I see You Differently
How I see you and how you see yourself is vastly different. How I see you and others see you, differs greatly also. There are only two ways I see mankind; I see you either proud and self righteous or I see you humble and repentant! To start with, let Me simply say, “I resist the proud, and I give grace unto the humble” James 4:6. Anyone in between is lukewarm and I just spit them out, I don’t even count them Revelation 3:16.
I want to let you see what I see, when I look at the humble and repentant heart. I always see the end from the beginning. Actually I first see, My finished work in you, and then I back up to your beginning and start working to bring you to what I see at your end. It’s a God thing, so you can’t do it. You can “be confident of this one thing, that when I begin to work a good work in you, I will continue it until the day I see you face to face” Philippians 1:6. The only thing that prevents Me from finishing work in you, is you quitting. You must keep on, asking, seeking, and knocking as long as you live. I promise you, if you Ask, I will see that it’s given to you; if you seek, you will find everything you need; and if you keep knocking, and I will open the doors for you” Luke 11:9.
The old nature/new nature transfer of character, takes time so you must be in it for the long haul. Don’t allow yourself to get weary in well doing: for eventually you will reap, if you don’t quit” Galatians 6:9. Right now, you see yourself as a failure, but I see you as a success Joshua 1:8. You see yourself as unclean, but I see you whiter than snow Isaiah 1:18. You see yourself lost, I see you found Luke 15:6. You see yourself weak, I see you strong 2 Corinthians 12:10. You see weary and heavy burdened, I see light and rested Matthew 11:28-30. You see yourself weeping, I see you joyful. You see night, I see your morning Psalm 30:5.
Some of you are saying, NO WAY! I thank God I am not like any of these! Well friend you have a big problem!!! I tell you, these people will enter My house justified, but not you: for every one that exalts himself will be knocked off his high horse; but those that are humble and repentant will be promoted, both in My kingdom and on earth” Luke 18:14. And beside that, My proud friend, I am resisting you!
