Declarations & Decrees: I Must Dwell in God’s Presence and Carry His Fire to the People!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare BEHOLD a DOOR is standing open in Heaven, and the Lord/ Adonai is calling, “COME UP HERE; STEP INTO the weight of your mantle!
  I will show you what must take place in the days to come.
  As you speak forth My Words, the World and Atmosphere will be transformed.
  Do not concern yourselves with what others think or how they judge you.
  Move in My Spirit, for you carry the KEYS for this hour.”
• I decree and declare from the Throne of God/ Elohim comes FLASHES of LIGHTNING and RUMBLINGS and CLASHES of THUNDER — and seven TORCHES of FIRE burning before the Throne, which are the SEVEN SPIRITS of God/ Elohim.
  The World will KNOW the GLORY and the CLEANSING of the FIRE of the Lord/ Adonai.
• I decree and declare you DESIRE ONLY to DWELL in the Presence of the Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai!
  Since Christ/ Messiah opened the way for you to enter the Holy of Holies, His Spirit/ Ruach dwells within each Believer.
  Turn your mind, your focus on Him; allow Him to GUIDE you into the QUIET PLACE to HEAR the Father’s Heart.
• I decree and declare do not be surprised that all Believers may not desire to COMMIT and COMMUNE with the Lord, as you do.
  It is a LIFE CHANGE, a MINDSET and a MANTLE that not many can carry.
  You have RISEN, by the POWER of Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh, to be a Warrior and a Great Leader in this HOUR.
• I decree and declare God Almighty/ El Shaddai says, “My PRESENCE will go with you, and I will give you REST.”
  This REST and PEACE are not as the World gives — in the midst of worldly turmoil you can walk in God’s/ Elohim’s Rest and Peace.
• I decree and declare ALL who DESIRE to KNOW the Father, through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, His Son, FIND FAVOR in His sight; He KNOWS YOU BY NAME!
  His GLORY will be seen by you.
  REST in His PRESENCE!
• I decree and declare the WATER of the Spirit/ Ruach is FLOWING forth from the Throne of God/ Elohim.
  As you FOLLOW CLOSELY to the Spirit’s/ Ruach’s leading you will go DEEPER and DEEPER still; you will be immersed in His RIVER, a RIVER you can swim in!
• I decree and declare where you TRAVEL, you will take the FRESH WATERS of Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh, that the Regions may become REVIVED, FRESH and LIFE-GIVING!
  Multitudes will be BIRTHED into the Kingdom because of your OBEDIENCE to FOLLOW the leading of the Spirit/ Ruach.
  Wherever you go, EVERYTHING will be HEALED – this is the RIVER of God/ Elohim!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven, and the first voice which I had heard, like the sound of a trumpet speaking with me, said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after these things.” ² Immediately I was in the Spirit; and behold, a throne was standing in heaven, and One sitting on the throne. ³ And He who was sitting was like a jasper stone and a sardius in appearance; and there was a rainbow around the throne, like an emerald in appearance. ⁴ Around the throne were twenty-four thrones; and upon the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting, clothed in white garments, and golden crowns on their heads.
⁵ Out from the throne come flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder. And there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God; ⁶ and before the throne there was something like a sea of glass, like crystal; and in the center and around the throne, four living creatures full of eyes in front and behind,” Revelation 4:1-6.

“⁷ Now Moses used to take the tent and pitch it outside the camp, a good distance from the camp, and he called it the tent of meeting. And everyone who sought the Lord would go out to the tent of meeting which was outside the camp. ⁸ And it came about, whenever Moses went out to the tent, that all the people would arise and stand, each at the entrance of his tent, and gaze after Moses until he entered the tent. ⁹ Whenever Moses entered the tent, the pillar of cloud would descend and stand at the entrance of the tent; and the Lord would speak with Moses. ¹⁰ When all the people saw the pillar of cloud standing at the entrance of the tent, all the people would arise and worship, each at the entrance of his tent. ¹¹ Thus the Lord used to speak to Moses face to face, just as a man speaks to his friend. When Moses returned to the camp, his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, would not depart from the tent.
¹² Then Moses said to the Lord, “See, You say to me, ‘Bring up this people!’ But You Yourself have not let me know whom You will send with me. Moreover, You have said, ‘I have known you by name, and you have also found favor in My sight.’ ¹³ Now therefore, I pray You, if I have found favor in Your sight, let me know Your ways that I may know You, so that I may find favor in Your sight. Consider too, that this nation is Your people.” ¹⁴ And He said, “My presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest.” ¹⁵ Then he said to Him, “If Your presence does not go with us, do not lead us up from here. ¹⁶ For how then can it be known that I have found favor in Your sight, I and Your people? Is it not by Your going with us, so that we, I and Your people, may be distinguished from all the other people who are upon the face of the earth?”
¹⁷ The Lord said to Moses, “I will also do this thing of which you have spoken; for you have found favor in My sight and I have known you by name.” ¹⁸ Then Moses said, “I pray You, show me Your glory!” Exodus 33:7-18.

“¹ Then he brought me back to the door of the house; and behold, water was flowing from under the threshold of the house toward the east, for the house faced east. And the water was flowing down from under, from the right side of the house, from south of the altar. ² He brought me out by way of the north gate and led me around on the outside to the outer gate by way of the gate that faces east. And behold, water was trickling from the south side.
³ When the man went out toward the east with a line in his hand, he measured a thousand cubits, and he led me through the water, water reaching the ankles. ⁴ Again he measured a thousand and led me through the water, water reaching the knees. Again he measured a thousand and led me through the water, water reaching the loins. ⁵ Again he measured a thousand; and it was a river that I could not ford, for the water had risen, enough water to swim in, a river that could not be forded. ⁶ He said to me, “Son of man, have you seen this?” Then he brought me back to the bank of the river. ⁷ Now when I had returned, behold, on the bank of the river there were very many trees on the one side and on the other. ⁸ Then he said to me, “These waters go out toward the eastern region and go down into the Arabah; then they go toward the sea, being made to flow into the sea, and the waters of the sea become fresh. ⁹ It will come about that every living creature which swarms in every place where the river goes, will live. And there will be very many fish, for these waters go there and the others become fresh; so everything will live where the river goes,” Ezekiel 47:1-9.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
