Declarations & Decrees: I Am Led by Holy Spirit Who Knows the Mind of God!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare we SPEAK God’s/ Elohim’s WISDOM in a Mystery – a Wisdom that has been HIDDEN, which God/ Elohim destined for our GLORY before the Ages.
  As it is written, “Things no eye has seen and no ear has hear, that have not entered the heart of mankind – these things God/ Elohim has PREPARED for those who LOVE Him!”
• I decree and declare God/Elohim has REVEALED these things to us through the Spirit/ Ruach.
  For the Spirit/ Ruach SEARCHES all things – even the DEPTHS of God/ Elohim.
  No one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God/ Ruach Elohim.
  And we have received not the spirit of the World, but the Spirit Who is from God – so we are coming to KNOW the things FREELY given to us by God.
• I decree and declare we SPEAK – not in words taught by human wisdom but in Words taught by the Spirit/ Ruach, explaining the SPIRITUAL to the spiritual.
  The natural man cannot accept the things of the Spirit of God/ Ruach Elohim for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.
• I decree and declare the one who is SPIRITUAL DISCERNS all things, and he himself is discerned by no one.
  For who has KNOWN the mind of the Lord/ Adonai, that he will instruct Him?
  But we have the mind of Christ/ Messiah.
• I decree and declare each of us who are Teachers and Leaders according to the GRACE of God which has been given to us, lay a foundation upon which others will build.
  But let each consider CAREFULLY how he builds on it.
  For NO ONE CAN LAY ANY OTHER FOUNDATION THAN WHAT IS ALREADY LAID – which is Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
• I decree and declare you are God’s Temple and the Spirit of God/ Ruach Elohim DWELLS in you.
  God will destroy anyone who destroys His Temple, and you are that Temple.
  We will not boast about men. For all things are ours, and we are Christ’s/ Messiah’s, and Christ/ Messiah is God’s/ Elohim’s.
• I decree and declare we who are LED by the Spirit of God/ Ruach Elohim are the Children of God!
  We did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall again into fear; rather, we received the SPIRIT of ADOPTION, by Whom we cry, “Daddy/ Abba! Father!”
  The Spirit/ Ruach Himself BEARS WITNESS with our spirit that we are Children of God! We who are Children are also HEIRS – HEIRS of God and JOINT HEIRS with Christ/ Messiah – if indeed we suffer with Him so that we may also be GLORIFIED with Him!
• I decree and declare the Spirit/ Ruach HELPS in our weakness.
  For we do not know how to PRAY as we should, but the Spirit/ Ruach Himself INTERCEDES for us with GROANS too deep for words.
  And He Who SEARCHES the Hearts knows the MIND of the Spirit/ Ruach, because He INTERCEDES for the Believers/ Kedoshim according to the WILL of GOD!
• I decree and declare that ALL THINGS work together for GOOD for those who LOVE God, who are CALLED according to His PURPOSE.
  For those whom He FOREKNEW He also PREDESTINED to be CONFORMED to the image of His Son, so that He might be the FIRSTBORN among many brothers and sisters.
  For those whom He predestined, He also called; and those whom He called, He also JUSTIFIED; and those whom He justified, HE ALSO GLORIFIED!
• I decree and declare, by the MERCIES of God, I PRESENT my body as a LIVING SACRIFICE – HOLY, acceptable to God – which is my spiritual service.
  I will not be conformed to this World but will be transformed by the RENEWING of my mind, so that I may DISCERN what the WILL of GOD is – what is good and acceptable and perfect!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁶ Yet we do speak wisdom among those who are mature; a wisdom, however, not of this age nor of the rulers of this age, who are passing away; ⁷ but we speak God’s wisdom in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God predestined before the ages to our glory; ⁸ the wisdom which none of the rulers of this age has understood; for if they had understood it they would not have crucified the Lord of glory; ⁹ but just as it is written, “Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, and which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love Him.”
¹⁰ For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God. ¹¹ For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God. ¹² Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God, ¹³ which things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words.
¹⁴ But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised. ¹⁵ But he who is spiritual appraises all things, yet he himself is appraised by no one. ¹⁶ For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he will instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ,” 1 Corinthians 2:6-16.

“¹⁰ According to the grace of God which was given to me, like a wise master builder I laid a foundation, and another is building on it. But each man must be careful how he builds on it. ¹¹ For no man can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. ¹² Now if any man builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, ¹³ each man’s work will become evident; for the day will show it because it is to be revealed with fire, and the fire itself will test the quality of each man’s work. ¹⁴ If any man’s work which he has built on it remains, he will receive a reward. ¹⁵ If any man’s work is burned up, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire.
¹⁶ Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? ¹⁷ If any man destroys the temple of God, God will destroy him, for the temple of God is holy, and that is what you are.
¹⁸ Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you thinks that he is wise in this age, he must become foolish, so that he may become wise. ¹⁹ For the wisdom of this world is foolishness before God. For it is written, “He is the one who catches the wise in their craftiness”; ²⁰ and again, “The Lord knows the reasonings of the wise, that they are useless.” ²¹ So then let no one boast in men. For all things belong to you, ²² whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas or the world or life or death or things present or things to come; all things belong to you, ²³ and you belong to Christ; and Christ belongs to God,” 1 Corinthians 3:10-23.

“¹⁴ For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. ¹⁵ For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, “Abba! Father!” ¹⁶ The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God, ¹⁷ and if children, heirs also, heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him so that we may also be glorified with Him.
¹⁸ For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us. ¹⁹ For the anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for the revealing of the sons of God. ²⁰ For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it, in hope ²¹ that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God. ²² For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now. ²³ And not only this, but also we ourselves, having the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our body. ²⁴ For in hope we have been saved, but hope that is seen is not hope; for who hopes for what he already sees? ²⁵ But if we hope for what we do not see, with perseverance we wait eagerly for it.
²⁶ In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words; ²⁷ and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
²⁸ And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. ²⁹ For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren; ³⁰ and these whom He predestined, He also called; and these whom He called, He also justified; and these whom He justified, He also glorified.
³¹ What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us? ³² He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things? ³³ Who will bring a charge against God’s elect? God is the one who justifies,” Romans 8:14-33.

“¹ Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. ² And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
³ For through the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to each a measure of faith. ⁴ For just as we have many members in one body and all the members do not have the same function, ⁵ so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. ⁶ Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to exercise them accordingly: if prophecy, according to the proportion of his faith; ⁷ if service, in his serving; or he who teaches, in his teaching; ⁸ or he who exhorts, in his exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness,” Romans 12:1-8.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
