I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare my EYES ARE OPENED to God’s RICH MERCY and His GREAT LOVE with which He Loves us.
  Even when we were dead in our trespasses, HE MADE US ALIVE TOGETHER WITH CHRIST/ MESSIAH!
  By GRACE I am SAVED!
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim RAISED US UP with Him and SEATED us with Him in the Heavenly Places in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua to show the MEASURELESS RICHNESS of His GRACE in Kindness toward us in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua!
• I decree and declare by GRACE you have been SAVED through FAITH; and this is not from yourselves — it is the GIFT OF GOD.
  It is not based on deeds, so that no one may boast. For we are His WORKMANSHIP — created in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua for good deeds, which God prepared beforehand so we might walk in them.
• I decree and declare by God’s GRACE we are DIRECTED on our PATH!
  He will tell us which way to travel and where to obtain our food.
  LEARN to LISTEN to His voice which will direct you in ways you are not familiar with. GOD’S WAYS ARE FAR ABOVE OUR OWN. (Isaiah 55:8-9)
  He SEES the End from the Beginning.
  LEARN TO KNOW HIS VOICE and you will rise above the CHALLENGES of the day.
• I decree and declare I WILL BE BOLD to speak as the Lord/ Adonai directs.
  I do not know His PLANS, but by being OBEDIENT He will BLESS ALL WHO ARE INVOLVED.
  Those He provides to HELP us are given the opportunity to WALK in HIS WAY just as we are — BLESSING ONE ANOTHER!
• I decree and declare as you GO and DO according to the Word of the Lord/ Adonai, the Lord’s PROVISION will not be exhausted.
  Your sustenance will not run out, until the DAY the Lord/ Adonai SENDS RAIN ON THE LAND!
• I decree and declare the GRACE of God/ Elohim has brought SALVATION TO ALL MANKIND; training us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to LIVE IN A MANNER that is SELF-CONTROLLED and RIGHTEOUS and GODLY in the Present Age.
• I decree and declare we WAIT for the BLESSED HOPE and APPEARANCE of the GLORY of our Great God/ Elohim and Savior, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
  He gave Himself for us so that He might REDEEM us from every lawless deed and so that He might PURIFY for Himself a Chosen People, ZEALOUS for GOOD DEEDS!
• I decree and declare the Lord Jesus/ Adonai Yeshua calls to you, “COME to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I WILL GIVE YOU REST.
  Take My yoke upon you and LEARN from Me, for I AM GENTLE and HUMBLE in Heart, and YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS.
  For My yoke is Easy and My Burden is LIGHT!”
• I decree and declare I will CAST ALL MY WORRIES upon Christ/ Messiah, for HE CARES FOR ME!
  I will remain ALERT and watch out, for the adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, searching for someone to devour.
  I WILL STAND UP against him, FIRM IN MY FAITH, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being laid upon my brothers and sisters throughout this world.
• I decree and declare that after a little while, the God/ Elohim of ALL GRACE — Who has called me into His Eternal GLORY in Christ/ Messiah — will Himself RESTORE, SUPPORT, STRENGTHEN, and ESTABLISH me.
  All POWER to Him FOREVER! Amen!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ You were made alive when you were dead in transgressions and sins, ² in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the children of disobedience. ³ We also all once lived among them in the lusts of our flesh, doing the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest. ⁴ But God, being rich in mercy, for his great love with which he loved us, ⁵ even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ — by grace you have been saved — ⁶ and raised us up with him, and made us to sit with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, ⁷ that in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus; ⁸ for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, ⁹ not of works, that no one would boast. ¹⁰ For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them,” Ephesians 2:1-10.

“¹ Elijah the Tishbite, who was one of the settlers of Gilead, said to Ahab, “As Yahweh, the God of Israel, lives, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word.”
² Then Yahweh’s word came to him, saying, ³ “Go away from here, turn eastward, and hide yourself by the brook Cherith, that is before the Jordan. ⁴ You shall drink from the brook. I have commanded the ravens to feed you there.” ⁵ So he went and did according to Yahweh’s word; for he went and lived by the brook Cherith that is before the Jordan. ⁶ The ravens brought him bread and meat in the morning, and bread and meat in the evening; and he drank from the brook. ⁷ After a while, the brook dried up, because there was no rain in the land.
⁸ Yahweh’s word came to him, saying, ⁹ “Arise, go to Zarephath, which belongs to Sidon, and stay there. Behold, I have commanded a widow there to sustain you.”
¹⁰ So he arose and went to Zarephath; and when he came to the gate of the city, behold, a widow was there gathering sticks. He called to her, and said, “Please get me a little water in a jar, that I may drink.”
¹¹ As she was going to get it, he called to her, and said, “Please bring me a morsel of bread in your hand.”
¹² She said, “As Yahweh your God lives, I don’t have a cake, but a handful of meal in a jar, and a little oil in a jar. Behold, I am gathering two sticks, that I may go in and bake it for me and my son, that we may eat it, and die.”
¹³ Elijah said to her, “Don’t be afraid. Go and do as you have said; but make me a little cake from it first, and bring it out to me, and afterward make some for you and for your son. ¹⁴ For Yahweh, the God of Israel says, ‘The jar of meal will not run out, and the jar of oil will not fail, until the day that Yahweh sends rain on the earth.’”
¹⁵ She went and did according to the saying of Elijah; and she, and he, and her house, ate many days. ¹⁶ The jar of meal didn’t run out, and the jar of oil didn’t fail, according to Yahweh’s word, which he spoke by Elijah,” 1 Kings 17:1-16.

“¹¹ For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, ¹² instructing us to the intent that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we would live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present age; ¹³ looking for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, ¹⁴ who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify for himself a people for his own possession, zealous for good works,” Titus 2:11-14.

“²⁸ “Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. ²⁹ Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. ³⁰ For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light,” Matthew 11:28-30.

“⁷ Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
<>⁸ Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. ⁹ Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings. ¹⁰ But may the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a little while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you. ¹¹ To him be the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen,” 1 Peter 5:7-11.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
