I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare I HAVE FAITH IN GOD!
  Whatever I PRAY and ASK, I BELIEVE THAT I RECEIVE IT, and it will be mine.
  As I pray, I FORGIVE anyone that I have anything against, so that my Father in Heaven will also FORGIVE my transgressions.
  We must remember that if we do not forgive, neither will our Father Who is in Heaven forgive our transgressions.
  We are to live HOLY lives — we are to BE HOLY — for He is HOLY! (1 Peter 1:16)
• I decree and declare the MERCY of the Lord Jesus/ Adonai Yeshua is FLOWING in our midst.
  He is HERE and I have FAITH to rebuke the demons so they COME OUT in the POWER and NAME of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
  It is Jesus/ Yeshua; it is His PRESENCE!
  With faith the size of a mustard seed, NOTHING WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU!
• I decree and declare RIGHTEOUSNESS based on FAITH SPEAKS the Word of God, for it is in your Mouth and in Your Heart — it is the Word of FAITH that we PROCLAIM!
  It is by this FAITH that we are SAVED, and it is by this FAITH that the Lord Jesus/ Adonai Yeshua reaches the World!
• I decree and declare I TRUST in the Lord/ Adonai and I WILL NOT BE ASHAMED!
  The Lord/ Adonai is LORD OF ALL — richly generous to all who CALL on Him.
  For Everyone who CALLS upon the Name of the Lord/ Adonai will be SAVED: spiritually and physically — COMPLETELY!
• I decree and declare I WILL SPEAK the Word of God THAT THE PEOPLE WILL KNOW THE GOOD NEWS OF JESUS CHRIST/ YESHUA MESSIAH!
  The People of the World will not know unless THEY HEAR. How BEAUTIFUL are the feet of those who PROCLAIM the GOOD NEWS of good things!
  Faith comes from HEARING, and HEARING by the Word of Christ/ Messiah!
• I decree and declare FAITH without works is dead!
  I WILL SHOW YOU FAITH BY MY WORKS!
  I am not saved by my works, but my works are the EVIDENCE of my FAITH.
  The faith works together with my works, and by the works my faith is made COMPLETE!
• I decree and declare as we BELIEVE GOD it is credited to us as RIGHTEOUSNESS!
  You see that a man is PROVED RIGHTEOUS by WORKS and not by FAITH alone.
  For just as the body without the spirit is dead, so also faith without works is dead.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“²⁰ As they passed by in the morning, they saw the fig tree withered away from the roots. ²¹ Peter, remembering, said to him, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree which you cursed has withered away.”
²² Jesus answered them, “Have faith in God. ²³ For most certainly I tell you, whoever may tell this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and doesn’t doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is happening; he shall have whatever he says. ²⁴ Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them. ²⁵ Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your transgressions. ²⁶ But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your transgressions,”” Mark 11:20-26.

“¹⁴ When they came to the multitude, a man came to him, kneeling down to him and saying, ¹⁵ “Lord, have mercy on my son, for he is epileptic and suffers grievously; for he often falls into the fire, and often into the water. ¹⁶ So I brought him to your disciples, and they could not cure him.”
¹⁷ Jesus answered, “Faithless and perverse generation! How long will I be with you? How long will I bear with you? Bring him here to me.” ¹⁸ Jesus rebuked the demon, and it went out of him, and the boy was cured from that hour.
¹⁹ Then the disciples came to Jesus privately, and said, “Why weren’t we able to cast it out?”
²⁰ He said to them, “Because of your unbelief. For most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. ²¹ But this kind doesn’t go out except by prayer and fasting,” Matthew 17:14-21

“⁶ But the righteousness which is of faith says this, “Don’t say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’ [Deuteronomy 30:12] (that is, to bring Christ down); ⁷ or, ‘Who will descend into the abyss?’ [Deuteronomy 30:13] (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead.)” ⁸ But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth, and in your heart;” [Deuteronomy 30:14] that is, the word of faith which we preach: ⁹ that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. ¹⁰ For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. ¹¹ For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed.” [Isaiah 28:16]

¹² For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him. ¹³ For, “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.” [Joel 2:32] ¹⁴ How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a preacher? ¹⁵ And how will they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the Good News of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things!” [Isaiah 52:7]

¹⁶ But they didn’t all listen to the glad news. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our report?” [Isaiah 53:1] ¹⁷ So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God,” Romans 10:6-17.

“¹⁴ What good is it, my brothers, if a man says he has faith, but has no works? Can faith save him? ¹⁵ And if a brother or sister is naked and in lack of daily food, ¹⁶ and one of you tells them, “Go in peace. Be warmed and filled;” yet you didn’t give them the things the body needs, what good is it? ¹⁷ Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead in itself. ¹⁸ Yes, a man will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without works, and I will show you my faith by my works.
¹⁹ You believe that God is one. You do well. The demons also believe, and shudder. ²⁰ But do you want to know, vain man, that faith apart from works is dead? ²¹ Wasn’t Abraham our father justified by works, in that he offered up Isaac his son on the altar? ²² You see that faith worked with his works, and by works faith was perfected. ²³ So the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him as righteousness,” [Genesis 15:6] and he was called the friend of God. ²⁴ You see then that by works, a man is justified, and not only by faith. ²⁵ In the same way, wasn’t Rahab the prostitute also justified by works, in that she received the messengers and sent them out another way? ²⁶ For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, even so faith apart from works is dead,” James 2:14-26.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
