I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord will bring to your ATTENTION those who DISCRIMINATE against Believers.
  They will say, “It doesn’t befit the King to TOLERATE them.”
  Seek the Lord and He will LEAD you.
  Stand STRONG in the face of opposition.
  The Lord will raise you up.
• I decree and declare all SCHEMES and SNARES against God’s/ Elohim’s People will be REVEALED.
  The Lord/ Adonai is involving His People in the AFFAIRS of Nations and Organizations to UNCOVER the Secrets of the Evil one upon the Earth.
• I decree and declare the Believers of God Most High/ El ‘Elyon are FASTING and PRAYING for their Nations!
  They are on the ALERT and will KNOW what to do when faced with the PLANS and PERPETRATIONS of the Enemy.
• I decree and declare God is sending SIGNS to GUIDE His Children on their way.
  You are growing in WISDOM and DISCERNMENT to know the Lord’s/ Adonai’s direction.
  Do not be surprised when the Lord sends Spiritual People from other Lands to LEARN from you.
  The Lord is using All Peoples to accomplish His Purposes on the Earth.
• I decree and declare Angels of the Lord/ Adonai will APPEAR to many in Dreams and Visions to provide DIRECTION and INSIGHT.
  You will be shown HOW TO AVOID the pursuit and traps of the Enemy.
  Be Alert, UNDERSTANDING the situation and testing the spirits.
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim HEARS my VOICE and He PRESERVES my Life from fear of the enemy.
  He HIDES me from the Secret INTRIGUES of the wicked and the open INSURRECTION of evildoers who sharpen their tongues like a sword and aim their arrows, poisoned words to shoot from cover at the innocent.
• I declare evildoers support each other’s evil plans; they talk of HIDING SNARES and ask, “Who will see them?”
  They search for ways to commit crimes, bringing their diligent search to completion when each of them has thought it through in the depth of his heart.
  They do not KNOW God, the God Who Sees/ Elohim, El Roi!
• I decree and declare SUDDENLY God shoots the evildoers down, leaving them with wounds; their own tongues make them STUMBLE.
  All who see them shake their heads.
  Everyone is AWESTRUCK – they ACKNOWLEDGE that it is GOD at WORK, they understand what HE HAS DONE!
• I decree and declare the RIGHTEOUS REJOICE in the Lord/ Adonai; they TAKE REFUGE in Him; all the UPRIGHT in Heart will EXULT!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁷ In the first month, which is the month Nisan, in the twelfth year of King Ahasuerus, Pur, that is the lot, was cast before Haman from day to day and from month to month, until the twelfth month, that is the month Adar. ⁸ Then Haman said to King Ahasuerus, “There is a certain people scattered and dispersed among the peoples in all the provinces of your kingdom; their laws are different from those of all other people and they do not observe the king’s laws, so it is not in the king’s interest to let them remain……
……. ¹³ Letters were sent by couriers to all the king’s provinces to destroy, to kill and to annihilate all the Jews, both young and old, women and children, in one day, the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, which is the month Adar, and to seize their possessions as plunder. ¹⁴ A copy of the edict to be issued as law in every province was published to all the peoples so that they should be ready for this day……..
…….. ¹ When Mordecai learned all that had been done, he tore his clothes, put on sackcloth and ashes, and went out into the midst of the city and wailed loudly and bitterly……
…….. ¹⁵ Then Esther told them to reply to Mordecai, ¹⁶ “Go, assemble all the Jews who are found in Susa, and fast for me; do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. I and my maidens also will fast in the same way. And thus I will go in to the king, which is not according to the law; and if I perish, I perish.” Esther 3:7-8, 13-14; 4:1, 15-16.

“⁹ After hearing the king, they went their way; and the star, which they had seen in the east, went on before them until it came and stood over the place where the Child was. ¹⁰ When they saw the star, they rejoiced exceedingly with great joy. ¹¹ After coming into the house they saw the Child with Mary His mother; and they fell to the ground and worshiped Him. Then, opening their treasures, they presented to Him gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh. ¹² And having been warned by God in a dream not to return to Herod, the magi left for their own country by another way.
¹³ Now when they had gone, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, “Get up! Take the Child and His mother and flee to Egypt, and remain there until I tell you; for Herod is going to search for the Child to destroy Him.”
¹⁴ So Joseph got up and took the Child and His mother while it was still night, and left for Egypt. ¹⁵ He remained there until the death of Herod. This was to fulfill what had been spoken by the Lord through the prophet: “Out of Egypt I called My Son,” Matthew 2:9-15.

“¹ Hear my voice, O God, in my complaint; preserve my life from dread of the enemy. ² Hide me from the secret counsel of evildoers, from the tumult of those who do iniquity, ³ Who have sharpened their tongue like a sword. They aimed bitter speech as their arrow, ⁴ To shoot from concealment at the blameless; suddenly they shoot at him, and do not fear. ⁵ They hold fast to themselves an evil purpose; they talk of laying snares secretly; they say, “Who can see them?” ⁶ They devise injustices, saying, “We are ready with a well-conceived plot”; for the inward thought and the heart of a man are deep.
⁷ But God will shoot at them with an arrow; suddenly they will be wounded. ⁸ So they will make him stumble; their own tongue is against them; all who see them will shake the head. ⁹ Then all men will fear, and they will declare the work of God, and will consider what He has done. ¹⁰ The righteous man will be glad in the Lord and will take refuge in Him; and all the upright in heart will glory,” Psalm 64:1-10.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
