“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Hebrews 11:6.

Years ago, I was beating myself up over something I had been through and couldn’t understand how I got into that mess.

The enemy kept beating me up when I would ask for anything from God such as finances and healing and saying that I did not deserve to be healed and that I had opened a door to the enemy but most of all he kept saying “You will never get healed now!”

Not only was I beating myself up, but many well meaning Christians were beating me up also.

While I was going through this it was a very lean time financially, for my husband and I and we were barely living from paycheck to paycheck.

All of this time period we had church with a small congregation and were working at the school also. The reason that we were at school was not so much for the money but was because we felt The LORD’s leading.

Oh God was meeting our needs… but it seemed like a struggle anyway.

Happy Birthday to Me!

On one of those days it was on my birthday and I was feeling a bit dejected, because it seemed every year on my birthday we were broke.

I was an avid walker and was needing walking shoes. That morning I got up and decided to go to some yard sales when all at once I saw a pair of what looked to be a brand new pair of walking shoes exactly my size and the exact shoes that I normally bought each year.

At first I looked and there was a tag on it for $20 and I didn’t even have $20. When I got to the lady taking the money for the yard sale, I said to her that I wanted those but saw they were twenty dollars and she said oh no they are only $2.

All at once, The LORD said to me, “Happy Birthday!”

I have many more stories like that I could tell… but I won’t for times sake.

I said all that to say this because some people need to hear it no matter how long they have been in ministry and I know how the enemy works in this.

You think because I messed up. Because, I was stupid, The LORD doesn’t hear me.

You even tell yourself that The Bible says He loves me with an everlasting Love, but something in you still does not feel worthy.

Well I feel today that The LORD wants me to let someone know and He said “I want to set them free!”

He said, “I came to set them free of this mindset! I AM a good God and I AM a REWARDER OF THOSE WHO DILIGENTLY SEEK ME!

Not because they have done everything right or not — but I reward those who diligently seek Me and depend on Me, because I died to give them access to all of My Glory and all of My Kingdom.

I AM looking for those who believe that I AM and that I AM A REWARDER OF THOSE WHO SEEK ME!

I do it because you’re My Child and I do it because I love you! You have to believe in My Love for you!

You have to understand the depth of My Willingness to show you My Glory!

I want you to be excited about what is coming to you!”

Money in the Mail

A couple of years ago before Doug and I both retired I was beginning to go out on the road and speak ,because The LORD had told me to… and in a dream I dreamed that a hand came out of my mailbox and handed me money.

The LORD then said to me. “I AM going to send you money in the mail every week. For some reason and by Faith, I just accepted that, because He had always met our needs in years past.

I believed that He was a rewarder of those who diligently sought Him and sure enough, He began a long season of bringing finances like that every week.

Once my husband even got a royalty check in the mail from a song he had written 40 years ago that they used in a commercial overseas!

Some were small and some large, but always they were just on time and just what we needed.

I realize this is a lifetime of experience, but I tell you the sooner you learn this the easier it becomes to believe Him.

He Does Not Delight in Your Worry!

It is not by our might or power, but by His Spirit that all of these things come.

God wants you to know that it makes Him very sad to see you struggle with these things because you believe the devil’s lies that God doesn’t love you, because you are not receiving from Him.

It is the enemy who has told you this, because it is his whole game to get you to doubt God’s Love.

When you doubt His love you get in fear which causes you to open yourself up to just the opposite of what God wants for you, whether it be healing or provision or even a good relationship with Him.

“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8.

See, while we were yet sinners he died so that he could pour his love out on you! He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him!

“Look at the lilies! They don’t toil and spin, and yet Solomon in all his glory was not robed as well as they are. And if God provides clothing for the flowers that are here today and gone tomorrow, don’t you suppose that he will provide clothing for you, you doubters? And don’t worry about food — what to eat and drink; don’t worry at all that God will provide it for you. All mankind scratches for its daily bread, but your heavenly Father knows your needs. He will always give you all you need from day to day if you will make the Kingdom of God your primary concern. “So don’t be afraid, little flock. For it gives your Father great happiness to give you the Kingdom.” Luke 12:27-32 (TLB).
