I Create New Heavens and a New Earth!
“For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: but the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men,” 2 Peter 3:5-6.
“For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy,” Isaiah 65:17-18.
“Watch and wait. For I tell you that this world is headed for destruction.
What you see is only temporary, for I created this world out of nothing, and yet at the appropriate time, all the elements and everything that you see around you, will one day be burned up.
For it will all be gone, and yet I will make new heavens and a new earth.
For the former things will not be remembered nor will they come to mind. For I long that man would see things from my point of view.
I long that he would see eternity. I long that man would see beyond his temporary existence.
For you all will be changed on that day. The heavens and the earth will be rolled-up and the New Jerusalem will come down from above, and there you will take residence with Me.
All the things from your former lives will be forgotten.
A child will live out his days, and sorrow and death will be swallowed up forever.
Do not hold on to all those things upon this earth, for time is fleeting and your lives are but a vapor.
For My redemption draweth nigh; all those things written down in My Word will come to pass.
But seek those things that are above, and don’t hold on to everything that the earth has to offer you.”

Amen.
