Declarations & Decrees: I Can Do All Things Through Christ/ Messiah Who Strengthens Me!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare I am CONTENT regardless of the circumstances; in EVERYTHING and in EVERY WAY I have learned the SECRET of being full and being hungry, of having abundance and being in need.
  I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH HIM WHO GIVES ME STRENGTH & POWER!
• I decree and declare it is not by our surpassing eloquence or wisdom that we announce God’s TRUTH, neither does the delivery nor the content of our message rely on compelling words of “wisdom” but on the DEMONSTRATION OF THE POWER OF THE SPIRIT, so that your trust might not rest on Human wisdom but ON GOD’S POWER!
• I decree and declare we speak of a WISDOM, but it is not the wisdom of the World or of this World’s Leaders, who are in the process of passing away.
  On the contrary, we are communicating a SECRET WISDOM from God which has been HIDDEN until now but which God had decreed would BRING US GLORY.
• I decree and declare No eye has seen, no ear has heard and no one’s heart has imagined ALL THE THINGS THAT GOD HAS PREPARED FOR THOSE WHO LOVE HIM!
  It is to us that GOD HAS REVEALED THESE THINGS, through the Spirit.
  For the Spirit PROBES ALL THINGS, even the profoundest depths of God.
• I decree and declare that the Lord imparts to His Servants EXTRAORDINARY GREAT REVELATIONS: WORDS and VISIONS, things that cannot be put into words, things unlawful for a human being to utter.
  Let us boast in God’s Glory and not anything in regard to ourselves, except in regard to our weaknesses.
• I decree and declare that though our flesh is weak and buffeted on every side, yet we are STRONG IN CHRIST JESUS/ MESSIAH YESHUA.
  For the Lord/ Adonai says, “My GRACE is ENOUGH for you, for MY POWER is brought to PERFECTION in WEAKNESS.”
• I decree and declare I am VERY HAPPY to boast about MY WEAKNESSES, in order that Christ’s/ Messiah’s POWER will rest upon me.
  Yes, I am well pleased with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions and difficulties endured ON BEHALF OF CHRIST/ MESSIAH; for it is when I am weak that I AM STRONG!
• I decree and declare I LOVE YOU, Lord/ Adonai, MY STRENGTH! You are my ROCK, my FORTRESS and DELIVERER, my God/ Elohim, my Rock, in Whom I FIND SHELTER, my SHIELD, the POWER that SAVES me, my STRONGHOLD!
• I decree and declare I call on the Lord/ Adonai, Who is WORTHY of PRAISE; and I am SAVED FROM MY ENEMIES.
  Out of His Temple He hears my voice, my cry reaches His ears.
  He rides on the Cherub/ Keruv, He flies, swooping down on the WINGS OF THE WIND!
• I decree and declare the Most High/ Ha ’Elyon sends out ARROWS and scatters my enemies; He shoots out LIGHTNING and routes them.
  The channels of Water appear, the foundations of the World are EXPOSED at the Lord’s/ Adonai’s REBUKE, at the blast of BREATH from His nostrils.
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim SENT FROM ON HIGH, He took me and PULLED ME OUT of deep water; He RESCUED me from my powerful enemy, from those who hated me, for they were stronger than I.
  They came against me on my day of disaster, BUT THE LORD/ ADONAI IS MY SUPPORT!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹¹ Not that I speak from want, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. ¹² I know how to get along with humble means, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going hungry, both of having abundance and suffering need. ¹³ I can do all things through Him who strengthens me,” Philippians 4:11-13.

“¹ And when I came to you, brethren, I did not come with superiority of speech or of wisdom, proclaiming to you the testimony of God. ² For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified. ³ I was with you in weakness and in fear and in much trembling, ⁴ and my message and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, ⁵ so that your faith would not rest on the wisdom of men, but on the power of God.
⁶ Yet we do speak wisdom among those who are mature; a wisdom, however, not of this age nor of the rulers of this age, who are passing away; ⁷ but we speak God’s wisdom in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God predestined before the ages to our glory; ⁸ the wisdom which none of the rulers of this age has understood; for if they had understood it they would not have crucified the Lord of glory; ⁹ but just as it is written, “Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, and which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love Him.”
¹⁰ For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God. ¹¹ For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God. ¹² Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God,” 1 Corinthians 2:1-12.

“² I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago — whether in the body I do not know, or out of the body I do not know, God knows — such a man was caught up to the third heaven. ³ And I know how such a man — whether in the body or apart from the body I do not know, God knows — ⁴ was caught up into Paradise and heard inexpressible words, which a man is not permitted to speak. ⁵ On behalf of such a man I will boast; but on my own behalf I will not boast, except in regard to my weaknesses. ⁶ For if I do wish to boast I will not be foolish, for I will be speaking the truth; but I refrain from this, so that no one will credit me with more than he sees in me or hears from me.
⁷ Because of the surpassing greatness of the revelations, for this reason, to keep me from exalting myself, there was given me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to torment me — to keep me from exalting myself! ⁸ Concerning this I implored the Lord three times that it might leave me. ⁹ And He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. ¹⁰ Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ’s sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong,” 2 Corinthians 12:2-10.

“¹ “I love You, O Lord, my strength.” ² The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. ³ I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies.
⁴ The cords of death encompassed me, and the torrents of ungodliness terrified me. ⁵ The cords of Sheol surrounded me; the snares of death confronted me. ⁶ In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried to my God for help; He heard my voice out of His temple, and my cry for help before Him came into His ears.
⁷ Then the earth shook and quaked; and the foundations of the mountains were trembling and were shaken, because He was angry. ⁸ Smoke went up out of His nostrils, and fire from His mouth devoured; coals were kindled by it. ⁹ He bowed the heavens also, and came down with thick darkness under His feet. ¹⁰ He rode upon a cherub and flew; and He sped upon the wings of the wind. ¹¹ He made darkness His hiding place, His canopy around Him, darkness of waters, thick clouds of the skies. ¹² From the brightness before Him passed His thick clouds, hailstones and coals of fire. ¹³ The Lord also thundered in the heavens, and the Most High uttered His voice, hailstones and coals of fire. ¹⁴ He sent out His arrows, and scattered them, and lightning flashes in abundance, and routed them. ¹⁵ Then the channels of water appeared, and the foundations of the world were laid bare at Your rebuke, O Lord, at the blast of the breath of Your nostrils. ¹⁶ He sent from on high, He took me; He drew me out of many waters. ¹⁷ He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from those who hated me, for they were too mighty for me. ¹⁸ They confronted me in the day of my calamity, but the Lord was my stay,” Psalm 18:1-18.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
