I am Worthy!
A Psalm to praise and sing to God, out loud.
I am Worthy
All my life I was lost
Searching for some kind of truth
I treaded upon paths
That twisted and winded
Into barren wilderness
I treaded upon paths
That led nowhere
But into deep miry pits
I listened to others
And even less to myself
Entertained all sorts of doubts
So many things in life brought me down
Made me feel like I wasn’t worthy at all
Believing my dreams were gone
Believing that this was all to life
Until I found Him
He drew me to the Truth
And revealed to me how much I was worth
I am worthy
Because He loves me
I am worthy
Because He bought me with His Son’s Blood
I have no doubt —
Cause The SPIRIT Himself
Bears witness with my spirit
That I am a Child of God
Oh without a doubt, I am worthy
He formed my inward parts
Knitted me together
In my mother’s womb
I discovered I am fearfully
And wonderfully made
I am His Work
And my soul knows it very well
Chosen by Him
To proclaim His Glory
Chosen by Him
To serve His Will
To shout out and rejoice
The greatness of His Works
For I am gladly His Prisoner
An instrument to give Him Glory
For I was in the dark
But He called me out
Into His Marvelous Light
I am worthy
Because He loves me
I am worthy
Because He bought me with His Son’s Blood
I have no doubt —
Cause The SPIRIT Himself
Bears witness with my spirit
That I am a Child of God
Oh wiithout a doubt, I am worthy
His Kingdom He has given me
His Heart He has given me
His Love He has given me
I was made worthy through the Blood of Christ!
I am worthy
Because He loves me
I am worthy
Because He bought me with His Son’s Blood
I have no doubt —
Cause The SPIRIT Himself
Bears witness with my spirit
That I am a Child of God
Oh without a doubt, I am worthy
I am worthy
Because He loves me
I am worthy
Because I am a Child of God
Oh yeah….oh I am worthy!
“And now The LORD says, he who formed me from the womb to be his servant, to bring Jacob back to him; and that Israel might be gathered to him — for I am honored in the eyes of The LORD, and my God has become my strength — he says, “It is too light a thing that you should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to bring back the preserved of Israel; I will make you as a light for the nations, that my salvation may reach to the end of the earth.”” Isaiah 49:5-6.
“For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!” The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs — heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him,” Romans 8:14-17.
“For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well,” Psalm 139:13-14.
“But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light,” 1 Peter 2:9.
“Or do you not know that your body is a temple of The Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body,” 1 Corinthians 19-20.

“Let everything that has breath praise The LORD.” Psalm 150:6.
