I Dwell in Safety Through Jesus Christ, My Lord!
Declarations & Decrees: I Dwell in Safety Through Jesus Christ, My Lord!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare I DWELL in the SHELTER of the Most High/ Elyon, and ABIDE in the SHADOW of the Almighty/ Shaddai!
HE IS MY REFUGE AND MY FORTRESS, my God/ Elohim, in Whom I TRUST! - I decree and declare I WILL NOT FEAR the terror by night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the plague that stalks in the darkness, nor the scourge that lays waste at noon.
Though ten thousand may fall around me, it will not come near me.
I will only look on with my eyes and SEE the wicked paid back.
For I HAVE MADE THE MOST HIGH MY DWELLING, even the Lord/ Adonai, Who is my REFUGE, so NO EVIL WILL BEFALL ME, nor any plague come near my tent. - I decree and declare GOD ALMIGHTY/ EL SHADDAI GIVES HIS ANGELS CHARGE OVER ME, to guard me in all my ways.
They LIFT ME UP UPON THEIR HANDS, so I will not strike my foot against a stone.
I WILL TREAD UPON EVIL SPIRITS: the lion and cobra, trample the young lion and the serpent.
For the Lord/ Adonai says, “Because he has devoted his love to Me, I WILL DELIVER HIM.
I WILL SET HIM SECURELY ON HIGH, because he knows My Name!” - I decree and declare the God/ Elohim of my Righteousness ANSWERS ME WHEN I CALL!
He SETS ME FREE when I am in distress.
He is GRACIOUS to me and HEARS my Prayer.
The Lord/ Adonai has SET ME APART for His Own.
He will HEAR when I call to Him. - I decree and declare I will offer RIGHTEOUS SACRIFICES and PUT MY TRUST IN THE LORD/ ADONAI!
I SEE YOUR FACE SHINING UPON ME, Lord/ Adonai!
You have put JOY in my Heart — more JOY than I could imagine.
I will lie down and sleep in PEACE/ SHALOM, for You alone, Lord/ Adonai, MAKE ME LIVE SECURELY! - I decree and declare MY TRUST IS IN GOD/ ELOHIM I will remember His Works and keep His Commandments!
I will not put God/ Elohim to the test in my Heart; I will not demand that which He does not supply.
I will not question God’s SOVEREIGNTY!
I SEEK only to do His will and to keep to His Narrow Path! - I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai CHOSE the tribe of Judah, Mount Zion/ Tziyon, which He loved.
He sent His only begotten Son — the Lion of the Tribe of Judah — that mankind might be saved. He built His Sanctuary like the heights, like the Earth that He ESTABLISHED FOREVER!
God Almighty/ El Shaddai shepherded His People with the INTEGRITY of His Heart and led them with His skillful Hands. - I decree and declare I will be HARMONIOUS, sympathetic, brotherly, TENDERHEARTED, HUMBLE-MINDED.
I will not repay evil for evil or insult for insult but will give a BLESSING instead — it is for this reason I was CALLED, so that I might inherit a blessing.
For the EYES of the Lord are on the Righteous and His EARS are open to their prayer! - I decree and declare, though I may suffer for doing what is RIGHT, I AM BLESSED.
I will not be afraid or worry about those who spew threats.
Instead I will SANCTIFY CHRIST/ MESSIAH as Lord/ Adonai in my Heart.
I will ALWAYS BE READY TO GIVE AN ANSWER to anyone who asks me a reason for the HOPE that is in me! - I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of Yahweh, “He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.”
3 For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence.
4 He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart.
5 You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day, 6 nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it will not come near you.
8 You will only look with your eyes, and see the recompense of the wicked. 9 Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, 10 no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling.
11 For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways.
12 They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone.
13 You will tread on the lion and cobra. You will trample the young lion and the serpent underfoot.
14 “Because he has set his love on me, therefore I will deliver him. I will set him on high, because he has known my name.
15 He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him, and honor him. 16 I will satisfy him with long life, and show him my salvation,” Psalm 91:1-16.
“Answer me when I call, God of my righteousness. Give me relief from my distress. Have mercy on me, and hear my prayer.
2 You sons of men, how long shall my glory be turned into dishonor? Will you love vanity and seek after falsehood? Selah.
3 But know that Yahweh has set apart for himself him who is godly: Yahweh will hear when I call to him.
4 Stand in awe, and don’t sin. Search your own heart on your bed, and be still. Selah.
5 Offer the sacrifices of righteousness. Put your trust in Yahweh.
6 Many say, “Who will show us any good?” Yahweh, let the light of your face shine on us.
7 You have put gladness in my heart, more than when their grain and their new wine are increased.
8 In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety,” Psalm 4:1-8.
“5 For he established a covenant in Jacob, and appointed a teaching in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children; 6 that the generation to come might know, even the children who should be born; who should arise and tell their children, 7 that they might set their hope in God, and not forget God’s deeds,
but keep his commandments, 8 and might not be as their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation, a generation that didn’t make their hearts loyal, whose spirit was not steadfast with God.
9 The children of Ephraim, being armed and carrying bows, turned back in the day of battle. 10 They didn’t keep God’s covenant, and refused to walk in his law.
11 They forgot his doings, his wondrous deeds that he had shown them.
12 He did marvelous things in the sight of their fathers, in the land of Egypt, in the field of Zoan.
13 He split the sea, and caused them to pass through. He made the waters stand as a heap. 14 In the daytime he also led them with a cloud, and all night with a light of fire.
15 He split rocks in the wilderness, and gave them drink abundantly as out of the depths.
16 He brought streams also out of the rock, and caused waters to run down like rivers.
17 Yet they still went on to sin against him, to rebel against the Most High in the desert.
18 They tempted God in their heart by asking food according to their desire.
19 Yes, they spoke against God. They said, “Can God prepare a table in the wilderness?
20 Behold, he struck the rock, so that waters gushed out, and streams overflowed. Can he give bread also? Will he provide meat for his people?”
21 Therefore Yahweh heard, and was angry. A fire was kindled against Jacob, anger also went up against Israel, 22 because they didn’t believe in God, and didn’t trust in his salvation.
23 Yet he commanded the skies above, and opened the doors of heaven.
24 He rained down manna on them to eat, and gave them food from the sky.
25 Man ate the bread of angels. He sent them food to the full. 26 He caused the east wind to blow in the sky. By his power he guided the south wind.
27 He also rained meat on them as the dust, winged birds as the sand of the seas.
28 He let them fall in the middle of their camp, around their habitations.
29 So they ate, and were well filled. He gave them their own desire.
30 They didn’t turn from their cravings. Their food was yet in their mouths, 31 when the anger of God went up against them, killed some of their fattest, and struck down the young men of Israel.
32 For all this they still sinned, and didn’t believe in his wondrous works.
33 Therefore he consumed their days in vanity, and their years in terror.
34 When he killed them, then they inquired after him. They returned and sought God earnestly.
35 They remembered that God was their rock, the Most High God, their redeemer……..
………. 65 Then the Lord awakened as one out of sleep, like a mighty man who shouts by reason of wine.
66 He struck his adversaries backward. He put them to a perpetual reproach.
67 Moreover he rejected the tent of Joseph, and didn’t choose the tribe of Ephraim, 68 but chose the tribe of Judah, Mount Zion which he loved.
69 He built his sanctuary like the heights, like the earth which he has established forever.
70 He also chose David his servant, and took him from the sheepfolds; 71 from following the ewes that have their young, he brought him to be the shepherd of Jacob, his people, and Israel, his inheritance.
72 So he was their shepherd according to the integrity of his heart, and guided them by the skillfulness of his hands,” Psalm 78:5-35, 65-72.
“8 Finally, all of you be like-minded, compassionate, loving as brothers, tenderhearted, courteous, 9 not rendering evil for evil, or insult for insult; but instead blessing, knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing. 10 For,
“He who would love life and see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit.
11 Let him turn away from evil and do good. Let him seek peace and pursue it.
12 For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears open to their prayer; but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.”
13 Now who will harm you if you become imitators of that which is good? 14 But even if you should suffer for righteousness’ sake, you are blessed. “Don’t fear what they fear, neither be troubled.” 15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts. Always be ready to give an answer to everyone who asks you a reason concerning the hope that is in you, with humility and fear, 16 having a good conscience. Thus, while you are spoken against as evildoers, they may be disappointed who curse your good way of life in Christ. 17 For it is better, if it is God’s will, that you suffer for doing well than for doing evil. 18 Because Christ also suffered for sins once, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring you to God, being put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the Spirit, 19 in whom he also went and preached to the spirits in prison, 20 who before were disobedient, when God waited patiently in the days of Noah, while the ship was being built. In it, few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water. 21 This is a symbol of baptism, which now saves you —-not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ, 22 who is at the right hand of God, having gone into heaven, angels and authorities and powers being made subject to him.” 1 Peter 3:8-22.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
