Declarations & Decrees: I Have Peace, for Christ Has Overcome the World!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare WHATEVER I ask the Father in the Name of Jesus/ Yeshua, HE WILL GIVE ME!
  When I ASK, I will RECEIVE, so that my JOY will be FULL!
• I decree and declare the Father Himself LOVES me, because I LOVE Jesus/ Yeshua and BELIEVE that He came forth from the Father and that He came into the World; He then left the World and returned to the Father!
• I decree and declare Christ/ Messiah told of the Hour that had come when His Disciples would be scattered, letting them know that HE WAS NOT ALONE, because the Father was with Him.
  These things were spoken so that in Him YOU MAY HAVE PEACE/ SHALOM.
  In the World you will have trouble but TAKE HEART!
  For He has OVERCOME the World!
• I decree and declare I LOVE Your Word, Lord/ Adonai, as one who finds great spoil.
  I PRAISE You throughout the day because of Your RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENTS.
  I LOVE Your Law/ Torah and have GREAT PEACE/ SHALOM — nothing causes me to stumble!
• I decree and declare my HOPE is in Your SALVATION, Lord/ Adonai; I walk in OBEDIENCE to Your Commandments.
  My Soul has observed Your testimonies and I love them exceedingly.
  I observe your precepts and Your laws, for all my ways are before You.
• I decree and declare my cry comes before You, Lord/ Adonai; You grant me UNDERSTANDING by Your Word.
  As my supplication comes before You, You DELIVER me according to Your PROMISE.
  My lips utter PRAISE, for You teach me Your statutes.
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, Your Hand is READY to HELP me, for I have CHOSEN Your Precepts.
  I long for Your DELIVERANCE, Lord/ Adonai, and Your Law/Torah is my DELIGHT.
  As my Soul lives, I will PRAISE YOU, and Your Rulings will help me.
• I decree and declare by the GRACE of God I continue to grow in WISDOM and UNDERSTANDING.
  By my good CONDUCT I show my deeds in GENTLENESS OF WISDOM.
  I will not allow bitter jealousy and selfish ambition to enter my heart.
  I will not boast and lie against the TRUTH.
• I decree and declare I will walk in the WISDOM that is from Above!
  It is first PURE, then PEACEABLE, GENTLE, OPEN to REASON, FULL of MERCY and GOOD FRUITS, IMPARTIAL, not hypocritical.
  The FRUIT of RIGHTEOUSNESS is sown in PEACE/ SHALOM by those who make PEACE/ SHALOM!
• I decree and declare your LOVE in the Spirit/ Ruach is APPARENT to us and to the World.
  For this reason, I never stop PRAYING FOR YOU!
  I ask God that you may be FILLED with the KNOWLEDGE of His will in all WISDOM and SPIRITUAL UNDERSTANDING — to WALK in a manner WORTHY of the Lord/ Adonai, to PLEASE HIM in all respects, BEARING FRUIT in every good work and growing in the KNOWLEDGE of God!
• I decree and declare with JOY I give thanks to the Father, Who QUALIFIED YOU to SHARE in the INHERITANCE of the Saints/ Kedoshim in the LIGHT!
  He RESCUED us from the domain of darkness and brought us into the Kingdom of His Son Whom He LOVES.
  In Him we have REDEMPTION — the release of sins!
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim has RECONCILED you in Christ’s/ Messiah’s physical body through death, in order to PRESENT YOU HOLY, spotless and blameless in His eyes — if indeed you CONTINUE IN FAITH, established and firm, not budging from the HOPE OF THE GOOD NEWS that you have heard.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“²³ “In that day you will ask me no questions. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. ²⁴ Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full. ²⁵ I have spoken these things to you in figures of speech. But the time is coming when I will no more speak to you in figures of speech, but will tell you plainly about the Father. ²⁶ In that day you will ask in my name; and I don’t say to you that I will pray to the Father for you, ²⁷ for the Father himself loves you, because you have loved me, and have believed that I came from God. ²⁸ I came from the Father, and have come into the world. Again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.”
²⁹ His disciples said to him, “Behold, now you are speaking plainly, and using no figures of speech. ³⁰ Now we know that you know all things, and don’t need for anyone to question you. By this we believe that you came from God.”
³¹ Jesus answered them, “Do you now believe? ³² Behold, the time is coming, yes, and has now come, that you will be scattered, everyone to his own place, and you will leave me alone. Yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me. ³³ I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world,”” John 16:23-33.

“¹⁶² I rejoice at your word, as one who finds great plunder. ¹⁶³ I hate and abhor falsehood. I love your law. ¹⁶⁴ Seven times a day, I praise you, because of your righteous ordinances. ¹⁶⁵ Those who love your law have great peace. Nothing causes them to stumble. ¹⁶⁶ I have hoped for your salvation, Yahweh. I have done your commandments. ¹⁶⁷ My soul has observed your testimonies. I love them exceedingly. ¹⁶⁸ I have obeyed your precepts and your testimonies, for all my ways are before you.
¹⁶⁹ Let my cry come before you, Yahweh. Give me understanding according to your word. ¹⁷⁰ Let my supplication come before you. Deliver me according to your word. ¹⁷¹ Let my lips utter praise, for you teach me your statutes. ¹⁷² Let my tongue sing of your word, for all your commandments are righteousness. ¹⁷³ Let your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen your precepts. ¹⁷⁴ I have longed for your salvation, Yahweh. Your law is my delight. ¹⁷⁵ Let my soul live, that I may praise you. Let your ordinances help me. ¹⁷⁶ I have gone astray like a lost sheep. Seek your servant, for I don’t forget your commandments,” Psalm 119:162-176.

“¹³ Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by his good conduct that his deeds are done in gentleness of wisdom. ¹⁴ But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your heart, don’t boast and don’t lie against the truth. ¹⁵ This wisdom is not that which comes down from above, but is earthly, sensual, and demonic. ¹⁶ For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed. ¹⁷ But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy;” James 3:13-17.

“⁸ Who also declared to us your love in the Spirit.
⁹ For this cause, we also, since the day we heard this, don’t cease praying and making requests for you, that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, ¹⁰ that you may walk worthily of the Lord, to please him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God, ¹¹ strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, for all endurance and perseverance with joy, ¹² giving thanks to the Father, who made us fit to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light, ¹³ who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love, ¹⁴ in whom we have our redemption, the forgiveness of our sins. ¹⁵ He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. ¹⁶ For by him all things were created in the heavens and on the earth, visible things and invisible things, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things have been created through him and for him. ¹⁷ He is before all things, and in him all things are held together. ¹⁸ He is the head of the body, the assembly, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things he might have the preeminence. ¹⁹ For all the fullness was pleased to dwell in him, ²⁰ and through him to reconcile all things to himself by him, whether things on the earth or things in the heavens, having made peace through the blood of his cross.
²¹ You, being in past times alienated and enemies in your mind in your evil deeds, ²² yet now he has reconciled in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and without defect and blameless before him, ²³ if it is so that you continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and not moved away from the hope of the Good News which you heard, which is being proclaimed in all creation under heaven, of which I, Paul, was made a servant,” Colossians 1:8-23.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
