Declarations & Decrees: I Seek All Spiritual Gifts and Insight The LORD Has for Me!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah is the Passover/ Pesach Lamb.
  As the Children of Israel covered the lintel and door posts of their homes with the blood of the lamb, they were protected from the plague of death as God/ Elohim passed through the Land of Egypt.
  So are we protected when we remain under the COVERING OF THE BLOOD.
  It is a HUMBLE place, knowing that God alone is our PROTECTOR.
• I decree and declare OBEDIENCE to God/ Elohim — to His Word — is crucial so that you will remain COVERED and PROTECTED by His Hand.
  Obedience is emphasized by the Lord, “If you love Me, you will OBEY what I command.” (John 14:15)
• I decree and declare ASK and the Father will give you all GOOD THINGS!
  Do not hold back, do not hesitate, for the gifts and operation of the Spirit/ Ruach are to ENABLE you to do the work of the Gospel!
  As you move in the Spirit, DOORS will OPEN, People will be TOUCHED, NATIONS will be reached for Christ/ Messiah!
• I decree and declare that in all things I WILL DO TO OTHERS what I want them to do for me — for this is the Law/ Torah and the Prophets.
  I will enter through the Narrow Gate, though it is difficult — this way LEADS TO LIFE, and those who find it are few.
• I decree and declare I HAVE BEEN RAISED UP WITH CHRIST/ MESSIAH and so I will continue to SEEK the things above — where Christ/ Messiah is, sitting at the Right Hand of God/ Elohim.
  I will FOCUS my mind on the things ABOVE, not on the things on the Earth.
• I decree and declare I have put on the New Self that is being RENEWED in KNOWLEDGE, according to the image of the One who created me — Christ/ Messiah is all and in all.
  When Christ/ Messiah, Who is my LIFE, is REVEALED, then I also will be REVEALED with Him in GLORY!
• I decree and declare we are called in ONE BODY, so let the Peace/ Shalom of Christ/ Messiah rule in your Hearts!
  Let us also be THANKFUL.
  The Word of Christ/ Messiah is dwelling in me RICHLY, as I teach and admonish others with all WISDOM in Psalms and Hymns and Spiritual Songs, SINGING WITH GRATITUDE in my Heart to God!
• I decree and declare all that I do in Word or Deed, I do in the Name of the Lord Jesus/ Adonai Yeshua, GIVING THANKS to God/ Elohim the Father through Him!
• I decree and declare that I will TRUST GOD/ ELOHIM in all things concerning Him and His GOODNESS!
  For without faith it is impossible to please God.
  I will COME to God/ Elohim and BELIEVE that He exists and that He is a REWARDER of those who SEEK Him!
• I decree and declare and BLESS the God/Elohim and Father/ Abba of our Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua the Messiah, WHO has BLESSED US with EVERY SPIRITUAL BLESSING in the Heavenly Places in Christ/ Messiah.
  He CHOSE US in Christ/ Messiah before the foundation of the World, to be HOLY and BLAMELESS before Him in Love!
  He PREDESTINED us for adoption as sons through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua!
• I decree and declare we have REDEMPTION through the Blood of Christ/ Messiah — the removal of trespasses — in keeping with the RICHNESS OF HIS GRACE.
  In all Wisdom and Insight, He made known to us the MYSTERY of His will, in keeping with His good pleasure.
  The plan of the fullness of times is to bring all things together in Christ/ the Messiah — both things in heaven and things on Earth, all in Him.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Yahweh spoke to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying, ² “This month shall be to you the beginning of months. It shall be the first month of the year to you. ³ Speak to all the congregation of Israel, saying, ‘On the tenth day of this month, they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to their fathers’ houses, a lamb for a household; ⁴ and if the household is too little for a lamb, then he and his neighbor next to his house shall take one according to the number of the souls. You shall make your count for the lamb according to what everyone can eat. ⁵ Your lamb shall be without defect, a male a year old. You shall take it from the sheep or from the goats. ⁶ You shall keep it until the fourteenth day of the same month; and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it at evening. ⁷ They shall take some of the blood, and put it on the two door posts and on the lintel, on the houses in which they shall eat it. ⁸ They shall eat the meat in that night, roasted with fire, with unleavened bread. They shall eat it with bitter herbs. ⁹ Don’t eat it raw, nor boiled at all with water, but roasted with fire; with its head, its legs and its inner parts. ¹⁰ You shall let nothing of it remain until the morning; but that which remains of it until the morning you shall burn with fire. ¹¹ This is how you shall eat it: with your belt on your waist, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and you shall eat it in haste: it is Yahweh’s Passover. ¹² For I will go through the land of Egypt in that night, and will strike all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and animal. I will execute judgments against all the gods of Egypt. I am Yahweh. ¹³ The blood shall be to you for a token on the houses where you are. When I see the blood, I will pass over you, and no plague will be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt. ¹⁴ This day shall be a memorial for you. You shall keep it as a feast to Yahweh. You shall keep it as a feast throughout your generations by an ordinance forever,” Exodus 12:1-14.

“⁷ “Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. ⁸ For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened. ⁹ Or who is there among you who, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone? ¹⁰ Or if he asks for a fish, who will give him a serpent? ¹¹ If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him! ¹² Therefore, whatever you desire for men to do to you, you shall also do to them; for this is the law and the prophets.
¹³ “Enter in by the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter in by it. ¹⁴ How the gate is narrow and the way is restricted that leads to life! There are few who find it,” Matthew 7:7-14.

“¹ If then you were raised together with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated on the right hand of God. ² Set your mind on the things that are above, not on the things that are on the earth. ³ For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. ⁴ When Christ, our life, is revealed, then you will also be revealed with him in glory.
⁵ Put to death therefore your members which are on the earth: sexual immorality, uncleanness, depraved passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. ⁶ For these things’ sake the wrath of God comes on the children of disobedience. ⁷ You also once walked in those, when you lived in them; ⁸ but now you also put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and shameful speaking out of your mouth. ⁹ Don’t lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old man with his doings, ¹⁰ and have put on the new man, who is being renewed in knowledge after the image of his Creator, ¹¹ where there can’t be Greek and Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, barbarian, Scythian, bondservant, or free person; but Christ is all, and in all.
¹² Put on therefore, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance; ¹³ bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do.
¹⁴ Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection. ¹⁵ And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body, and be thankful. ¹⁶ Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your heart to the Lord.
¹⁷ Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him,” Colossians 3:1-17.

“⁶ Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him,” Hebrews 11:6.

“³ Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, ⁴ even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and without defect before him in love, ⁵ having predestined us for adoption as children through Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his desire, ⁶ to the praise of the glory of his grace, by which he freely gave us favor in the Beloved, ⁷ in whom we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, ⁸ which he made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, ⁹ making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he purposed in him ¹⁰ to an administration of the fullness of the times, to sum up all things in Christ, the things in the heavens and the things on the earth, in him. ¹¹ We were also assigned an inheritance in him, having been foreordained according to the purpose of him who does all things after the counsel of his will, ¹² to the end that we should be to the praise of his glory, we who had before hoped in Christ. ¹³ In him you also, having heard the word of the truth, the Good News of your salvation—in whom, having also believed, you were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, ¹⁴ who is a pledge of our inheritance, to the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of his glory,” Ephesians 1:3-14.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
