I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare as you are busy doing what the Lord has called you to do, it is GOOD and EXPEDIENT to COME AWAY by yourselves to an ISOLATED PLACE and REST AWHILE.
  The Lord Jesus/ Adonai Yeshua encourages you to REST and SIT at His Feet to eliminate distractions and be more RECEPTIVE of His Words.
• I decree and declare God’s/ Elohim’s PROMISE of entering His REST is open to those of us who LISTEN and HEAR His Word in FAITH.
  For we who have TRUSTED are ENTERING INTO THAT REST.
  His Works were FINISHED since the foundation of the World.
  Let us not, out of disobedience, fail to enter into His REST.
• I decree and declare to the World, “Today, if you HEAR His Voice, do not harden your hearts!”
• I decree and declare there remains a Sabbath/ Shabbat REST for the People of God.
  For the one who has entered God’s/ Elohim’s REST has also ceased from his own work, just as God did from His.
  We will make every effort to ENTER that REST, so that no one may fall through disobedience.
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim is RICH in MERCY, because of His GREAT LOVE with which He LOVED us.
  Even when we were dead in our trespasses, He MADE US ALIVE together with Christ/ Messiah.
  By GRACE you were SAVED!
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim has RAISED US UP with Him and seated us with Him in Heavenly places in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
  By this He shows the MEASURELESS RICHNESS of His GRACE in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
• I decree and declare by GRACE you have been saved through FAITH.
  And this is not from yourselves — it is the GIFT of God.
  Salvation is not based on deeds, likewise nothing that we accomplish in His Work is done in our own strength or merit.
  It is His DESIGN and His PLAN that is being worked out in each of us.
  For we are His WORKMANSHIP – created in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua for Good deeds, which God PREPARED BEFOREHAND so we might walk in them!
• I decree and declare I will TRUST in the Lord/ Adonai and do good; I will FEED on FAITHFULNESS.
  I DELIGHT myself in the Lord/ Adonai, and He will give me the REQUESTS of my Heart; I COMMIT my way to Him, TRUST in Him, and HE WILL DO IT!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai makes my STEPS FIRM and He DELIGHTS in my way.
  Though I may stumble, I will not fall, for He is HOLDING MY HAND.
  The Lord/ Adonai loves JUSTICE and does not abandon me.
  He PRESERVES me FOREVER!
  The Law/ Torah of God/ Elohim is in my Heart.
  My steps will not slip.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“³⁰ The apostles gathered together with Jesus; and they reported to Him all that they had done and taught. ³¹ And He said to them, “Come away by yourselves to a secluded place and rest a while.” (For there were many people coming and going, and they did not even have time to eat.) ³² They went away in the boat to a secluded place by themselves,” Mark 6:30-32.

“¹ Therefore, let us fear if, while a promise remains of entering His rest, any one of you may seem to have come short of it. ² For indeed we have had good news preached to us, just as they also; but the word they heard did not profit them, because it was not united by faith in those who heard. ³ For we who have believed enter that rest, just as He has said, “As I swore in My wrath, they shall not enter My rest,” although His works were finished from the foundation of the world. ⁴ For He has said somewhere concerning the seventh day: “And God rested on the seventh day from all His works”; ⁵ and again in this passage, “They shall not enter My rest.” ⁶ Therefore, since it remains for some to enter it, and those who formerly had good news preached to them failed to enter because of disobedience, ⁷ He again fixes a certain day, “Today,” saying through David after so long a time just as has been said before, “Today if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts.”
⁸ For if Joshua had given them rest, He would not have spoken of another day after that. ⁹ So there remains a Sabbath rest for the people of God. ¹⁰ For the one who has entered His rest has himself also rested from his works, as God did from His. ¹¹ Therefore let us be diligent to enter that rest, so that no one will fall, through following the same example of disobedience,” Hebrews 4:1-11.

“⁴ But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, ⁵ even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), ⁶ and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, ⁷ so that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. ⁸ For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; ⁹ not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. ¹⁰ For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them,” Ephesians 2:4-10.

“³ Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness. ⁴ Delight yourself in the Lord; and He will give you the desires of your heart. ⁵ Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him, and He will do it…….
……. ²³ The steps of a man are established by the Lord, and He delights in his way. ²⁴ When he falls, he will not be hurled headlong, because the Lord is the One who holds his hand. ²⁵ I have been young and now I am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken or his descendants begging bread. ²⁶ All day long he is gracious and lends, and his descendants are a blessing.
²⁷ Depart from evil and do good, so you will abide forever. ²⁸ For the Lord loves justice and does not forsake His godly ones; they are preserved forever, but the descendants of the wicked will be cut off. ²⁹ The righteous will inherit the land and dwell in it forever. ³⁰ The mouth of the righteous utters wisdom, and his tongue speaks justice. ³¹ The law of his God is in his heart; His steps do not slip,” Psalm 37:3-5, 23-31.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
