I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Words of our Lord Jesus/ Adonai Yeshua, “Didn’t you know that I MUST BE ABOUT THE THINGS OF MY FATHER?”
  My heart is FULL and OVERFLOWING with the LOVE and KNOWLEDGE of the Lord my God/ Adonai Elohai.
  I cannot remain silent!
• I decree and declare I am increasing in WISDOM and FAVOR with God as I sit in His PRESENCE.
  I DESIRE Him alone and SEEK HIS FACE; I OBEY His Will and REMAIN ON HIS PATH for my life.
• I decree and declare I will PRODUCE GOOD FRUIT seeking to do the WILL of my Father/ Abba in Heaven.
  Those who do not produce good fruit will be removed, for Jesus/ Yeshua said, “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord/ Adonai, Adonai!’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in Heaven.”
• I decree and declare the Father/ Abba has given to us a GREAT and GLORIOUS LOVE, that we should be CALLED God’s/ Elohim’s Children — and so we are! The reason the World does not know us is that it does not know Him.
• I decree and declare we are God’s/ Elohim’s Children and it has not yet been REVEALED what we will be.
  But we know that when it is REVEALED, we will be LIKE HIM, because we will SEE HIM JUST AS HE IS.
  Everyone who has this HOPE in Him PURIFIES himself, just as He is PURE!
• I decree and declare I will not walk in sin, for no one who ABIDES in CHRIST/ MESSIAH keeps on sinning; no one who sins has seen Him or known Him.
  The one who practices RIGHTEOUSNESS is RIGHTEOUS, just as Jesus/ Yeshua is RIGHTEOUS.
  No one born of God practices sin, because God’s seed remains in him.
  He cannot sin, because he is born of God.
• I decree and declare DISCERNMENT is increasing! For your safety LOOK to the LORD/ ADONAI; LISTEN and SEE through the Eyes of the Spirit/ Ruach.
  Recognize that anyone who does not act righteously or love his brother is not of God.
  Do not be surprised, if the World hates you.
• I decree and declare I will LOVE in DEED and TRUTH, not only in word or talk.
  By this we will know that we are of the TRUTH and set our heart at REST before Him whenever our heart condemns us.
  For God is greater than our heart and knows all things.
• I decree and declare my heart does not condemn me, so I have CONFIDENCE BEFORE GOD/ ELOHIM, and whatever I ASK, I RECEIVE from Him, because I keep His Commandments and do what is PLEASING IN HIS SIGHT.
  Now this is His Commandment — that we should BELIEVE in the Name of His Son, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua the Messiah, and LOVE one another, just as He Commanded us.
  The one who keeps His Commandments ABIDES in God/ Elohim, and God/ Elohim in him.
  We know that He ABIDES in us by this — by the Spirit/Ruach He has given us.
• I decree and declare I will MOVE in the ANOINTING and GIFTINGS of the Spirit/ Ruach to EQUIP the Saints/ Kedoshim for the work of service, for BUILDING UP the BODY of CHRIST/ MESSIAH. I will continue in this until we all come to the UNITY of the Faith and the KNOWLEDGE of the Son of God/ Ben-Elohim — to mature adulthood, to the measure of the stature of Christ’s/Messiah’s fullness.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁴⁹ He said to them, “Why were you looking for me? Didn’t you know that I must be in my Father’s house?” ⁵⁰ They didn’t understand the saying which he spoke to them. ⁵¹ And he went down with them, and came to Nazareth. He was subject to them, and his mother kept all these sayings in her heart. ⁵² And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men,” Luke 2:49-52.

“¹⁷ Even so, every good tree produces good fruit, but the corrupt tree produces evil fruit. ¹⁸ A good tree can’t produce evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree produce good fruit. ¹⁹ Every tree that doesn’t grow good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. ²⁰ Therefore by their fruits you will know them.

²¹ “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven,” Matthew 7:17-21.

“¹ See how great a love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God! For this cause the world doesn’t know us, because it didn’t know him. ² Beloved, now we are children of God. It is not yet revealed what we will be; but we know that when he is revealed, we will be like him; for we will see him just as he is. ³ Everyone who has this hope set on him purifies himself, even as he is pure. ⁴ Everyone who sins also commits lawlessness. Sin is lawlessness. ⁵ You know that he was revealed to take away our sins, and no sin is in him. ⁶ Whoever remains in him doesn’t sin. Whoever sins hasn’t seen him and doesn’t know him.
⁷ Little children, let no one lead you astray. He who does righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. ⁸ He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. To this end the Son of God was revealed: that he might destroy the works of the devil. ⁹ Whoever is born of God doesn’t commit sin, because his seed remains in him, and he can’t sin, because he is born of God. ¹⁰ In this the children of God are revealed, and the children of the devil. Whoever doesn’t do righteousness is not of God, neither is he who doesn’t love his brother. ¹¹ For this is the message which you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another; ¹² unlike Cain, who was of the evil one, and killed his brother. Why did he kill him? Because his deeds were evil, and his brother’s righteous.
¹³ Don’t be surprised, my brothers, if the world hates you. ¹⁴ We know that we have passed out of death into life, because we love the brothers. He who doesn’t love his brother remains in death. ¹⁵ Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life remaining in him.
¹⁶ By this we know love, because he laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers. ¹⁷ But whoever has the world’s goods and sees his brother in need, then closes his heart of compassion against him, how does God’s love remain in him? ¹⁸ My little children, let’s not love in word only, or with the tongue only, but in deed and truth. ¹⁹ And by this we know that we are of the truth, and persuade our hearts before him, ²⁰ because if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things. ²¹ Beloved, if our hearts don’t condemn us, we have boldness toward God; ²² so whatever we ask, we receive from him, because we keep his commandments and do the things that are pleasing in his sight. ²³ This is his commandment, that we should believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and love one another, even as he commanded. ²⁴ He who keeps his commandments remains in him, and he in him. By this we know that he remains in us, by the Spirit which he gave us,” 1 John 3:1-24.

“¹¹ He gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, shepherds and teachers; ¹² for the perfecting of the saints, to the work of serving, to the building up of the body of Christ, ¹³ until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a full grown man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, ¹⁴ that we may no longer be children, tossed back and forth and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in craftiness, after the wiles of error; ¹⁵ but speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him who is the head, Christ, ¹⁶ from whom all the body, being fitted and knit together through that which every joint supplies, according to the working in measure of each individual part, makes the body increase to the building up of itself in love,” Ephesians 4:11-16.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
