I Call Upon The Blood of Jesus
A psalm to praise and sing to God, out loud.
I Call Upon The Blood of Jesus
The Blood of Jesus is Life
Life came from death that day at Calvary
For His Blood assured Victory —
It destroyed death and the grave itself
Oh I call upon The Blood of Jesus
His Precious Blood to heal and protect
To wash and set me free
Oh I am redeemed by The Blood of Jesus!
Oh yes, I am!
He crushed the serpent’s head
Trampled upon the scorpion and lion
Exacting defeat unto that ancient dragon
How great is the woman’s seed prophesied
Who felled the enemy and left him gaping
Sending him back to the outer darkness—
To fiery pits of hell
Forever defeated!
Oh yes, He did!
The Blood of Jesus holds The LORD’s Resurrection Power
His Blood courses through me strongly
From Christ’s Death, comes His Everlasting Life
His Precious Blood covers me from head to toe
Covers my spirit, mind and soul
For Satan will never defeat The Blood!
Oh LORD protect me from his twisted treachery
As You have given me authority over him
And nothing shall by any means harm me!
The enemy came against me like a flood;
but THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD
lifted up a standard against him
With Your Severe Sword,
Great and strong,
That serpent of old flees
Oh I violently take my authority
And slay you, dragon of the sea!
Oh yes, I do!
I call upon The Blood of Jesus
I call upon The Blood of Jesus
Oh yes, I do!
Triumphing in The Works of The Cross
Death is swallowed up in Victory!
Hallelujah! Hallelujah! HALLELUJAH!!
Glory to THE LORD JESUS CHRIST
Glory to His Blood
Forever and ever AMEN!
