I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare what the Lord/ Adonai has before US is EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD!
  Only DO NOT REBEL against Him, and DO NOT BE AFRAID of the People of the Land.
  The protection over them is gone.
  The Lord/ Adonai is with US, WHO TRUST and FOLLOW HIM WHOLEHEARTEDLY!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is SLOW TO ANGER and ABUNDANT IN LOVINGKINDNESS, forgiving iniquity and transgression.
  Yet the GUILTY WILL NOT GO UNPUNISHED; the iniquity of the fathers is upon the children to the third and fourth generations.
  Through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua THERE IS FORGIVENESS OF SINS and HE REMEMBERS THEM NO MORE!
• I decree and declare this WARNING from the Lord: those who SEE MY GLORY and MY MIRACULOUS SIGNS, yet TEST ME, again and again, WILL NOT ENTER INTO THE PROMISES I AM GIVING TO MY FAITHFUL ONES.
  All who TREAT THE LORD/ ADONAI WITH CONTEMPT will not see the FORETOLD PROMISES.
• I decree and declare the Lord is RESTORING TO HIS PEOPLE a PURE SPEECH, so that all may CALL UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD/ ADONAI and SERVE Him shoulder to shoulder.
  We will WORSHIP and bring our OFFERING before the Lord/ Adonai, the King of Kings.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai will REMOVE FROM OUR MIDST THE PROUD, ARROGANT ONES, and we will never again be haughty as we come before Him on His Holy Mountain.
  Those whom He will leave among us are a People MEEK and HUMBLE.
  WE TAKE REFUGE IN THE NAME OF THE LORD/ ADONAI!
  The REMNANT of Israel will do no injustice nor will they tell lies, nor will a deceitful tongue be found in their mouths.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai HAS TAKEN AWAY YOUR PUNISHMENTS.
  He has turned back your adversary.
  THE KING, THE LORD/ ADONAI, IS IN YOUR MIDST!
  NEVER AGAIN WILL YOU FEAR HARM!
• I decree and declare the Lord my God/ Adonai Elohai is with me – a MIGHTY SAVIOR!
  HE DELIGHTS OVER ME WITH JOY!
  HE QUIETS ME WITH HIS LOVE!
  HE DANCES WITH JOY OVER ME WITH SINGING!
• I decree and declare the time is coming when the Lord/ Adonai will deal with all who oppress you.
  He will SAVE THE LAME and GATHER THE OUTCAST.
  He will make them a PRAISE and a name throughout all the Land where they suffered shame.
  At that time He will BRING YOU IN — He will gather you. God Almighty/ El Shaddai says, “FOR I WILL GIVE YOU RENOWN AND GLORY AMONG ALL THE PEOPLES OF THE EARTH!”
• I decree and declare I choose only to WHOLEHEARTEDLY OBEY THE WORD OF GOD/ ELOHIM as I am enslaved to RIGHTEOUSNESS.
  I yield my body as a SLAVE to RIGHTEOUSNESS resulting in HOLINESS!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁶ Joshua the son of Nun and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, who were of those who spied out the land, tore their clothes. ⁷ They spoke to all the congregation of the children of Israel, saying, “The land, which we passed through to spy it out, is an exceedingly good land. ⁸ If Yahweh delights in us, then he will bring us into this land, and give it to us: a land which flows with milk and honey. ⁹ Only don’t rebel against Yahweh, neither fear the people of the land; for they are bread for us. Their defense is removed from over them, and Yahweh is with us. Don’t fear them.”
¹⁰ But all the congregation threatened to stone them with stones.
Yahweh’s glory appeared in the Tent of Meeting to all the children of Israel. ¹¹ Yahweh said to Moses, “How long will this people despise me? How long will they not believe in me, for all the signs which I have worked among them? ¹² I will strike them with the pestilence, and disinherit them, and will make of you a nation greater and mightier than they.”
¹³ Moses said to Yahweh, “Then the Egyptians will hear it; for you brought up this people in your might from among them. ¹⁴ They will tell it to the inhabitants of this land. They have heard that you Yahweh are among this people; for you Yahweh are seen face to face, and your cloud stands over them, and you go before them, in a pillar of cloud by day, and in a pillar of fire by night. ¹⁵ Now if you killed this people as one man, then the nations which have heard the fame of you will speak, saying, ¹⁶ ‘Because Yahweh was not able to bring this people into the land which he swore to them, therefore he has slain them in the wilderness.’ ¹⁷ Now please let the power of the Lord be great, according as you have spoken, saying, ¹⁸ ‘Yahweh is slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness, forgiving iniquity and disobedience; and he will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, on the third and on the fourth generation.’ ¹⁹ Please pardon the iniquity of this people according to the greatness of your loving kindness, and just as you have forgiven this people, from Egypt even until now.”
²⁰ Yahweh said, “I have pardoned according to your word; ²¹ but in very deed — as I live, and as all the earth shall be filled with Yahweh’s glory — ²² because all those men who have seen my glory and my signs, which I worked in Egypt and in the wilderness, yet have tempted me these ten times, and have not listened to my voice; ²³ surely they shall not see the land which I swore to their fathers, neither shall any of those who despised me see it. ²⁴ But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and has followed me fully, him I will bring into the land into which he went. His offspring shall possess it. ²⁵ Since the Amalekite and the Canaanite dwell in the valley, tomorrow turn and go into the wilderness by the way to the Red Sea,” Numbers 14:6-25.

“⁹ For then I will purify the lips of the peoples, that they may all call on Yahweh’s name, to serve him shoulder to shoulder. ¹⁰ From beyond the rivers of Cush, my worshipers, even the daughter of my dispersed people, will bring my offering. ¹¹ In that day you will not be disappointed for all your doings, in which you have transgressed against me; for then I will take away out from among you your proudly exulting ones, and you will no more be arrogant in my holy mountain. ¹² But I will leave among you an afflicted and poor people, and they will take refuge in Yahweh’s name. ¹³ The remnant of Israel will not do iniquity, nor speak lies, neither will a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth, for they will feed and lie down, and no one will make them afraid.”
¹⁴ Sing, daughter of Zion! Shout, Israel! Be glad and rejoice with all your heart, daughter of Jerusalem. ¹⁵ Yahweh has taken away your judgments. He has thrown out your enemy. The King of Israel, Yahweh, is among you. You will not be afraid of evil any more. ¹⁶ In that day, it will be said to Jerusalem, “Don’t be afraid, Zion. Don’t let your hands be weak.” ¹⁷ Yahweh, your God, is among you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing. ¹⁸ I will remove those who grieve about the appointed feasts from you. They are a burden and a reproach to you. ¹⁹ Behold, at that time I will deal with all those who afflict you, and I will save those who are lame, and gather those who were driven away. I will give them praise and honor, whose shame has been in all the earth. ²⁰ At that time I will bring you in, and at that time I will gather you; for I will give you honor and praise among all the peoples of the earth, when I restore your fortunes before your eyes, says Yahweh,” Zephaniah 3:9-20.

“¹⁶ Don’t you know that when you present yourselves as servants and obey someone, you are the servants of whomever you obey; whether of sin to death, or of obedience to righteousness? ¹⁷ But thanks be to God, that, whereas you were bondservants of sin, you became obedient from the heart to that form of teaching to which you were delivered. ¹⁸ Being made free from sin, you became bondservants of righteousness.
¹⁹ I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh, for as you presented your members as servants to uncleanness and to wickedness upon wickedness, even so now present your members as servants to righteousness for sanctification. ²⁰ For when you were servants of sin, you were free from righteousness. ²¹ What fruit then did you have at that time in the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death. ²² But now, being made free from sin and having become servants of God, you have your fruit of sanctification and the result of eternal life. ²³ For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord,” Romans 6:16-23.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
