Declarations & Decrees: With All That is Within Me I Must Serve The LORD!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai TAKES NOTICE of all you SAY and DO.
  He sees when you are EXCITED about His Works; when you are THRILLED and HUMBLED over the SALVATIONS and HEALINGS that are happening throughout the Earth.
  He SEES you in your QUIET TIMES when you PRAISE HIS HOLY NAME and when you WRITE to ENCOURAGE the Body of Christ/ Messiah.
  HE SEES IT ALL!
• I decree and declare the Lord of Hosts/ Adonai-Tzva’ot says, “So you will be Mine, in the day I make My own special possession.
  So I will SPARE you, as one spares his son serving him.
  Then you will return and distinguish between the RIGHTEOUS and the wicked, between one who SERVES God and one who does not serve Him.”
• I decree and declare LISTEN to the Lord/ Adonai and SEE what He shows you.
  Be PREPARED to WRITE DOWN what He shows you that the People of the World will KNOW His Voice; so, they will KNOW that God/ Elohim, Creator of the Universe, CARES FOR THEM!
• I decree and declare the Harvest is RIPE!
  God’s WORD is going out, THROUGHOUT the Earth, that ALL mankind will have the opportunity to KNOW the One True God!
  The Lord/ Adonai is in His Holy Temple.
  He alone KNOWS how much time is left.
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, YOU SEARCH me and KNOW me!
  All of my movements and all of my THOUGHTS are known by You.
  You know when I am on my FACE crying for the Lost, when I am reaching towards the Heavens and PRAISING Your Holy Name.
  In the Dark and in the Light, YOU ARE WITH ME!
• I decree and declare I PRAISE YOU, for I am AWESOMELY, WONDERFULLY made!
  WONDERFUL are Your Works and my Soul knows that very well.
  My frame was not hidden from You when I was made in the Secret Place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
  YOUR EYES SAW me when I was unformed, and in YOUR BOOKS were written the Days that were FORMED when not one of them had come to be.
• I decree and declare YOUR THOUGHTS ARE PRECIOUS, O God/ Elohim! How GREAT is the sum of them!
  Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand!
  When I awake, I AM STILL WITH YOU!
• I decree and declare to ALL PEOPLES OF THE WORLD, SEEK the Lord/ Adonai while He may be FOUND, CALL on Him while He is NEAR!
  May the wicked FORSAKE his way, and the unrighteous one his thoughts, let him RETURN to the Lord/ Adonai, so HE MAY HAVE COMPASSION on him, and to our God, for He will ABUNDANTLY PARDON!
• I decree for it is the Lord’s/ Adonai’s declaration, “For My THOUGHTS are not your thoughts, nor are your ways MY WAYS.
  For as the Heavens are higher than Earth, so are MY WAYS HIGHER than your ways, and MY THOUGHTS than your thoughts.“
• I decree and declare ALL of God’s WORD that is spoken and written GOES FORTH from His Mouth and it WILL NOT RETURN TO HIM in vain but will ACCOMPLISH what He intended and will SUCCEED in what He sent it for!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁶ Then those who feared the Lord spoke to one another, and the Lord gave attention and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear the Lord and who esteem His name. ¹⁷ “They will be Mine,” says the Lord of hosts, “on the day that I prepare My own possession, and I will spare them as a man spares his own son who serves him.” ¹⁸ So you will again distinguish between the righteous and the wicked, between one who serves God and one who does not serve Him,” Malachi 3:16-18.

“¹ I will stand on my guard post and station myself on the rampart; and I will keep watch to see what He will speak to me, and how I may reply when I am reproved. ² Then the Lord answered me and said, “Record the vision and inscribe it on tablets, that the one who reads it may run. ³ “For the vision is yet for the appointed time; it hastens toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it tarries, wait for it; for it will certainly come, it will not delay,” Habakkuk 2:1-3.

“¹ O Lord, You have searched me and known me. ² You know when I sit down and when I rise up; You understand my thought from afar. ³ You scrutinize my path and my lying down, and are intimately acquainted with all my ways. ⁴ Even before there is a word on my tongue, behold, O Lord, You know it all. ⁵ You have enclosed me behind and before, and laid Your hand upon me. ⁶ Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is too high, I cannot attain to it.
⁷ Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? ⁸ If I ascend to heaven, You are there; if I make my bed in Sheol, behold, You are there. ⁹ If I take the wings of the dawn, if I dwell in the remotest part of the sea, ¹⁰ Even there Your hand will lead me, and Your right hand will lay hold of me. ¹¹ If I say, “Surely the darkness will overwhelm me, and the light around me will be night,” ¹² Even the darkness is not dark to You, and the night is as bright as the day. Darkness and light are alike to You.
¹³ For You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb. ¹⁴ I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; wonderful are Your works, and my soul knows it very well. ¹⁵ My frame was not hidden from You, when I was made in secret, and skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth; ¹⁶ Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; and in Your book were all written the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there was not one of them.
¹⁷ How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How vast is the sum of them! ¹⁸ If I should count them, they would outnumber the sand. When I awake, I am still with You,” Psalm 139:1-18.

“⁶ Seek the Lord while He may be found; call upon Him while He is near. ⁷ Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to the Lord, and He will have compassion on him, and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. ⁸ “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord. ⁹ “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts. ¹⁰ “For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return there without watering the earth and making it bear and sprout, and furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; ¹¹ So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; it will not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it. ¹² “For you will go out with joy and be led forth with peace; the mountains and the hills will break forth into shouts of joy before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands. ¹³ “Instead of the thorn bush the cypress will come up, and instead of the nettle the myrtle will come up, and it will be a memorial to the Lord, for an everlasting sign which will not be cut off,” Isaiah 55:6-13.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
