I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare ALL who have received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh have been fully IMMERSED in Him!
  It is not a single event, but a LIFE-CHANGING CONTINUAL IMMERSION.
  You cannot continue on unchanged.
• I decree and declare POWER is evident when the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh has come upon you.
  You receive POWER and will be Jesus Christ’s/ Yeshua Messiah’s WITNESSES throughout the Earth!
  His POWER within you creates the MOMENTUM that must be expressed: the Good News of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua must be SHARED with the Lost and dying world.
• I decree and declare you are being called away, to SEPARATE yourself.
  For you who are IMMERSED in the Spirit/ Ruach, the Lord is fine-tuning your PERCEPTION, your UNDERSTANDING.
  For those who have not received His POWER and Baptism/ Immersion, take the time to REST in Him and PRAY.
  Draw near in PRAYER, SEEKING His PRESENCE; these are key aspects of receiving His infilling.
• I decree and declare ALL that was Written before was Written for our INSTRUCTION, so that through PATIENCE and the ENCOURAGEMENT of the Scriptures we can have HOPE!
  The God/ Elohim and Father/ Abba of PATIENCE and ENCOURAGEMENT grants you to be LIKE-MINDED with one another in the manner of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, so that together with ONE VOICE you may GLORIFY the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
• I decree and declare the God/ Elohim of HOPE will FILL you with all JOY and PEACE/ SHALOM in trusting, so you will OVERFLOW with HOPE IN THE POWER of the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh!
• I decree and declare you are FULL of GOODNESS, filled with all knowledge and also ABLE to COUNSEL one another.
  As you share the Good News with the World, it is your Priestly service to the Lord.
  The Offering of souls is PLEASING and made HOLY by the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh.
• I decree and declare I will not speak of anything except what Christ/ Messiah has ACCOMPLISHED through me, by WORD and DEED, in the POWER of signs and wonders, in the POWER of the Spirit of God/ Ruach Elohim.
  For those who have never been told shall SEE, and those who have not heard shall UNDERSTAND!
• I decree and declare I have not striven for excellence of speech or wisdom, when I proclaim to you the mystery of God.
  For I choose not to know about anything among you except Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah and Him Crucified.
  I am with you in weakness, fear and trembling.
  My speech and preaching are not with persuasive words of wisdom, but in DEMONSTRATION of the SPIRIT/ RUACH and POWER — so that your faith would not be in the wisdom of men but in the POWER OF GOD/ ELOHIM!
• I decree and declare to those who are MATURE, we will speak God’s/ Elohim’s WISDOM in a mystery — a WISDOM that has been hidden, which God/ Elohim DESTINED for our Glory before the Ages.
  Things no eyes has seen and no ear has heard, that have not entered the Heart of mankind — these things God/ Elohim has prepared for those who LOVE Him!
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim REVEALED these things to us through the Spirit/ Ruach.
  For He searches all things, even the DEPTHS of God.
  No one knows the things of God/ Elohim except the Spirit of God/ Ruach Elohim.
  Now we have not received the spirit of the World, but the Spirit Who is from God/ Elohim — so we might come to KNOW the things freely given to us by God!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

“⁵ for John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.”
⁶ So when they had come together, they were asking Him, saying, “Lord, is it at this time You are restoring the kingdom to Israel?” ⁷ He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or epochs which the Father has fixed by His own authority; ⁸ but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth.”
⁹ And after He had said these things, He was lifted up while they were looking on, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. ¹⁰ And as they were gazing intently into the sky while He was going, behold, two men in white clothing stood beside them. ¹¹ They also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into the sky? This Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will come in just the same way as you have watched Him go into heaven.”
¹² Then they returned to Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is near Jerusalem, a Sabbath day’s journey away. ¹³ When they had entered the city, they went up to the upper room where they were staying; that is, Peter and John and James and Andrew, Philip and Thomas, Bartholomew and Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon the Zealot, and Judas the son of James. ¹⁴ These all with one mind were continually devoting themselves to prayer, along with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers……..
…….. ¹ When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place. ² And suddenly there came from heaven a noise like a violent rushing wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. ³ And there appeared to them tongues as of fire distributing themselves, and they rested on each one of them. ⁴ And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit was giving them utterance,” Acts 1:5-14; 2:1-4.

“⁴ For whatever was written in earlier times was written for our instruction, so that through perseverance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope. ⁵ Now may the God who gives perseverance and encouragement grant you to be of the same mind with one another according to Christ Jesus, ⁶ so that with one accord you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ……..
………. ¹³ Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
¹⁴ And concerning you, my brethren, I myself also am convinced that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge and able also to admonish one another. ¹⁵ But I have written very boldly to you on some points so as to remind you again, because of the grace that was given me from God, ¹⁶ to be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles, ministering as a priest the gospel of God, so that my offering of the Gentiles may become acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit. ¹⁷ Therefore in Christ Jesus I have found reason for boasting in things pertaining to God. ¹⁸ For I will not presume to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me, resulting in the obedience of the Gentiles by word and deed, ¹⁹ in the power of signs and wonders, in the power of the Spirit; so that from Jerusalem and round about as far as Illyricum I have fully preached the gospel of Christ. ²⁰ And thus I aspired to preach the gospel, not where Christ was already named, so that I would not build on another man’s foundation; ²¹ but as it is written, “They who had no news of Him shall see, and they who have not heard shall understand,” Romans 15:4-6, 13-21.

“¹ And when I came to you, brethren, I did not come with superiority of speech or of wisdom, proclaiming to you the testimony of God. ² For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified. ³ I was with you in weakness and in fear and in much trembling, ⁴ and my message and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, ⁵ so that your faith would not rest on the wisdom of men, but on the power of God.
⁶ Yet we do speak wisdom among those who are mature; a wisdom, however, not of this age nor of the rulers of this age, who are passing away; ⁷ but we speak God’s wisdom in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God predestined before the ages to our glory; ⁸ the wisdom which none of the rulers of this age has understood; for if they had understood it they would not have crucified the Lord of glory; ⁹ but just as it is written, “Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, and which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love Him.”
¹⁰ For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God. ¹¹ For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God. ¹² Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God, ¹³ which things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words.
¹⁴ But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised. ¹⁵ But he who is spiritual appraises all things, yet he himself is appraised by no one. ¹⁶ For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he will instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ,” 1 Corinthians 2:1-16.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
