I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is sitting HIGH and LIFTED UP on His Throne! His Train of His Robe FILLS the TEMPLE.
  Seraphim are ABOVE HIM, each had six Wings. One calls out to the other, “HOLY, HOLY, HOLY, is the Lord of Hosts/ Adonai Tzva’ot!
  The WHOLE WORLD IS FULL OF HIS GLORY!”
• I decree and declare the House is filled with Smoke and the DOOR POSTS tremble at the VOICE of the Angels CALLING.
  I ACKNOWLEDGE that I am UNDONE and UNWORTHY to DWELL in GOD’S PRESENCE, EXCEPT for the COVERING and FORGIVENESS of the Son, the Lamb that was Slain Who has made a WAY.
  He has REMOVED our sin and iniquity.
  GLORY TO GOD MOST HIGH/ EL’ELYON!
• I decree and declare the Lord is SEEKING for those who will GO FOR HIM.
  I cry with my whole being, Here I am/ Hineni, SEND ME!”
  I am to GO and TELL the People, “Hear without understanding, and see without perceiving.”
  The Lord/ Adonai KNOWS the Hearts of men. I will GO as He directs.
• I decree and declare the WAY of the RIGHTEOUS is STRAIGHT.
  Upright One, You make SMOOTH the PATH of the RIGHTEOUS.
  Yes, Your JUDGMENTS are PURE; we have waited for You. Lord/ Adonai.
  Your remembrance is the DESIRE of our soul!
• I decree and declare my soul LONGS FOR YOU at Night, Lord God/ Adonai Elohim, yes, my spirit within me SEEKS YOU!
  For when Your JUDGMENTS are in the Earth, the inhabitants of the World LEARN RIGHTEOUSNESS.
• I decree and declare the Hand of the Lord is LIFTED UP, yet the wicked do not see it!
  Though GRACE is shown to the wicked, he does not learn RIGHTEOUSNESS.
  Even in a land of Uprightness he will act wrongly, NOT PERCEIVING THE MAJESTY OF THE LORD.
• I decree and declare ALL PEOPLE will SEE Your ZEAL, Lord/ Adonai, for the People will be put to shame.
  Yes, FIRE WILL DEVOUR YOUR ENEMIES!
• I decree and declare the Word of the Lord/ Adonai says, “I KNEW YOU, before you were formed in the womb, and before you were born.
  I SET YOU APART – YOU ARE CALLED BY MY NAME!
  You carry My TRUTH to your Cities, Nation and the World.
  Wherever your foot treads, I have given the Land to you.
  Be BOLD and Know that I HAVE GONE BEFORE YOU!”
• I decree and declare I will SPEAK and WRITE the Words of the Lord.
  His Hand is upon me and His Words are in my mouth and spirit.
  He has anointed me to UPROOT and to TEAR DOWN, to DESTROY and to OVERTHROW, to build and to plant.
  It will be God’s WILL, not my own that will be done: ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN!
• I decree and declare the Lord is WATCHING over His Word to PERFORM IT!
  His Word will not fail, it will come to pass.
  The Lord KNOWS the abominations taking place within the Churches and Synagogues that carry His Name.
  He says, “I will pronounce My JUDGMENTS on them for all their wickedness – they have forsaken Me, offering incense to other gods, worshipping the works of their hands.”
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ In the year of King Uzziah’s death I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, lofty and exalted, with the train of His robe filling the temple. ² Seraphim stood above Him, each having six wings: with two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. ³ And one called out to another and said, “Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord of hosts, the whole earth is full of His glory.”
⁴ And the foundations of the thresholds trembled at the voice of him who called out, while the temple was filling with smoke. ⁵ Then I said, “Woe is me, for I am ruined! Because I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips; for my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts.”
⁶ Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a burning coal in his hand, which he had taken from the altar with tongs. ⁷ He touched my mouth with it and said, “Behold, this has touched your lips; and your iniquity is taken away and your sin is forgiven.”
⁸ Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I. Send me!” ⁹ He said, “Go, and tell this people: ‘Keep on listening, but do not perceive; keep on looking, but do not understand.’ ¹⁰ “Render the hearts of this people insensitive, their ears dull, and their eyes dim, otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts, and return and be healed,” Isaiah 6:1-10.

“⁷ The way of the righteous is smooth; O Upright One, make the path of the righteous level. ⁸ Indeed, while following the way of Your judgments, O Lord, we have waited for You eagerly; Your name, even Your memory, is the desire of our souls. ⁹ At night my soul longs for You, indeed, my spirit within me seeks You diligently; for when the earth experiences Your judgments the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness. ¹⁰ Though the wicked is shown favor, He does not learn righteousness; He deals unjustly in the land of uprightness, and does not perceive the majesty of the Lord.
¹¹ O Lord, Your hand is lifted up yet they do not see it. They see Your zeal for the people and are put to shame; indeed, fire will devour Your enemies,” Isaiah 26:7-11.

“⁴ Now the word of the Lord came to me saying, ⁵ “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I have appointed you a prophet to the nations.” ⁶ Then I said, “Alas, Lord God! Behold, I do not know how to speak, because I am a youth.” ⁷ But the Lord said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am a youth,’ because everywhere I send you, you shall go, and all that I command you, you shall speak. ⁸ “Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you to deliver you,” declares the Lord.
⁹ Then the Lord stretched out His hand and touched my mouth, and the Lord said to me, “Behold, I have put My words in your mouth. ¹⁰ “See, I have appointed you this day over the nations and over the kingdoms, to pluck up and to break down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant.”
¹¹ The word of the Lord came to me saying, “What do you see, Jeremiah?” And I said, “I see a rod of an almond tree.” ¹² Then the Lord said to me, “You have seen well, for I am watching over My word to perform it.”
¹³ The word of the Lord came to me a second time saying, “What do you see?” And I said, “I see a boiling pot, facing away from the north.” ¹⁴ Then the Lord said to me, “Out of the north the evil will break forth on all the inhabitants of the land. ¹⁵ For, behold, I am calling all the families of the kingdoms of the north,” declares the Lord; “and they will come and they will set each one his throne at the entrance of the gates of Jerusalem, and against all its walls round about and against all the cities of Judah. ¹⁶ I will pronounce My judgments on them concerning all their wickedness, whereby they have forsaken Me and have offered sacrifices to other gods, and worshiped the works of their own hands. ¹⁷ Now, gird up your loins and arise, and speak to them all which I command you. Do not be dismayed before them, or I will dismay you before them. ¹⁸ Now behold, I have made you today as a fortified city and as a pillar of iron and as walls of bronze against the whole land, to the kings of Judah, to its princes, to its priests and to the people of the land. ¹⁹ They will fight against you, but they will not overcome you, for I am with you to deliver you,” declares the Lord,” Jeremiah 1:4-19.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
