Declarations & Decrees: I Will Do All That The LORD Commands Me to Do!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare I SEEK the Lord/ Adonai to KNOW His WILL; I LISTEN and OBEY His INSTRUCTIONS without delay.
Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh leads me in the PATH I should take for I am COMMITTED to walking in His WAY! - I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is not slow in responding to His People.
SEEK Him and you will FIND Him.
Knock and CONTINUE knocking, for He will ANSWER.
Our Father God/ Abba Elohim is outside of time and space.
Draw close to Him and He will draw close to you. (2 Peter 3:9) - I decree and declare you are not to depart from the Land where you dwell without the Lord’s direction.
Though the World reports are negative, and the neighbors speak of danger, REMAIN where the Lord has planted you.
Do not rely on your own reasoning to determine what is best.
Lean not on your own understanding, but in all your ways ACKNOWLEDGE God, and He WILL DIRECT YOUR PATHS. (Proverbs 3:5-6) - I decree and declare if you set your hearts to go against God’s Command, KNOW that all that you FEAR will overtake you.
If you TURN away from walking with the Lord, you walk away from His PROTECTION and COVERING.
To ALL who have turned away, “Open your hearts to RECEIVE the LOVE of the Father/ Abba and COME HOME by the wooing of the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh. - I decree and declare the Lord COMMANDS those He LOVES and those He has CHOSEN.
He COMMANDED the Apostles He had chosen to WAIT for what the Father Promised.
The COMMANDS of the Lord are for your ENCOURAGEMENT, your PROTECTION, your SHELTER from the Storm. - I decree and declare POWER is mine for I DWELL in the PRESENCE of the Most High/ ’Elyon, for His Spirit/ Ruach is ABIDING within me — He is my Comforter.
He gives me BOLDNESS and STRENGTH to be His WITNESS in my town, through the region and nation, and to the ends of the Earth! - I decree and declare GODLINESS with contentment is GREAT GAIN.
For we brought nothing into this World, and likewise we will take nothing out of it.
We are content to have food and clothing.
But those who strive for riches fall into temptation and a trap.
For the love of money is the ROOT of all kinds of evil. - I decree and declare I flee from the Worldly traps and harmful desires and PURSUE RIGHTEOUSNESS, GODLINESS, FAITHFULNESS, LOVE, PERSEVERANCE, and GENTLENESS.
- I decree and declare I FIGHT the good fight of FAITH, taking hold of the Eternal Life I was CALLED to, and to which I made the good CONFESSION of in the presence of many witnesses.
I keep His Command without spot or blame until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah! - I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“1 Then all the commanders of the forces, Johanan the son of Kareah, Jezaniah the son of Hoshaiah, and all the people both small and great approached 2 and said to Jeremiah the prophet, “Please let our petition come before you, and pray for us to the Lord your God, that is for all this remnant; because we are left but a few out of many, as your own eyes now see us, 3 that the Lord your God may tell us the way in which we should walk and the thing that we should do.” 4 Then Jeremiah the prophet said to them, “I have heard you. Behold, I am going to pray to the Lord your God in accordance with your words; and I will tell you the whole message which the Lord will answer you. I will not keep back a word from you.” 5 Then they said to Jeremiah, “May the Lord be a true and faithful witness against us if we do not act in accordance with the whole message with which the Lord your God will send you to us. 6 Whether it is pleasant or unpleasant, we will listen to the voice of the Lord our God to whom we are sending you, so that it may go well with us when we listen to the voice of the Lord our God.”
7 Now at the end of ten days the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah. 8 Then he called for Johanan the son of Kareah and all the commanders of the forces that were with him, and for all the people both small and great, 9 and said to them, “Thus says the Lord the God of Israel, to whom you sent me to present your petition before Him: 10 ‘If you will indeed stay in this land, then I will build you up and not tear you down, and I will plant you and not uproot you; for I will relent concerning the calamity that I have inflicted on you. 11 Do not be afraid of the king of Babylon, whom you are now fearing; do not be afraid of him,’ declares the Lord, ‘for I am with you to save you and deliver you from his hand. 12 I will also show you compassion, so that he will have compassion on you and restore you to your own soil. 13 But if you are going to say, “We will not stay in this land,” so as not to listen to the voice of the Lord your God, 14 saying, “No, but we will go to the land of Egypt, where we will not see war or hear the sound of a trumpet or hunger for bread, and we will stay there”; 15 then in that case listen to the word of the Lord, O remnant of Judah. Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, “If you really set your mind to enter Egypt and go in to reside there, 16 then the sword, which you are afraid of, will overtake you there in the land of Egypt; and the famine, about which you are anxious, will follow closely after you there in Egypt, and you will die there. 17 So all the men who set their mind to go to Egypt to reside there will die by the sword, by famine and by pestilence; and they will have no survivors or refugees from the calamity that I am going to bring on them.”’”
18 For thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, “As My anger and wrath have been poured out on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so My wrath will be poured out on you when you enter Egypt. And you will become a curse, an object of horror, an imprecation and a reproach; and you will see this place no more,”” Jeremiah 42:1-18.
“2 until the day when He was taken up to heaven, after He had by the Holy Spirit given orders to the apostles whom He had chosen. 3 To these He also presented Himself alive after His suffering, by many convincing proofs, appearing to them over a period of forty days and speaking of the things concerning the kingdom of God. 4 Gathering them together, He commanded them not to leave Jerusalem, but to wait for what the Father had promised, “Which,” He said, “you heard of from Me; 5 for John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.”
6 So when they had come together, they were asking Him, saying, “Lord, is it at this time You are restoring the kingdom to Israel?” 7 He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or epochs which the Father has fixed by His own authority; 8 but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth,” Acts 1:2-8.
“6 But godliness actually is a means of great gain when accompanied by contentment. 7 For we have brought nothing into the world, so we cannot take anything out of it either. 8 If we have food and covering, with these we shall be content. 9 But those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful desires which plunge men into ruin and destruction. 10 For the love of money is a root of all sorts of evil, and some by longing for it have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.
11 But flee from these things, you man of God, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, perseverance and gentleness. 12 Fight the good fight of faith; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called, and you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. 13 I charge you in the presence of God, who gives life to all things, and of Christ Jesus, who testified the good confession before Pontius Pilate, 14 that you keep the commandment without stain or reproach until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15 which He will bring about at the proper time—He who is the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of lords, 16 who alone possesses immortality and dwells in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see. To Him be honor and eternal dominion! Amen,” 1 Timothy 6:6-16.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.

Thank you for your timely words.
I declare and decree that I will do the will of the Father and to be obedient to His Voice; where ever He leads me I shall go and speak to whoever He wants me to speak to, regardless of the looks if they overhear.
