Declarations & Decrees: I Go Forth in Radical Obedience as God is Expanding My Borders!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare I will ARISE, for your LIGHT has come — the GLORY OF THE LORD/ ADONAI has RISEN UPON YOU!
  Though deep darkness covers the Earth, and deep darkness the Peoples, yet the Lord/ Adonai will ARISE UPON YOU and His GLORY will APPEAR OVER YOU!
  Thanks be to God/Elohim for His FAITHFULNESS and unending MERCY!
• I decree and declare Nations will COME TO YOUR LIGHT, Kings to the BRILLIANCE of your rising.
  Lift up your Eyes and LOOK ALL AROUND: they all gather — THEY COME TO YOU — your sons will come from far away, your daughters carried on the hip.
  Then you will SEE and be RADIANT, and your Heart will throb and swell with JOY.
  For the ABUNDANCE OF THE SEA will be turned over to you.
  The WEALTH OF NATIONS WILL COME TO YOU!
• I decree and declare the Nation and Kingdom that will not serve God’s/ Elohim’s Chosen People will PERISH — those nations will be utterly ruined.
  We speak LIFE and REPENTANCE into the Ears and Hearts who will hear and repent.
• I decree and declare “The Glory of Lebanon will come to you to BEAUTIFY THE PLACE OF MY SANCTUARY; I WILL GIVE TO THE PLACE OF MY FEET GLORY,” says the Lord/ Adonai.
  The sons of those who afflicted you will come BOWING to you, and those who despised you will fall at the soles of your feet.
  They will call you the City of the Lord/ Adonai, Zion/ Tziyon the Holy One of Israel.
• I decree and declare the PROSPERITY and PRODUCE of Nations and Kings will COME TO ME!
  I PRAISE the NAME of the Lord/ Adonai and ACKNOWLEDGE Christ/ Messiah as my Savior and Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob/ Ya’akov!
  He makes PEACE/ SHALOM my overseer and Righteousness my taskmasters.
• I decree and declare, in Purity and for the sake of those who do not yet know You, BLESS ME, and ENLARGE MY TERRITORY.
  May Your Hand be with me and KEEP ME FROM HARM!
  I seek Your WISDOM to move in Ministry and Diplomacy in the coming Days.
  My Your Name, Lord/ Adonai, and the Name of Your Son, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah, be FOREVER LIFTED HIGH!
• I decree and declare I will speak God’s/Elohim’s WISDOM — a wisdom that has been hidden, which God/ Elohim destined for our GLORY before the Ages.
  None of the rulers of this age understood it; but as it is written, “Things NO EYE HAS SEEN and NO EAR HAS HEARD, that have not entered the heart of mankind — THESE THINGS GOD HAS PREPARED FOR THOSE WHO LOVE HIM!”
• I decree and declare God REVEALED these things to us through the Spirit/ Ruach; for the Spirit/ Ruach SEARCHES ALL THINGS — even the DEPTHS OF GOD/ ELOHIM.
  We have received not the spirit of the World, but the Spirit/ Ruach Who is from God/ Elohim — so we might come to KNOW the things freely given to us by God/ Elohim!
• I decree and declare I will CONSIDER IT ALL JOY when I encounter various Trials, knowing that the TESTING of my FAITH produces ENDURANCE.
  I will let ENDURANCE have its PERFECT WORK, so that I may be PERFECT and COMPLETE, LACKING IN NOTHING!
• I decree and declare ANYONE WHO LACKS WISDOM, ask of God, Who GIVES TO ALL WITHOUT HESITATION and without reproach.
  He will give you WISDOM! But remember to ASK IN FAITH, without any doubting — for the one who doubts is like a wave of the Sea, blown and tossed by the wind.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ “Arise, shine; for your light has come, and Yahweh’s glory has risen on you. ² For, behold, darkness will cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but Yahweh will arise on you, and his glory shall be seen on you. ³ Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.
>⁴ “Lift up your eyes all around, and see: they all gather themselves together. They come to you. Your sons will come from far away, and your daughters will be carried in arms. ⁵ Then you shall see and be radiant, and your heart will thrill and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea will be turned to you. The wealth of the nations will come to you. ⁶ A multitude of camels will cover you, the dromedaries of Midian and Ephah. All from Sheba will come. They will bring gold and frankincense, and will proclaim the praises of Yahweh. ⁷ All the flocks of Kedar will be gathered together to you. The rams of Nebaioth will serve you. They will be accepted as offerings on my altar; and I will beautify my glorious house……..
……… ¹² For that nation and kingdom that will not serve you shall perish; yes, those nations shall be utterly wasted.
¹³ “The glory of Lebanon shall come to you, the cypress tree, the pine, and the box tree together, to beautify the place of my sanctuary; and I will make the place of my feet glorious. ¹⁴ The sons of those who afflicted you will come bowing to you; and all those who despised you will bow themselves down at the soles of your feet. They will call you Yahweh’s City, the Zion of the Holy One of Israel.
¹⁵ “Whereas you have been forsaken and hated, so that no one passed through you, I will make you an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations. ¹⁶ You will also drink the milk of the nations, and will nurse from royal breasts. Then you will know that I, Yahweh, am your Savior, your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob. ¹⁷ For bronze I will bring gold; for iron I will bring silver; for wood, bronze, and for stones, iron. I will also make peace your governor, and righteousness your ruler,” Isaiah 60:1-7, 12-17.

“¹⁰ Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, “Oh that you would bless me indeed, and enlarge my border! May your hand be with me, and may you keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!,” 1 Chronicles 4:10.

“⁶ We speak wisdom, however, among those who are full grown, yet a wisdom not of this world nor of the rulers of this world who are coming to nothing. ⁷ But we speak God’s wisdom in a mystery, the wisdom that has been hidden, which God foreordained before the worlds for our glory, ⁸ which none of the rulers of this world has known. For had they known it, they wouldn’t have crucified the Lord of glory. ⁹ But as it is written, “Things which an eye didn’t see, and an ear didn’t hear, which didn’t enter into the heart of man, these God has prepared for those who love him.”
¹⁰ But to us, God revealed them through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. ¹¹ For who among men knows the things of a man, except the spirit of the man, which is in him? Even so, no one knows the things of God, except God’s Spirit. ¹² But we received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is from God, that we might know the things that were freely given to us by God. ¹³ We also speak these things, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual things. ¹⁴ Now the natural man doesn’t receive the things of God’s Spirit, for they are foolishness to him, and he can’t know them, because they are spiritually discerned. ¹⁵ But he who is spiritual discerns all things, and he himself is judged by no one. ¹⁶ “For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he should instruct him?” But we have Christ’s mind,” 1 Corinthians 2:6-16.

“² Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, ³ knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. ⁴ Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
⁵ But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. ⁶ But let him ask in faith, without any doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven by the wind and tossed,” James 1:2-6.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
