Declarations & Decrees: I Come in Simplicity and Faith to The LORD!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah desires to TOUCH the Little Children.
He says, “Let the little children COME to Me! Do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of God BELONGS to SUCH AS THESE!.”
All who RECEIVE the Kingdom of God LIKE a LITTLE CHILD may enter in! - I decree and declare, in TENDERNESS and GENTLENESS, I accept the one who is weak in faith, yet not for the purpose of disputes about opinions.
I will not judge others as to what they eat or abstain from eating.
For God/ Elohim has accepted him. - I decree and declare we each observe our DAYS for the Lord; we abstain from food for the Lord and we give THANKS to God.
For none of us lives for himself, and none dies for himself.
For if we live, we LIVE for the LORD; and if we die, we DIE for the LORD.
So, whether we live or die, WE BELONG to the Lord! - I decree and declare I WILL NOT JUDGE another; I will not look down on my brother.
For we all will STAND before the Judgment Seat of God.
For it is written, “As I live, says the Lord/ Adonai, every knee shall bow to Me, and every tongue shall give praise to God.”
So, then each one of us shall give account of himself to God. - I decree and declare the Kingdom of God is not about eating and drinking, but RIGHTEOUSNESS and PEACE/ SHALOM and JOY in the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh.
For when you SERVE Christ/ Messiah in this manner you are PLEASING to God and approved by men. - I decree and declare I will PURSUE what makes for Peace/ Shalom and for the BUILDING UP of each member of the Body!
- I decree and declare Christ/ Messiah, who RESCUED us from so great a danger of death, will continue to rescue us — we have set our HOPE on Him that He will rescue us again!
The testimony of our conscience is that we have behaved in the World with SIMPLICITY and godly SINCERITY — not by Human Wisdom but by the GRACE of God! - I decree and declare my PROCLAMATION of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua is not with excellence of speech or wisdom, proclaiming to you the mystery of God.
For I do not want anything to be know by you except Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah, and Him CRUCIFIED. You may see that I am weak in my flesh; anything of WORTH is by Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh! - I decree and declare any WISDOM that I speak is not a wisdom of this Age or of the Rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing.
Rather, I speak God’s WISDOM in a mystery — a WISDOM that has been Hidden, which God DESTINED for our GLORY before the Ages. - I decree and declare things, no eye has seen and no ear has heard, that have not entered the Heart of mankind — these things GOD HAS PREPARED for those who LOVE Him!
God/ Elohim REVEALED these things to us through the Spirit/ Ruach.
We have received the Spirit/ Ruach Who is from God/ Elohim so we might come to KNOW the things FREELY GIVEN to us by God/ Elohim. - I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“13 And they were bringing children to Him so that He might touch them; but the disciples rebuked them. 14 But when Jesus saw this, He was indignant and said to them, “Permit the children to come to Me; do not hinder them; for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. 15 Truly I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child will not enter it at all.” 16 And He took them in His arms and began blessing them, laying His hands on them,” Mark 10:13-16.
“1 Now accept the one who is weak in faith, but not for the purpose of passing judgment on his opinions. 2 One person has faith that he may eat all things, but he who is weak eats vegetables only. 3 The one who eats is not to regard with contempt the one who does not eat, and the one who does not eat is not to judge the one who eats, for God has accepted him. 4 Who are you to judge the servant of another? To his own master he stands or falls; and he will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand.
5 One person regards one day above another, another regards every day alike. Each person must be fully convinced in his own mind. 6 He who observes the day, observes it for the Lord, and he who eats, does so for the Lord, for he gives thanks to God; and he who eats not, for the Lord he does not eat, and gives thanks to God. 7 For not one of us lives for himself, and not one dies for himself; 8 for if we live, we live for the Lord, or if we die, we die for the Lord; therefore whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s. 9 For to this end Christ died and lived again, that He might be Lord both of the dead and of the living.
10 But you, why do you judge your brother? Or you again, why do you regard your brother with contempt? For we will all stand before the judgment seat of God. 11 For it is written, “As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to Me, and every tongue shall give praise to God.”
12 So then each one of us will give an account of himself to God.
13 Therefore let us not judge one another anymore, but rather determine this—not to put an obstacle or a stumbling block in a brother’s way. 14 I know and am convinced in the Lord Jesus that nothing is unclean in itself; but to him who thinks anything to be unclean, to him it is unclean. 15 For if because of food your brother is hurt, you are no longer walking according to love. Do not destroy with your food him for whom Christ died. 16 Therefore do not let what is for you a good thing be spoken of as evil; 17 for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. 18 For he who in this way serves Christ is acceptable to God and approved by men. 19 So then we pursue the things which make for peace and the building up of one another. 20 Do not tear down the work of God for the sake of food. All things indeed are clean, but they are evil for the man who eats and gives offense. 21 It is good not to eat meat or to drink wine, or to do anything by which your brother stumbles. 22 The faith which you have, have as your own conviction before God. Happy is he who does not condemn himself in what he approves. 23 But he who doubts is condemned if he eats, because his eating is not from faith; and whatever is not from faith is sin,” Romans 14:1-23.
“10 who delivered us from so great a peril of death, and will deliver us, He on whom we have set our hope. And He will yet deliver us, 11 you also joining in helping us through your prayers, so that thanks may be given by many persons on our behalf for the favor bestowed on us through the prayers of many.
12 For our proud confidence is this: the testimony of our conscience, that in holiness and godly sincerity, not in fleshly wisdom but in the grace of God, we have conducted ourselves in the world, and especially toward you. 13 For we write nothing else to you than what you read and understand, and I hope you will understand until the end; 14 just as you also partially did understand us, that we are your reason to be proud as you also are ours, in the day of our Lord Jesus,” 2 Corinthians 1:10-14.
“1 And when I came to you, brethren, I did not come with superiority of speech or of wisdom, proclaiming to you the testimony of God. 2 For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified. 3 I was with you in weakness and in fear and in much trembling, 4 and my message and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, 5 so that your faith would not rest on the wisdom of men, but on the power of God.
6 Yet we do speak wisdom among those who are mature; a wisdom, however, not of this age nor of the rulers of this age, who are passing away; 7 but we speak God’s wisdom in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God predestined before the ages to our glory; 8 the wisdom which none of the rulers of this age has understood; for if they had understood it they would not have crucified the Lord of glory; 9 but just as it is written, “Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, and which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love Him.”
10 For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God. 11 For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God, 13 which things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words.
14 But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised,” 1 Corinthians 2:1-14.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
