I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare Jesus Christ/ Yeshua the Messiah has directed me where I am to go.
  He has given to me what the Father gave Him: ALL AUTHORITY in Heaven and on Earth!
  It is my CALL to GO and make Disciples of ALL NATIONS, immersing them in the Name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh, TEACHING them to OBSERVE all that He has commanded me.
• I decree and declare Jesus Christ/ Yeshua the Messiah is WITH ME ALWAYS, even to the End of the Age!
• I decree and declare The LORD/ Adonai says, “NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO STAND BEFORE you all the days of your life.
  Just as I was with Moses, so I will be with you.
  I WILL NOT FAIL YOU nor forsake you.
  BE STRONG!
  For you are My Chosen LEADER!
  You will lead the People.
  Only be VERY STRONG, and RESOLUTE to observe diligently the Law/ Torah of The LORD!”
• I decree and declare I WILL NOT TURN from the Right nor the Left, so that I will be SUCCESSFUL wherever I go.
  The Book of the Law/ Torah will not depart from my mouth — I MEDITATE on it Day and Night and I am CAREFUL TO DO Everything written in it.
  In this way I will make my way PROSPEROUS and I will be SUCCESSFUL!
• I decree and declare I will be STRONG!
  I will not be terrified nor dismayed, for The LORD my God/ Adonai Elohai is WITH ME wherever I go!
• I decree and declare that you are a Child of Abraham, by FAITH: GOD/ ELOHIM HAS CHOSEN YOU, not rejected you!
  He says, “FEAR NOT, for I AM WITH YOU, be not dismayed, for I AM YOUR GOD.
  I WILL STRENGTHEN YOU, SURELY, I WILL HELP YOU.
  I will uphold you with My RIGHTEOUS Right Hand!”
• I decree and declare all who are angry at you will be ashamed and disgraced.
  Those who quarrel with you will be as nothing and perish.
  Though you look for those who contend with you, YOU WILL NOT FIND THEM.
  THOSE WHO WARRED AGAINST YOU WILL BE AS NOTHING AT ALL!
  For The LORD/ Adonai Upholds your Right Hand and says to you, “FEAR NOT, I WILL HELP YOU!”
• I decree and declare SING ALOUD, Daughter of Zion/ Tziyon! SHOUT in TRIUMPH, O Israel!
  REJOICE and exult wholeheartedly, O Daughter of Jerusalem!
  The LORD/ Adonai has taken away your punishments.
  He has TURNED BACK YOUR ADVERSARY!
• I decree and declare the King of Israel, The LORD/ Adonai, IS IN YOUR MIDST!
  Never again will you fear harm.
  The LORD your God/ Adonai Eloheykha is in your midst — a MIGHTY SAVIOR!
  He delights over you with JOY!
  He QUIETS you with His love.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, The LORD God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The LORD God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁶ But the eleven disciples proceeded to Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had designated. ¹⁷ When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some were doubtful. ¹⁸ And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. ¹⁹ Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, ²⁰ teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age,” Matthew 28:16-20.

“⁵ No man will be able to stand before you all the days of your life. Just as I have been with Moses, I will be with you; I will not fail you or forsake you. ⁶ Be strong and courageous, for you shall give this people possession of the land which I swore to their fathers to give them. ⁷ Only be strong and very courageous; be careful to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, so that you may have success wherever you go. ⁸ This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success. ⁹ Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed, for The LORD your God is with you wherever you go,” Joshua 1:5-9.

“⁸ “But you, Israel, My servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, descendant of Abraham My friend, ⁹ You whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called from its remotest parts and said to you, ‘You are My servant, I have chosen you and not rejected you. ¹⁰ ‘Do not fear, for I am with you; do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’ ¹¹ “Behold, all those who are angered at you will be shamed and dishonored; those who contend with you will be as nothing and will perish. ¹² “You will seek those who quarrel with you, but will not find them, those who war with you will be as nothing and non-existent. ¹³ “For I am The LORD your God, who upholds your right hand, Who says to you, ‘Do not fear, I will help you,’” Isaiah 41:8-13.

“¹⁴ Shout for joy, O daughter of Zion! Shout in triumph, O Israel! Rejoice and exult with all your heart, O daughter of Jerusalem! ¹⁵ The LORD has taken away His judgments against you, He has cleared away your enemies. The King of Israel, The LORD, is in your midst; you will fear disaster no more. ¹⁶ In that day it will be said to Jerusalem: “Do not be afraid, O Zion; do not let your hands fall limp. ¹⁷ “The LORD your God is in your midst, a victorious warrior. He will exult over you with joy, He will be quiet in His love, He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy. ¹⁸ “I will gather those who grieve about the appointed feasts— they came from you, O Zion; the reproach of exile is a burden on them. ¹⁹ “Behold, I am going to deal at that time with all your oppressors, I will save the lame and gather the outcast, and I will turn their shame into praise and renown in all the earth. ²⁰ “At that time I will bring you in, even at the time when I gather you together; indeed, I will give you renown and praise among all the peoples of the earth, when I restore your fortunes before your eyes,” says The LORD,” Zephaniah 3:14-20.

Dawn Flores has been involved in The LORD’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
