I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Father/ Abba has LAVISHED on us His GREAT LOVE by calling us His Children!
  For that is what we are.
  The World does not KNOW us because it has not KNOWN Him.
  We are God’s Children NOW; and it has not yet been made clear what we will become.
  We DO KNOW that when Christ/ Messiah APPEARS, we will be LIKE HIM, because we will SEE Him as He really is!
• I decree and declare Everyone who has this HOPE in Him CONTINUES PURIFYING himself, since GOD/ ELOHIM IS PURE.
  Everyone who keeps sinning is practicing lawlessness, for sin is lawlessness.
  We know that Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua appeared to take away sins and there is no sin in Him.
  So no one who remains UNITED with Him continues sinning.
• I decree and declare it is the person who keeps doing what is right who is RIGHTEOUS, just as God/ Elohim is RIGHTEOUS.
  The person who keeps on sinning is from the Adversary, because from the very beginning the Adversary has kept on sinning.
  No one who has God/ Elohim as their Father keeps on sinning, because the seed planted by God/ Elohim REMAINS in them.
• I decree and declare God’s/ Elohim’s FIRM FOUNDATION stands, stamped with these words: “The Lord/ Adonai KNOWS His own!” and, “Let everyone who claims he belongs to the Lord STAND APART from wrongdoing.”
• I decree and declare as a Person KEEPS himself FREE of defilement, he will be a VESSEL SET ASIDE for HONORABLE USE by the Master and READY for every kind of good work.
  So we FLEE the passions of youth, and, along with those who call on the Lord with a pure heart, PURSUE RIGHTEOUSNESS, FAITHFULNESS, LOVE and PEACE.
• I decree and declare I will be KIND to Everyone, a good teacher, and not resentful when mistreated.
  I will be GENTLE as I correct my opponents, so that God/ Elohim may grant them the OPPORTUNITY to turn from their sins, acquire full knowledge of the TRUTH, come to their senses and ESCAPE the trap of the Adversary.
• I decree and declare God’s/ Elohim’s GRACE, which brings DELIVERANCE, has appeared to all people.
  It teaches us to RENOUNCE GODLESSNESS and worldly pleasures, and to LIVE SELF-CONTROLLED, UPRIGHT and GODLY lives NOW, in this age, while continuing to EXPECT the Blessed FULFILLMENT of our certain HOPE, which is the appearing of the Glory of our GREAT GOD/ ELOHIM and the appearing of our Deliverer, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
• I decree and declare TURN FROM EVIL and DO GOOD and you will live safely FOREVER!
  For the Lord/ Adonai LOVES JUSTICE and will not abandon His FAITHFUL; they are PRESERVED FOREVER.
  The RIGHTEOUS will inherit the Land and Live in it FOREVER!
• I decree and declare the mouth of the RIGHTEOUS ARTICULATES WISDOM, his tongue speaks JUSTICE.
  The Law of God/ Elohim is in their heart; their footsteps do not falter.
  The Lord/ Adonai will not leave them in the enemy’s power or let them be condemned when judged.
  PUT YOUR HOPE IN THE LORD/ ADONAI, keep to His Way, and He will RAISE YOU UP to inherit the Land!
• I decree and declare see the PURE Person, consider the UPRIGHT, for the PEACEFUL Person will have posterity.
  The Lord/ Adonai is the One Who SAVES the RIGHTEOUS; He is their STRONGHOLD in time of trouble.
  The Lord/ Adonai HELPS them and RESCUES them from the wicked and SAVES them; because THEY TAKE REFUGE IN HIM!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“See how great a love the Father has bestowed on us, that we would be called children of God; and such we are. For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Him. ² Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be. We know that when He appears, we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is. ³ And everyone who has this hope fixed on Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.
⁴ Everyone who practices sin also practices lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness. ⁵ You know that He appeared in order to take away sins; and in Him there is no sin. ⁶ No one who abides in Him sins; no one who sins has seen Him or knows Him. ⁷ Little children, make sure no one deceives you; the one who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous; ⁸ the one who practices sin is of the devil; for the devil has sinned from the beginning. The Son of God appeared for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil. ⁹ No one who is born of God practices sin, because His seed abides in him; and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. ¹⁰ By this the children of God and the children of the devil are obvious: anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor the one who does not love his brother,” 1 John 3:1-10.

“¹⁹ Nevertheless, the firm foundation of God stands, having this seal, “The Lord knows those who are His,” and, “Everyone who names the name of the Lord is to abstain from wickedness.”
²⁰ Now in a large house there are not only gold and silver vessels, but also vessels of wood and of earthenware, and some to honor and some to dishonor. ²¹ Therefore, if anyone cleanses himself from these things, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified, useful to the Master, prepared for every good work. ²² Now flee from youthful lusts and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart. ²³ But refuse foolish and ignorant speculations, knowing that they produce quarrels. ²⁴ The Lord’s bond-servant must not be quarrelsome, but be kind to all, able to teach, patient when wronged, ²⁵ with gentleness correcting those who are in opposition, if perhaps God may grant them repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth, ²⁶ and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, having been held captive by him to do his will,” 2 Timothy 2:19-26.

“¹¹ For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, ¹² instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age, ¹³ looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus, ¹⁴ who gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds,” Titus 2:11-14.

“²⁷ Depart from evil and do good, so you will abide forever. ²⁸ For the Lord loves justice and does not forsake His godly ones; they are preserved forever, but the descendants of the wicked will be cut off. ²⁹ The righteous will inherit the land and dwell in it forever. ³⁰ The mouth of the righteous utters wisdom, and his tongue speaks justice. ³¹ The law of his God is in his heart; his steps do not slip. ³² The wicked spies upon the righteous and seeks to kill him. ³³ The Lord will not leave him in his hand or let him be condemned when he is judged. ³⁴ Wait for the Lord and keep His way, and He will exalt you to inherit the land; when the wicked are cut off, you will see it……..
………. ³⁷ Mark the blameless man, and behold the upright; for the man of peace will have a posterity. ³⁸ But transgressors will be altogether destroyed; the posterity of the wicked will be cut off. ³⁹ But the salvation of the righteous is from the Lord; He is their strength in time of trouble. ⁴⁰ The Lord helps them and delivers them; He delivers them from the wicked and saves them, because they take refuge in Him,” Psalm 37:27-34, 37-40.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
