I Sought for a Man!!
“Her priests have done violence to My law and have profaned My holy things.
They have made no distinction between the sacred and the secular, neither have they taught people the difference between the unclean nor the clean and have hid their eyes from my Sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.
Her princes in the midst of her are like wolves rending and devouring the prey, shedding blood and destroying lives to get dishonest gain. And her prophets have daubed them over with whitewash, seeing false visions and divining lies to them, saying, thus says the Lord God — when the Lord has not spoken.
The people of the land have used oppression and extortion and have committed robbery; Yes, they have wronged and vexed the poor and needy; Yes, they have oppressed the stranger and temporary resident wrongfully.
And I sought a man among them who should build up the wall and stand in the gap before Me for the land that I should not destroy it, but I found none” Ezekiel 22:26-30 AMP.
We live in deceiving days! This is nothing but the spirit of the end time! The people of the nations seeking help from the government of their nations, sad to say too, the church also seeks help from the government of the times!
If the truth be told, no government has the power to bring hope to its people! So long as the government pursues its own methods which are not based on the principles of the words of the Lord, hope is far from sight! How can a man in bondage promise freedom?
The most painful aspect of this deception is the church being roped into the spirit of the times!
The above verses states that, there is a gross violation of holy things, prophets see false visions of peace and blessings when in actual sense, there is divine judgment looming n the air! Robbery by top government officials is the other of the day and the poor suffers untold oppression through extortion’s of all kinds! The poor has been wronged and vexed! They have been pushed to the wall and now has possibly carried arms!
Just imagine in a situation where the poor lays a hold on arms: every evil vices becomes the order of the day! In loosing their lives, they have nothing to loose, but the rich have everything to loose!
The church is suppose to be the prophetic voice of the Lord, but it seems as though we have gone in the way of Balaam, pursuing lustfully after materialism and financial gains instead of declaring the word in its entirety! Sinners, the bible says, are afraid in Zion, but have some how built a condominium in Zion!
If we can’t change these political thieves, rogues and robbers found among us in our congregations, it means just one thing: ‘we are the same’
Yet God says: “and I sought a man among them who should build up the wall and stand in the gap before Me for the land that I should not destroy it, but I found none.”
Shall we not at this time take up our spiritual mandate and declare the totality of the word as we are commanded to speak?
Shall we not at this time, cry to the lord thus: ‘Lord here am I, use me’?

8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send? And who will go for Us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
Here am I. Lord send me I will go
