⁸ Yes, in the way of your judgments, Yahweh, we have waited for you. Your name and your renown are the desire of our soul. ⁹ With my soul I have desired you in the night. Yes, with my spirit within me I will seek you earnestly; for when your judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness. ¹⁰ Let favor be shown to the wicked, yet he will not learn righteousness. In the land of uprightness he will deal wrongfully, and will not see Yahweh’s majesty.
¹¹ Yahweh, your hand is lifted up, yet they don’t see; but they will see your zeal for the people, and be disappointed. Yes, fire will consume your adversaries.
¹² Yahweh, you will ordain peace for us, for you have also done all our work for us. ¹³ Yahweh our God, other lords besides you have had dominion over us, but we will only acknowledge your name.” Isaiah 26:1-13.

“Yahweh says: “Cursed is the man who trusts in man, relies on strength of flesh, and whose heart departs from Yahweh. ⁶ For he will be like a bush in the desert, and will not see when good comes, but will inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, an uninhabited salt land.
⁷ “Blessed is the man who trusts in Yahweh, and whose confidence is in Yahweh. ⁸ For he will be as a tree planted by the waters, who spreads out its roots by the river, and will not fear when heat comes, but its leaf will be green, and will not be concerned in the year of drought. It won’t cease from yielding fruit.
⁹ The heart is deceitful above all things and it is exceedingly corrupt. Who can know it?
¹⁰ “I, Yahweh, search the mind. I try the heart, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings.” Jeremiah 17:5-10.

Dawn Flores has been involved in The LORD’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
