I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Spirit/ Ruach HELPS us in our weakness.
  For we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit/ Ruach Himself INTERCEDES for us with GROANS too deep for words.
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim is for us!
  Who is able to stand against us?
  Who can bring a charge against God’s/ Elohim’s Elect?
  It is God/ Elohim who JUSTIFIES.
  Nothing is able to separate us from the LOVE of Christ/ Messiah: not tribulation, nor distress, nor persecution, nor famine, nor nakedness, nor danger nor sword!
• I decree and declare in all trials WE ARE MORE THAN CONQUERORS through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua who LOVED us.
  For I am CONVINCED that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities, nor things present nor things to come, or powers, nor height nor depth, or any other created thing will be able to separate us from the LOVE of God/ Elohim that is in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua our Lord/ Adonai!
• I decree and declare, as we CALL ON GOD/ ELOHIM, He will ANSWER with FIRE, His Spirit/ Ruach, sending His FIRE into the situation.
  No demonic power can stand in the presence of God Almighty/ El Shaddai!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai WASHES away the filth and PURGES the blood from the midst of His People by the Spirit of JUDGMENT and by the Spirit of BURNING!
  The Lord/ Adonai will create over Mount Zion and over her convocations, a CLOUD by day and SMOKE and SHINING of a FLAMING FIRE by night.
  For overall, GLORY will be a canopy.
  Then there will be a shelter for shade by day from the heat, and for REFUGE and for shelter from storm and from rain.
• I decree and declare Christ/ Messiah appeared that the People walking in darkness would SEE A GREAT LIGHT.
  Upon those dwelling the Land of the Shadow of Death, LIGHT WILL SHINE!
  It is by Jesus Christ that the Nation will be multiplied and their JOY increased.
  They will REJOICE before God/ Elohim like the JOY in the Harvest, as they revel when they divide spoil.
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim BREAKS the burdensome yoke and the rod on his shoulder — the war club of his oppressor!
  For every stomping boot quaking and cloak rolled in blood will be for burning — FUEL FOR THE FIRE!
• I decree and declare the Government will be upon the shoulder of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
  His Name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God My Father of Eternity, Prince of Peace.
  Of the increase of His Government and Peace/ Shalom there will be no end.
  The zeal of the Lord of Hosts/ Adonai-Tzva’ot will accomplish this.
• I decree and declare we are God’s/ Elohim’s Children and the World does not know us because it does not know Him.
  We are God’s/ Elohim’s Children and it has not yet been revealed what we will be; but we do know that when it’s revealed, WE SHALL BE LIKE HIM, because we will see Him just as He is.
  Everyone who has this hope in Him PURIFIES HIMSELF, JUST AS HE IS PURE!
• I decree and declare everyone practicing sin also practices lawlessness — indeed, sin is lawlessness.
  Jesus/ Yeshua appeared in order to take away sins, and in Him there is no sin.
  No one who abides in Him keeps on sinning, no one who sins has seen Him or known Him.
  Let o one mislead you!
  The one who practices righteousness is righteousness, just as Jesus/ Yeshua is RIGHTEOUS.
  The one who practices sin is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning.
  THE SON OF GOD/ BEN-ELOHIM APPEARED FOR THIS PURPOSE — TO DESTROY THE WORKS OF THE DEVIL.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“²⁶ In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered. ²⁷ He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit’s mind, because he makes intercession for the saints according to God.
²⁸ We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose. ²⁹ For whom he foreknew, he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. ³⁰ Whom he predestined, those he also called. Whom he called, those he also justified. Whom he justified, those he also glorified.
³¹ What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? ³² He who didn’t spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how would he not also with him freely give us all things? ³³ Who could bring a charge against God’s chosen ones? It is God who justifies. ³⁴ Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, yes rather, who was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.
³⁵ Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Could oppression, or anguish, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? ³⁶ Even as it is written, “For your sake we are killed all day long. We were accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” [Psalm 44:22]

³⁷ No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. ³⁸ For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, ³⁹ nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from God’s love which is in Christ Jesus our Lord,” Romans 8:26-39.

“²² Then Elijah said to the people, “I, even I only, am left as a prophet of Yahweh; but Baal’s prophets are four hundred fifty men. ²³ Let them therefore give us two bulls; and let them choose one bull for themselves, and cut it in pieces, and lay it on the wood, and put no fire under; and I will dress the other bull, and lay it on the wood, and put no fire under it. ²⁴ You call on the name of your god, and I will call on Yahweh’s name. The God who answers by fire, let him be God.”
All the people answered, “What you say is good.” 1 Kings 18:22-24.

“⁴ when the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from within it, by the spirit of justice and by the spirit of burning. ⁵ Yahweh will create over the whole habitation of Mount Zion and over her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night, for over all the glory will be a canopy. ⁶ There will be a pavilion for a shade in the daytime from the heat, and for a refuge and for a shelter from storm and from rain,” Isaiah 4:4-6.

“¹ But there shall be no more gloom for her who was in anguish. In the former time, he brought into contempt the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali; but in the latter time he has made it glorious, by the way of the sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the nations.
² The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light.
The light has shined on those who lived in the land of the shadow of death. ³ You have multiplied the nation. You have increased their joy.
They rejoice before you according to the joy in harvest, as men rejoice when they divide the plunder. ⁴ For the yoke of his burden, and the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor, you have broken as in the day of Midian. ⁵ For all the armor of the armed man in the noisy battle, and the garments rolled in blood, will be for burning, fuel for the fire. ⁶ For a child is born to us. A son is given to us; and the government will be on his shoulders. His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace,” Isaiah 9:1-6.

“¹ See how great a love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God! For this cause the world doesn’t know us, because it didn’t know him. ² Beloved, now we are children of God. It is not yet revealed what we will be; but we know that when he is revealed, we will be like him; for we will see him just as he is. ³ Everyone who has this hope set on him purifies himself, even as he is pure. ⁴ Everyone who sins also commits lawlessness. Sin is lawlessness. ⁵ You know that he was revealed to take away our sins, and no sin is in him. ⁶ Whoever remains in him doesn’t sin. Whoever sins hasn’t seen him and doesn’t know him.
⁷ Little children, let no one lead you astray. He who does righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. ⁸ He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. To this end the Son of God was revealed: that he might destroy the works of the devil. ⁹ Whoever is born of God doesn’t commit sin, because his seed remains in him, and he can’t sin, because he is born of God,” 1 John 3:1-9.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
