Declarations & Decrees: I Praise The LORD Who Is Doing a New Thing!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare thus says the Lord/ Adonai, Who MAKES a WAY in the Sea and a PATH in the mighty waters, Who drew out chariots and horses, the army and warrior; they are EXTINGUISHED — quenched like a wick: DO NOT REMEMBER FORMER THINGS, nor consider things of the past!
• I decree and declare God Almighty/ El Shaddai says, “HERE I AM, DOING A NEW THING; now it is springing up — aren’t you aware of it?
  I will SURELY MAKE A WAY in the Desert, Rivers in the wasteland; I GIVE WATERS in the Wilderness to GIVE DRINK to My Chosen People, the People I formed for Myself, so they might declare My PRAISE.”
• I decree and declare I WILL NOT FEAR; I AM GLAD and REJOICE!
  For the Lord/ Adonai has done GREAT things.
  I am GLAD and REJOICE in the Lord my God/ Adonai Elohai for He has given us the Early Rain for PROSPERITY, Yes, He will bring down the rain for us, the Early Rain and the Latter Rain as before.
• I decree and declare the THRESHING FLOORS are FULL of grain and the VATS OVERFLOW with New Wine and FRESH OIL!
  The Lord/ Adonai is RESTORING to you the YEARS that the locust, the swarming locust, the canker-worm and the caterpillar have eaten.
  You will surely EAT and be SATISFIED, and PRAISE the Name of the Lord your God/ Adonai Elohekha, Who has dealt WONDROUSLY with you!
• I decree and declare the Lord/Adonai says, “I AM within Israel.
  Yes, I AM the Lord your God/ Adonai Elohekha – there is no other — Never again will My People be shamed!”
• I declare I will EXALT You, my God/ Elohai, the King, and I will BLESS Your Name FOREVER and EVER!
  Every Day I WILL BLESS YOU and PRAISE Your Name FOREVER and EVER! You are GREAT, Lord/ Adonai, and greatly to be PRAISED – Your GREATNESS is UNSEARCHABLE!
• I decree and declare we will PRAISE Your Works from one generation to another and DECLARE Your MIGHTY ACTS!
  I will MEDITATE on the GLORIOUS SPLENDOR of Your MAJESTY and Your WONDERS.
  They SPEAK of the Might of Your AWESOME DEEDS, and I will PROCLAIM Your GREATNESS!
• I decree and declare Your People, Lord/ Adonai, POUR OUT the Renown of Your GREAT GOODNESS, and SING JOYFULLY of Your RIGHTEOUSNESS.
  You are GRACIOUS and COMPASSIONATE on all Your creatures.
  All Your Works PRAISE You, Lord/ Adonai, and Your Holy Ones BLESS You!
• I decree and declare the GLORY of Your Kingdom and SPEAK of Your MIGHT, to MAKE KNOWN to the sons of men Your MIGHTY ACTS and the GLORY of the Majesty of Your Kingdom.
  Your Kingdom is a kingdom for all Ages, and Your DOMINION ENDURES from generation to generation!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is RIGHTEOUS in all His Ways and KIND in all His Deeds.
  He is NEAR to all who CALL on Him, to all who CALL ON HIM IN TRUTH!
  He will FULFILL the DESIRE of those who FEAR Him.
  He WATCHES OVER all who LOVE Him.
  My mouth DECLARES the PRAISE of the Lord/ Adonai!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁶ Thus says the Lord, Who makes a way through the sea and a path through the mighty waters, ¹⁷ Who brings forth the chariot and the horse, the army and the mighty man (They will lie down together and not rise again; they have been quenched and extinguished like a wick): ¹⁸ “Do not call to mind the former things, or ponder things of the past. ¹⁹ “Behold, I will do something new, now it will spring forth; will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness, rivers in the desert. ²⁰ “The beasts of the field will glorify Me, the jackals and the ostriches, because I have given waters in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, to give drink to My chosen people. ²¹ “The people whom I formed for Myself will declare My praise,” Isaiah 43:16-21.

“²¹ Do not fear, O land, rejoice and be glad, for the Lord has done great things. ²² Do not fear, beasts of the field, for the pastures of the wilderness have turned green, for the tree has borne its fruit, the fig tree and the vine have yielded in full. ²³ So rejoice, O sons of Zion, and be glad in the Lord your God; for He has given you the early rain for your vindication. And He has poured down for you the rain, the early and latter rain as before. ²⁴ The threshing floors will be full of grain, and the vats will overflow with the new wine and oil. ²⁵ “Then I will make up to you for the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the creeping locust, the stripping locust and the gnawing locust, My great army which I sent among you. ²⁶ “You will have plenty to eat and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you; then My people will never be put to shame. ²⁷ “Thus you will know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the Lord your God, and there is no other; and My people will never be put to shame,” Joel 2:21-27.

“¹ I will extol You, my God, O King, and I will bless Your name forever and ever. ² Every day I will bless You, and I will praise Your name forever and ever. ³ Great is the Lord, and highly to be praised, and His greatness is unsearchable. ⁴ One generation shall praise Your works to another, and shall declare Your mighty acts. ⁵ On the glorious splendor of Your majesty and on Your wonderful works, I will meditate. ⁶ Men shall speak of the power of Your awesome acts, and I will tell of Your greatness. ⁷ They shall eagerly utter the memory of Your abundant goodness and will shout joyfully of Your righteousness.
⁸ The Lord is gracious and merciful; slow to anger and great in lovingkindness. ⁹ The Lord is good to all, and His mercies are over all His works. ¹⁰ All Your works shall give thanks to You, O Lord, and Your godly ones shall bless You. ¹¹ They shall speak of the glory of Your kingdom and talk of Your power; ¹² To make known to the sons of men Your mighty acts and the glory of the majesty of Your kingdom. ¹³ Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and Your dominion endures throughout all generations.
¹⁴ The Lord sustains all who fall and raises up all who are bowed down. ¹⁵ The eyes of all look to You, and You give them their food in due time. ¹⁶ You open Your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing.
¹⁷ The Lord is righteous in all His ways and kind in all His deeds. ¹⁸ The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth. ¹⁹ He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He will also hear their cry and will save them. ²⁰ The Lord keeps all who love Him, but all the wicked He will destroy. ²¹ My mouth will speak the praise of the Lord, and all flesh will bless His holy name forever and ever,” Psalm 145:1-21.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
