I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare I will stay on and PERSEVERE, for a GREAT DOOR has opened wide for me, though there are many oppositions!
  The difficulties will not dissuade me from following what the Lord/ Adonai has called me to.
  Heaven in REJOICING.
• I decree and declare you will behave among the fellowship of Believers with all HUMILITY and TEARS and TRIALS which may fall upon you through the various plots of the unbelievers.
  You will not shrink back from PROCLAIMING anything that is PROFITABLE, teaching PUBLICLY as well as from house to house, testifying to both the Jewish and All People REPENTANCE to God and TRUST in our Lord Jesus/ Adonai Yeshua.
• I decree and declare I will go where the Spirit/ Ruach leads – not knowing what will happen to me, except that Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh bears witness to me from city to city of what awaits me.
  However, I don’t consider my life of any value, except that I might FINISH my COURSE and the office I received from the Lord Jesus/ Adonai Yeshua, to declare the Good News of the Grace of God!
• I decree and declare I will PROCLAIM the WORD!
  You are charged – in the PRESENCE of God and Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, who is about to JUDGE the living and the dead at His appearing and His Kingdom – to PROCLAIM the WORD!
  Be READY when it’s convenient and not convenient.
  CONFRONT, REBUKE, ENCOURAGE with complete PATIENCE and INSTRUCTION.
• I decree and declare You will KEEP A CLEAR MIND in all things, withstand hardship, do the Work of PROCLAIMING the Good News, and FULFILL YOUR SERVICE.
  Our lives are being POURED OUT like a drink offering, as the time of our going home draws near.
• I decree and declare you are fighting the good fight of faith, you are finishing the course, and have KEPT THE FAITH In the future there is RESERVED for you a CROWN of RIGHTEOUSNESS, which the Lord/ Adonai, the RIGHTEOUS JUDGE, will award to you and to Everyone who has longed for His Appearing!
• I decree and declare you are LED of HOLY SPIRIT/ RUACH HAKODESH.
  You are strengthening the souls of the disciples, ENCOURAGING them to PERSEVERE in faith; for it is through many persecutions that we must enter the Kingdom of God.
• I decree and declare you are entrusted to the GRACIOUS CARE of God/ Elohim for the work He has placed before you.
  Gather together in the Community of Believers and REPORT all that God has done to help you and how He has OPENED a DOOR to share with the People near and far.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁸ But I will remain in Ephesus until Pentecost; ⁹ for a wide door for effective service has opened to me, and there are many adversaries,” 1 Corinthians 16:8-9.

“¹⁸ And when they had come to him, he said to them, “You yourselves know, from the first day that I set foot in Asia, how I was with you the whole time, ¹⁹ serving the Lord with all humility and with tears and with trials which came upon me through the plots of the Jews; ²⁰ how I did not shrink from declaring to you anything that was profitable, and teaching you publicly and from house to house, ²¹ solemnly testifying to both Jews and Greeks of repentance toward God and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. ²² And now, behold, bound by the Spirit, I am on my way to Jerusalem, not knowing what will happen to me there, ²³ except that the Holy Spirit solemnly testifies to me in every city, saying that bonds and afflictions await me. ²⁴ But I do not consider my life of any account as dear to myself, so that I may finish my course and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify solemnly of the gospel of the grace of God,” Acts 20:18-24.

“¹ I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom: ² preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction. ³ For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, ⁴ and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths. ⁵ But you, be sober in all things, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.
⁶ For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure has come. ⁷ I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith; ⁸ in the future there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day; and not only to me, but also to all who have loved His appearing,” 2 Timothy 4:1-8.

“²¹ After they had preached the gospel to that city and had made many disciples, they returned to Lystra and to Iconium and to Antioch, ²² strengthening the souls of the disciples, encouraging them to continue in the faith, and saying, “Through many tribulations we must enter the kingdom of God.” ²³ When they had appointed elders for them in every church, having prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord in whom they had believed.
²⁴ They passed through Pisidia and came into Pamphylia. ²⁵ When they had spoken the word in Perga, they went down to Attalia. ²⁶ From there they sailed to Antioch, from which they had been commended to the grace of God for the work that they had accomplished. ²⁷ When they had arrived and gathered the church together, they began to report all things that God had done with them and how He had opened a door of faith to the Gentiles. ²⁸ And they spent a long time with the disciples,” Acts 14:21-28.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
