Declarations & Decrees: I Will Not Forget the LORD’s Benefits
Declarations & Decrees: I Will Not Forget the Lord’s Benefits or His Mighty Deeds for His People!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I declare I BLESS the Lord with EVERYTHING that is in me – I BLESS HIS HOLY NAME!
I BLESS the Lord and I WILL NOT FORGET any of His BENEFITS!
He forgives all my offenses, He heals all my diseases, He redeems my life from the pit, He surrounds me with grace and compassion, He makes me content with good as long as I live, so that my youth is renewed like an eagle’s. - I decree and declare the Lord brings VINDICATION and JUSTICE to all who are oppressed.
He makes His WAYS known to His Servants, His Mighty DEEDS to His People.
The Lord is MERCIFUL and COMPASSIONATE, slow to anger and RICH in GRACE! - I declare the Lord God Almighty has REMOVED OUR SINS from us as far as the East is from the West.
Our transgressions are FORGIVEN and our sins are covered over by the BLOOD OF THE LAMB!
Blessed is the one whose sin the Lord does not reckon against their account. (Romans 4:7-8) - I decree and declare the Lord HEARS MY VOICE when I pray; He turns His Ear to me!
I will call on Him as long as I live! - I decree and declare the Lord is MERCIFUL and RIGHTEOUS; yes, our God is COMPASSIONATE!
He preserves the simple; when I was brought low, HE SAVED ME!
My soul RETURNS TO THE LORD for rest, for He is GENEROUS towards me! - I decree and declare I will go on WALKING in the Presence of the Lord; I will KEEP ON TRUSTING!
The things around me look miserable and most human beings are deceptive, but the Lord God RAISES ME UP above the carnal, natural things of this World. - I decree and declare I will PERSIST and RAISE the CUP of SALVATION and call on the Name of my Lord, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
I will pay my vows to the Lord in the Presence of His People, in the Courtyards of the Lord’s House, there in His very Heart, JERUSALEM! Halleluyah! - I decree and declare the Lord, Father of my Lord Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah, has BLESSED me with EVERY SPIRITUAL BLESSING in Heaven.
In Christ/ Messiah He Chose us in LOVE before the Creation of the Universe to be HOLY and without defect in His Presence. - I decree and declare our Father DETERMINED in ADVANCE that through Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah we would be His sons and daughters – in keeping with His PLEASURE and PURPOSE – so that we would bring Him PRAISE proportionate with the GLORY of the GRACE He gave us through the Beloved One!
- I decree and declare in UNION with Him, through the shedding of His Blood, WE are SET FREE – our SINS are FORGIVEN; this accords with the WEALTH of the GRACE He has lavished on us.
- I decree and declare in all His WISDOM and INSIGHT He has made known to us His SECRET PLAN, which by His own Will He DESIGNED BEFOREHAND in connection with Christ/ Messiah and will put into effect when the time is ripe – His plan to place EVERYTHING in HEAVEN and on EARTH under Christ’s/Messiah’s headship.
- I declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“1 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless His holy name. 2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget none of His benefits; 3 Who pardons all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases; 4 Who redeems your life from the pit, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion; 5 Who satisfies your years with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle. 6 The Lord performs righteous deeds and judgments for all who are oppressed. 7 He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the sons of Israel. 8 The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness. 9 He will not always strive with us, nor will He keep His anger forever. 10 He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. 11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him. 12 As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. 13 Just as a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him. 14 For He Himself knows our frame; He is mindful that we are but dust. 15 As for man, his days are like grass; as a flower of the field, so he flourishes. 16 When the wind has passed over it, it is no more, and its place acknowledges it no longer. 17 But the lovingkindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, and His righteousness to children’s children, 18 to those who keep His covenant and remember His precepts to do them. 19 The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, and His sovereignty rules over all. 20 Bless the Lord, you His angels, mighty in strength, who perform His word, obeying the voice of His word! 21 Bless the Lord, all you His hosts, You who serve Him, doing His will. 22 Bless the Lord, all you works of His, in all places of His dominion; bless the Lord, O my soul!” Psalm 103:1-22.
“1 I love the Lord, because He hears my voice and my supplications. 2 Because He has inclined His ear to me, therefore I shall call upon Him as long as I live. 3 The cords of death encompassed me and the terrors of Sheol came upon me; I found distress and sorrow. 4 Then I called upon the name of the Lord: “O Lord, I beseech You, save my life!” 5 Gracious is the Lord, and righteous; yes, our God is compassionate. 6 The Lord preserves the simple; I was brought low, and He saved me. 7 Return to your rest, O my soul, for the Lord has dealt bountifully with you. 8 For You have rescued my soul from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling. 9 I shall walk before the Lord in the land of the living. 10 I believed when I said, “I am greatly afflicted.” 11 I said in my alarm, “All men are liars.” 12 What shall I render to the Lord for all His benefits toward me? 13 I shall lift up the cup of salvation and call upon the name of the Lord. 14 I shall pay my vows to the Lord, oh may it be in the presence of all His people. 15 Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His godly ones. 16 O Lord, surely I am Your servant, I am Your servant, the son of Your handmaid, You have loosed my bonds. 17 To You I shall offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving, and call upon the name of the Lord. 18 I shall pay my vows to the Lord, oh may it be in the presence of all His people, 19 In the courts of the Lord’s house, in the midst of you, O Jerusalem. Praise the Lord!” Psalm 116:1-19.
“3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, 4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. In love 5 He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, 6 to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved. 7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace 8 which He lavished on us. In all wisdom and insight 9 He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His kind intention which He purposed in Him 10 with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times, that is, the summing up of all things in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth. In Him 11 also we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to His purpose who works all things after the counsel of His will, 12 to the end that we who were the first to hope in Christ would be to the praise of His glory,” Ephesians 1:3-12.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
