I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare I AM NOT CONDEMNED, because I am in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
  I do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit/ Ruach.
  For the Law/ Torah of the Spirit/ Ruach of LIFE in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua has SET ME FREE!
• I decree and declare I LIVE according to the Spirit/ Ruach and SET MY MIND on the things of the Spirit/ Ruach; the mindset of the Spirit/ Ruach is LIFE and PEACE/ SHALOM!
  I will not set my mind on the things of the flesh which oppose God/ Elohim and cannot please Him.
• I decree and declare I am not in the flesh but in the Spirit/ Ruach because the Spirit of God/ Ruach Elohim DWELLS IN ME.
  Because Christ is in me, though the body is dead because of sin, the spirit is alive because of RIGHTEOUSNESS.
  The Spirit/ Ruach of the One Who raised Jesus/ Yeshua from the dead dwells in me, therefore the One who raised Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua from the dead has also GIVEN LIFE to my mortal body through His Spirit/ Ruach Who dwells in me!
• I decree and declare God Almighty/ El Shaddai gave Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Shepherds and Teachers to EQUIP ALL BELIEVERS — to EQUIP ME — for the work of Service, for BUILDING UP the Body of Christ/ Messiah.
  As a result, I am no longer like a child, tossed around by the waves and blown all over by every wind of teaching, by the trickery of men with cunning in deceitful scheming.
  Rather, I SPEAK THE TRUTH in LOVE and GROW UP in all ways into Christ/ Messiah, Who is the Head.
• I decree and declare I have laid aside my former lifestyle, the old self corrupted by its deceitful desires; and I am RENEWED in the spirit of my mind, and have put on the New Self, created to be like God in TRUE RIGHTEOUSNESS and HOLINESS.
• I decree and declare no harmful word will come out of my mouth, but only what is BENEFICIAL for BUILDING OTHERS UP according to the need, so that it gives GRACE to those who hear it.
  I will not grieve the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh of God/ Elohim, by Whom I was sealed for the day of Redemption.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai, the One Who CREATED YOU, says, “Fear not, for I have REDEEMED YOU, I HAVE CALLED YOU BY NAME, YOU ARE MINE!”
  He is with you when you pass through the waters and through the rivers, THEY WILL NOT OVERFLOW YOU.
  When you walk through the fire, the flame will not burn you.
  The Lord your God/ Adonai Eloheykha is your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior!
• I decree and declare I am PRECIOUS in the Lord’s/ Adonai’s Eyes, and HONORED because He LOVES me.
  I will not fear, for He is with me.
  I am called by the Lord’s/ Adonai’s Name; He CREATED me, yes, He formed me.
• I decree and declare I have come to Christ/ Messiah the Living Stone rejected by men but CHOSEN by God and Precious.
  I also am a Living Stone, being built with the Body of Christ up as a Spiritual House, a HOLY PRIESTHOOD to offer up spiritual sacrifices ACCEPTABLE to God/ Elohim through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua!
• I decree and declare we are a CHOSEN PEOPLE, a ROYAL PRIESTHOOD, a Holy Nation, a People for God’s Own POSSESSION, so that we may PROCLAIM the PRAISES of the One Who CALLED us out of darkness into His MARVELOUS LIGHT!
• I decree and declare I will keep away from the fleshly cravings that war against my soul.
  I will keep my CONDUCT HONORABLE among all peoples.
  Then while they speak against me as evildoers, they may – from noticing my good deeds — GLORIFY GOD in the day of Visitation.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. ² For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death. ³ For what the law couldn’t do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh; ⁴ that the ordinance of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. ⁵ For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.
⁶ For the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace; ⁷ because the mind of the flesh is hostile toward God; for it is not subject to God’s law, neither indeed can it be. ⁸ Those who are in the flesh can’t please God. ⁹ But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if it is so that the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if any man doesn’t have the Spirit of Christ, he is not his.
¹⁰ If Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the spirit is alive because of righteousness. ¹¹ But if the Spirit of him who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised up Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you,” Romans 8:1-11.

“¹¹ He gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, shepherds and teachers; ¹² for the perfecting of the saints, to the work of serving, to the building up of the body of Christ, ¹³ until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a full grown man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, ¹⁴ that we may no longer be children, tossed back and forth and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in craftiness, after the wiles of error; ¹⁵ but speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him who is the head, Christ, ¹⁶ from whom all the body, being fitted and knit together through that which every joint supplies, according to the working in measure of each individual part, makes the body increase to the building up of itself in love.
¹⁷ This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles also walk, in the futility of their mind, ¹⁸ being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardening of their hearts. ¹⁹ They, having become callous, gave themselves up to lust, to work all uncleanness with greediness. ²⁰ But you didn’t learn Christ that way, ²¹ if indeed you heard him, and were taught in him, even as truth is in Jesus: ²² that you put away, as concerning your former way of life, the old man that grows corrupt after the lusts of deceit, ²³ and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind, ²⁴ and put on the new man, who in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.
²⁵ Therefore putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor. For we are members of one another. ²⁶ “Be angry, and don’t sin.” Psalm 4:4 Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, ²⁷ and don’t give place to the devil. ²⁸ Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, producing with his hands something that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need. ²⁹ Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear. ³⁰ Don’t grieve the Holy Spirit of God, in whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. ³¹ Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. ³² And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you,” Ephesians 4:11-32.

“¹ But now Yahweh who created you, Jacob, and he who formed you, Israel, says: “Don’t be afraid, for I have redeemed you. I have called you by your name. You are mine. ² When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you. ³ For I am Yahweh your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. I have given Egypt as your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba in your place. ⁴ Since you have been precious and honored in my sight, and I have loved you, therefore I will give people in your place, and nations instead of your life. ⁵ Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. I will bring your offspring from the east, and gather you from the west. ⁶ I will tell the north, ‘Give them up!’ and tell the south, ‘Don’t hold them back! Bring my sons from far away, and my daughters from the ends of the earth— ⁷ everyone who is called by my name, and whom I have created for my glory, whom I have formed, yes, whom I have made.’”
⁸ Bring out the blind people who have eyes, and the deaf who have ears. ⁹ Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the peoples be assembled. Who among them can declare this, and show us former things? Let them bring their witnesses, that they may be justified, or let them hear, and say, “That is true.”
¹⁰ “You are my witnesses,” says Yahweh, “With my servant whom I have chosen; that you may know and believe me, and understand that I am he. Before me there was no God formed, neither will there be after me. ¹¹ I myself am Yahweh. Besides me, there is no savior. ¹² I have declared, I have saved, and I have shown, and there was no strange god among you. Therefore you are my witnesses”, says Yahweh, “and I am God,” Isaiah 43:1-12.

” ⁴ coming to him, a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God, precious. ⁵ You also, as living stones, are built up as a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. ⁶ Because it is contained in Scripture, “Behold, I lay in Zion a chief cornerstone, chosen and precious: He who believes in him will not be disappointed.” (Isaiah 28:16).
⁷ For you who believe therefore is the honor, but for those who are disobedient, “The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone,” (Psalm 118:22) ⁸ and, “a stumbling stone and a rock of offense.” (Isaiah 8:14).
For they stumble at the word, being disobedient, to which also they were appointed. ⁹ But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. ¹⁰ In the past, you were not a people, but now are God’s people, who had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.
¹¹ Beloved, I beg you as foreigners and pilgrims, to abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul; ¹² having good behavior among the nations, so in that of which they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they see, glorify God in the day of visitation,” 1 Peter 2:4-12.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
