I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare You, God/ Elohim, are my REFUGE and I KNOW You PROTECT ME ALWAYS!
  Lord/ Adonai, I have NOTHING GOOD OUTSIDE OF YOU!
  You safeguard my ASSIGNED PORTION, my CUP!
• I decree and declare PLEASANT PLACES were measured out for me; I AM CONTENT with my Heritage.
  I BLESS the Lord/ Adonai, my Counselor; at Night my inner most being INSTRUCTS me.
  I ALWAYS SET the Lord/ Adonai before me; with Him at my Right Hand, I CAN NEVER BE MOVED!
• I decree and declare my Heart is GLAD, my GLORY REJOICES, and my BODY RESTS in SAFETY; for the Lord/ Adonai will not abandon me to Sheol, He will not let me see the Abyss.
  He makes me KNOW the PATH of LIFE! In His PRESENCE is UNBOUNDED JOY, in His Right Hand ETERNAL DELIGHT!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai, your REDEEMER, the Holy One of Israel, is your God, Who TEACHES you for your own good, Who GUIDES you on the PATH YOU SHOULD TAKE.
  You CHOOSE to heed His Commands, so that PEACE will flow on like a River, and your RIGHTEOUSNESS like the Waves of the Sea.
• I decree and declare THANKS be to the Lord/ Adonai, for He is GOOD, for His GRACE CONTINUES FOREVER!
  Let the REDEEMED of the Lord/ Adonai SAY IT, those He REDEEMED from the Power of the foe!
• I decree and declare in my trouble I CRIED to the Lord/ Adonai and He RESCUED me from my distress.
  He LED me by a DIRECT PATH to a City where I can LIVE!
  I GIVE THANKS to the Lord/ Adonai for His GRACE, for His WONDERS bestowed on Humanity!
• I decree and declare in my distress I CRIED to the Lord/ Adonai and He RESCUED me!
  He led me from darkness, from death dark gloom.
  I GIVE THANKS to the Lord for His GRACE, for His WONDERS bestowed on Humanity!
  For He shattered bronze doors and cut through iron bars.
• I decree and declare in my trouble I CRIED to the Lord/ Adonai and He RESCUED me from my distress; He sent His WORD and HEALED me, He DELIVERED me from destruction.
  I give THANKS to the Lord/ Adonai for His GRACE, for His WONDERS bestowed on Humanity!
  I offer SACRIFICES of THANKSGIVING and PROCLAIM His GREAT DEEDS with Songs of JOY!
• I decree and declare in my trouble I cried to the Lord/ Adonai, and He RESCUED me from my distress.
  He SILENCED the Storm and STILLED its Waves, and I REJOICE as the Sea grew CALM.
  He BRINGS ME SAFELY to my DESIRED PORT.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai RAISES UP the Needy from their distress and INCREASES their families like sheep.
  When the Upright see this, they REJOICE; while the wicked are reduced to silence.
  Let all the WISE observe these things and CONSIDER the Lord’s/ Adonai’s LOVING DEEDS.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Preserve me, O God, for I take refuge in You. ² I said to the Lord, “You are my Lord; I have no good besides You.” ³ As for the saints who are in the earth, they are the majestic ones in whom is all my delight. ⁴ The sorrows of those who have bartered for another god will be multiplied; I shall not pour out their drink offerings of blood, nor will I take their names upon my lips.
⁵ The Lord is the portion of my inheritance and my cup; You support my lot. ⁶ The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places; indeed, my heritage is beautiful to me.
⁷ I will bless the Lord who has counseled me; indeed, my mind instructs me in the night. ⁸ I have set the Lord continually before me; because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. ⁹ Therefore my heart is glad and my glory rejoices; my flesh also will dwell securely. ¹⁰ For You will not abandon my soul to Sheol; nor will You allow Your Holy One to undergo decay. ¹¹ You will make known to me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; in Your right hand there are pleasures forever,” Psalm 16:1-11.

“¹⁷ Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel, “I am the Lord your God, who teaches you to profit, Who leads you in the way you should go. ¹⁸ “If only you had paid attention to My commandments! then your well-being would have been like a river, and your righteousness like the waves of the sea,” Isaiah 48:17-18.

“¹ Oh give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, for His lovingkindness is everlasting. ² Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom He has redeemed from the hand of the adversary ³ And gathered from the lands, from the east and from the west, from the north and from the south.
⁴ They wandered in the wilderness in a desert region; they did not find a way to an inhabited city. ⁵ They were hungry and thirsty; their soul fainted within them. ⁶ Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble; He delivered them out of their distresses. ⁷ He led them also by a straight way, to go to an inhabited city. ⁸ Let them give thanks to the Lord for His lovingkindness, and for His wonders to the sons of men! ⁹ For He has satisfied the thirsty soul, and the hungry soul He has filled with what is good……..
……… ¹³ Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble; He saved them out of their distresses. ¹⁴ He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death and broke their bands apart. ¹⁵ Let them give thanks to the Lord for His lovingkindness, and for His wonders to the sons of men! ¹⁶ For He has shattered gates of bronze and cut bars of iron asunder………
………… ¹⁹ Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble; He saved them out of their distresses. ²⁰ He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. ²¹ Let them give thanks to the Lord for His lovingkindness, and for His wonders to the sons of men! ²² Let them also offer sacrifices of thanksgiving, and tell of His works with joyful singing………
………. ²⁸ Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and He brought them out of their distresses. ²⁹ He caused the storm to be still, so that the waves of the sea were hushed. ³⁰ Then they were glad because they were quiet, so He guided them to their desired haven. ³¹ Let them give thanks to the Lord for His lovingkindness, and for His wonders to the sons of men! ³² Let them extol Him also in the congregation of the people, and praise Him at the seat of the elders.
³³ He changes rivers into a wilderness and springs of water into a thirsty ground; ³⁴ A fruitful land into a salt waste, because of the wickedness of those who dwell in it. ³⁵ He changes a wilderness into a pool of water and a dry land into springs of water; ³⁶ And there He makes the hungry to dwell, so that they may establish an inhabited city, ³⁷ And sow fields and plant vineyards, and gather a fruitful harvest. ³⁸ Also He blesses them and they multiply greatly, and He does not let their cattle decrease.
³⁹ When they are diminished and bowed down through oppression, misery and sorrow, ⁴⁰ He pours contempt upon princes and makes them wander in a pathless waste. ⁴¹ But He sets the needy securely on high away from affliction, and makes his families like a flock. ⁴² The upright see it and are glad; but all unrighteousness shuts its mouth. ⁴³ Who is wise? Let him give heed to these things, and consider the lovingkindnesses of the Lord,” Psalm 107:1-9; 13-16, 19-22, 28-43.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
