Declarations & Decrees: I Am Encouraged – I Will Rejoice!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare BLESSED is the God/ Elohim and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua the Messiah, the Father of COMPASSION and God/ Elohim of ALL ENCOURAGEMENT!
He ENCOURAGES US IN EVERY TROUBLE, so that we are able to ENCOURAGE those who are in any trouble, through the very encouragement with which we ourselves are encouraged by God/ Elohim. - I decree and declare, as the SUFFERINGS of Christ/ Messiah overflow into us, so also through Christ/ Messiah our ENCOURAGEMENT OVERFLOWS.
If we are suffering hardship, it is for your ENCOURAGEMENT and SALVATION.
And if we are ENCOURAGED, it is for your encouragement, which produces in you the PATIENT ENDURANCE of the same sufferings that we also suffer. - I decree and declare, though we are under great pressure — so far beyond our strength that we despair even of living, WE HAVE HOPE.
When we have within ourselves the death sentence — so that we might not rely on ourselves, WE RELY ON GOD/ ELOHIM WHO RAISES THE DEAD.
He Who rescues us from the great danger of death will continue to RESCUE us — we have set our HOPE on Him that He will RESCUE us again. - I decree and declare YOU ARE HELPING BY YOUR PRAYER FOR US, so that from many People thanks may be given on our behalf for the Gracious GIFT given us through the help of many.
We behave in the World with simplicity and godly SINCERITY — not by Human Wisdom but by the GRACE OF GOD/ELOHIM. - I decree and declare, since I have the PROMISES of Christ/ Messiah, I CLEANSE myself daily from all defilement of the body and spirit, PERFECTING HOLINESS IN THE FEAR OF GOD/ELOHIM.
Because of you I am filled with ENCOURAGEMENT and I overflow with JOY in all my troubles.
Though I find no rest and am hard pressed on every side — conflicts outside, fears within; yet GOD/ ELOHIM, Who ENCOURAGES the downcast, ENCOURAGES me by His People. - I decree and declare by your DILIGENCE I am ENCOURAGED!
As you REFRESH others I am ENCOURAGED!
My feelings overflow when I remember your OBEDIENCE — how you receive His leaders with FEAR and TREMBLING.
I REJOICE that in everything I have confidence in you. - I decree and declare I AM OF THE DAY — sober minded — WEARING THE BREASTPLATE OF FAITHFULNESS AND LOVE, AND THE HOPE OF SALVATION AS A HELMET!
For God did not destine me for wrath but for obtaining Salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua the Messiah!
Therefore, I will encourage my Brothers and Sisters and BUILD THEM UP! - I decree and declare I will stand STRONG, yet HUMBLE.
I will recognize those who work hard among the Believers and my congregation and are over me in the Lord/ Adonai.
I will ESTEEM them beyond all measure in LOVE because of their work.
I will correct the unruly, comfort the fainthearted, help the weak, and be PATIENT with Everyone. - I decree and declare I REJOICE ALWAYS, PRAYING CONSTANTLY, and in everything I GIVE THANKS, for this is God’s/ Elohim’s will in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
I will heed prophetic messages, testing all things, holding fast to what is good, but keeping away from every kind of evil. - I decree and declare we who are STRONG bear the weaknesses of the powerless and not just please ourselves.
We each please our neighbor for his good, to BUILD HIM UP.
The Scriptures were written for our INSTRUCTION, so that through PATIENCE and the ENCOURAGEMENT of the Word we might have HOPE. - I decree and declare God/ Elohim has FAVORED ME, the least of His Saints/ Kedoshim, to PROCLAIM to the World the ENDLESS RICHES OF CHRIST/ MESSIAH and to bring to LIGHT the plan of the Mystery — which for ages was hidden in God/ Elohim who created all thing!
- I decree and declare and BOW MY KNEES BEFORE THE FATHER — from Him every Family in Heaven and on Earth receives its name.
From His GLORIOUS RICHES He will STRENGTHEN YOU in your inner being with POWER through His Spirit/ Ruach, so that Christ/ Messiah may dwell in your hearts through FAITH.
You are ROOTED AND GROUNDED IN LOVE, so you will have the STRENGTH TO GRASP THE LOVE OF CHRIST/ MESSIAH which surpasses knowledge, so you will be filled up with all the fullness of God/ Elohim. - I REJOICE for our God is ABLE TO DO FAR BEYOND all that we ask or imagine, by means of His POWER that works in us, to Him be the GLORY in the Community of Believers and in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua throughout all generations FOREVER AND EVER! Amen!
- I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; 4 who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. 5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound to us, even so our comfort also abounds through Christ. 6 But if we are afflicted, it is for your comfort and salvation. If we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which produces in you the patient enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer. 7 Our hope for you is steadfast, knowing that, since you are partakers of the sufferings, so you are also of the comfort. 8 For we don’t desire to have you uninformed, brothers, concerning our affliction which happened to us in Asia, that we were weighed down exceedingly, beyond our power, so much that we despaired even of life. 9 Yes, we ourselves have had the sentence of death within ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God who raises the dead, 10 who delivered us out of so great a death, and does deliver; on whom we have set our hope that he will also still deliver us; 11 you also helping together on our behalf by your supplication; that, for the gift given to us by means of many, thanks may be given by many persons on your behalf.
12 For our boasting is this: the testimony of our conscience, that in holiness and sincerity of God, not in fleshly wisdom but in the grace of God we behaved ourselves in the world, and more abundantly toward you. 13 For we write no other things to you than what you read or even acknowledge, and I hope you will acknowledge to the end, 14 as also you acknowledged us in part, that we are your boasting, even as you also are ours, in the day of our Lord Jesus,” 2 Corinthians 1:3-14.
“Having therefore these promises, beloved, let’s cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. 2 Open your hearts to us. We wronged no one. We corrupted no one. We took advantage of no one. 3 I say this not to condemn you, for I have said before that you are in our hearts to die together and live together. 4 Great is my boldness of speech toward you. Great is my boasting on your behalf. I am filled with comfort. I overflow with joy in all our affliction.
5 For even when we had come into Macedonia, our flesh had no relief, but we were afflicted on every side. Fightings were outside. Fear was inside. 6 Nevertheless, he who comforts the lowly, God, comforted us by the coming of Titus, 7 and not by his coming only, but also by the comfort with which he was comforted in you while he told us of your longing, your mourning, and your zeal for me, so that I rejoiced still more……..
………. 12 So although I wrote to you, I wrote not for his cause that did the wrong, nor for his cause that suffered the wrong, but that your earnest care for us might be revealed in you in the sight of God. 13 Therefore we have been comforted. In our comfort we rejoiced the more exceedingly for the joy of Titus, because his spirit has been refreshed by you all. 14 For if in anything I have boasted to him on your behalf, I was not disappointed. But as we spoke all things to you in truth, so our glorying also which I made before Titus was found to be truth. 15 His affection is more abundantly toward you, while he remembers all of your obedience, how with fear and trembling you received him. 16 I rejoice that in everything I am confident concerning you,” 2 Corinthians 7:1-7, 12-16.
“8 But since we belong to the day, let’s be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and for a helmet, the hope of salvation. 9 For God didn’t appoint us to wrath, but to the obtaining of salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him. 11 Therefore exhort one another, and build each other up, even as you also do. 12 But we beg you, brothers, to know those who labor among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you, 13 and to respect and honor them in love for their work’s sake.
Be at peace among yourselves. 14 We exhort you, brothers: Admonish the disorderly; encourage the faint-hearted; support the weak; be patient toward all. 15 See that no one returns evil for evil to anyone, but always follow after that which is good for one another and for all.
16 Always rejoice. 17 Pray without ceasing. 18 In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you. 19 Don’t quench the Spirit. 20 Don’t despise prophecies. 21 Test all things, and hold firmly that which is good. 22 Abstain from every form of evil.
23 May the God of peace himself sanctify you completely. May your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
24 He who calls you is faithful, who will also do it,” 1 Thessalonians 5:8-24.
“Now we who are strong ought to bear the weaknesses of the weak, and not to please ourselves. 2 Let each one of us please his neighbor for that which is good, to be building him up. 3 For even Christ didn’t please himself. But, as it is written, “The reproaches of those who reproached you fell on me.” 4 For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that through perseverance and through encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope. 5 Now the God of perseverance and of encouragement grant you to be of the same mind with one another according to Christ Jesus, 6 that with one accord you may with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,” Romans 15:1-6.
“8 To me, the very least of all saints, was this grace given, to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, 9 and to make all men see what is the administration of the mystery which for ages has been hidden in God, who created all things through Jesus Christ, 10 to the intent that now through the assembly the manifold wisdom of God might be made known to the principalities and the powers in the heavenly places, 11 according to the eternal purpose which he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord. 12 In him we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him. 13 Therefore I ask that you may not lose heart at my troubles for you, which are your glory.
14 For this cause, I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15 from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, 16 that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, that you may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inner person, 17 that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith, to the end that you, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 may be strengthened to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and height and depth, 19 and to know Christ’s love which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
20 Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, 21 to him be the glory in the assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen,” Ephesians 3:8-21.

Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
