Declarations & Decrees: I Will Declare His Truth and Speak Uprightly!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Spirit of the Lord/ Ruach Adonai SPEAKS through me and His Word is on my tongue!
• I decree and declare the God of Israel/ Elah Yisrael, the Rock of Israel/ Tzur Yisrael, says, “He who RULES over men RIGHTEOUSLY, he who RULES in the FEAR of GOD — he is like the LIGHT of the morning when the sun rises, a cloudless morning of glistening as grass springs from the Earth!”
• I decree and declare my HOUSE is with God; for He made an Everlasting Covenant with me, ordered and SECURED all things.
  He will make all my SALVATION and every DESIRE COME to FRUITION!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is RISING UP!
  To those who conceive chaff and give birth to stubble, His BREATH is a FIRE that will consume you.
  LOOK and ACKNOWLEDGE the MIGHT of God Almighty/ El Shaddai!
• I decree and declare who among us can LIVE with God’s EVERLASTING CONSUMING FIRE?
  It is the ONE WHO WALKS RIGHTEOUSLY, and SPEAKS UPRIGHTLY, who refuses unjust gain by extortion, who shakes his hands free of bribes, who stops his ears from hearing of bloodshed, and shuts his eyes from looking on evil.
• I decree and declare YOU, RIGHTEOUS People, will DWELL on the Heights — your REFUGE will be an IMPREGNABLE CLIFF.
  Your Bread will be PROVIDED, your Water ASSURED.
  Behold! Your EYES will SEE your King in His Beauty!
• I decree and declare since Christ/ Messiah suffered in the flesh, I have armed myself with the same ATTITUDE.
  For the one who has SUFFERED in the flesh is FINISHED WITH SIN!
  As a result, he LIVES the rest of his TIME in the flesh NO LONGER for HUMAN DESIRES, but for GOD’S WILL.
• I decree and declare the END OF ALL THINGS IS NEAR!
  So my focus is to be self-controlled and sober-minded for prayer.
  Above all, we are to keep our LOVE for one another CONSTANT, for LOVE covers a multitude of sins.
• I decree and declare the Chosen of God are HOSPITABLE to one another without grumbling.
  As each one has received a GIFT, use it to SERVE one another, as GOOD STEWARDS of the many-sided GRACE of God.
• I decree and declare whoever speaks, let it be as one SPEAKING the UTTERANCES of God!
  Whoever SERVES.
  Let it be with the STRENGTH that God SUPPLIES.
  So in ALL THINGS God will be GLORIFIED through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua — all GLORY and POWER to Him forever and ever! Amen!
• I declare I will not be surprised at the fiery ordeals taking place among us, which are to test us; for it is not something strange.
  I REJOICE because we are SHARING in the SUFFERINGS of Christ/ Messiah, so that at the REVELATION of His GLORY we may also REJOICE and be GLAD!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“² “The Spirit of the Lord spoke by me, and His word was on my tongue. ³ “The God of Israel said, The Rock of Israel spoke to me, ‘He who rules over men righteously, who rules in the fear of God, ⁴ Is as the light of the morning when the sun rises, a morning without clouds, when the tender grass springs out of the earth, through sunshine after rain.’ ⁵ “Truly is not my house so with God? For He has made an everlasting covenant with me, ordered in all things, and secured; for all my salvation and all my desire, will He not indeed make it grow? ⁶ “But the worthless, every one of them will be thrust away like thorns, because they cannot be taken in hand; ⁷ But the man who touches them must be armed with iron and the shaft of a spear, and they will be completely burned with fire in their place,” 2 Samuel 23:2-7.

“¹⁰ “Now I will arise,” says the Lord, “Now I will be exalted, now I will be lifted up. ¹¹ “You have conceived chaff, you will give birth to stubble; My breath will consume you like a fire. ¹² “The peoples will be burned to lime, like cut thorns which are burned in the fire.
¹³ “You who are far away, hear what I have done; and you who are near, acknowledge My might.” ¹⁴ Sinners in Zion are terrified; trembling has seized the godless. “Who among us can live with the consuming fire? Who among us can live with continual burning?”
¹⁵ He who walks righteously and speaks with sincerity, He who rejects unjust gain and shakes his hands so that they hold no bribe; he who stops his ears from hearing about bloodshed and shuts his eyes from looking upon evil; ¹⁶ He will dwell on the heights, his refuge will be the impregnable rock; his bread will be given him, his water will be sure.
¹⁷ Your eyes will see the King in His beauty; they will behold a far-distant land,” Isaiah 33:10-17.

“¹ Therefore, since Christ has suffered in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same purpose, because he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin, ² so as to live the rest of the time in the flesh no longer for the lusts of men, but for the will of God. ³ For the time already past is sufficient for you to have carried out the desire of the Gentiles, having pursued a course of sensuality, lusts, drunkenness, carousing, drinking parties and abominable idolatries. ⁴ In all this, they are surprised that you do not run with them into the same excesses of dissipation, and they malign you; ⁵ but they will give account to Him who is ready to judge the living and the dead. ⁶ For the gospel has for this purpose been preached even to those who are dead, that though they are judged in the flesh as men, they may live in the spirit according to the will of God.
⁷ The end of all things is near; therefore, be of sound judgment and sober spirit for the purpose of prayer. ⁸ Above all, keep fervent in your love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins. ⁹ Be hospitable to one another without complaint. ¹⁰ As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. ¹¹ Whoever speaks, is to do so as one who is speaking the utterances of God; whoever serves is to do so as one who is serving by the strength which God supplies; so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belongs the glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
¹² Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal among you, which comes upon you for your testing, as though some strange thing were happening to you; ¹³ but to the degree that you share the sufferings of Christ, keep on rejoicing, so that also at the revelation of His glory you may rejoice with exultation. ¹⁴ If you are reviled for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you. ¹⁵ Make sure that none of you suffers as a murderer, or thief, or evildoer, or a troublesome meddler; ¹⁶ but if anyone suffers as a Christian, he is not to be ashamed, but is to glorify God in this name. ¹⁷ For it is time for judgment to begin with the household of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God?” 1 Peter 4:1-17.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
