Hunters Crossing & The Promised Land
Dream: Hunters Crossing & The Promised Land
Recently I had a dream where I was in a large upscale neighborhood of nice, large homes.
It was called “Hunters Crossing.”
In the dream, someone asked me, “Why do you want Hunters Crossing?”
And I told them, “Because I have to take the land.”
I thought of Joshua in my dream and how I knew I was called, like Joshua, to take the land.
“Moses My servant is dead. Now therefore, arise, go over this Jordan, you and all this people, to the land which I am giving to them — the children of Israel. Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you, as I said to Moses,” Joshua 1:2-3.
This dream signifies a “crossing over” the metaphorical Jordan in the lives of those who have been faithful in the wilderness.
Some of the Body of Christ, (the faithful and obedient) will be crossing over into the Promised Land of their lives soon.
The name “Hunters Crossing” is significant because it is showing that those who are now being called to cross over into the promised land of their lives are to “look” and “hunt” for what that promised land is.
For some, this is some kind of promotion, for some this is a move to a new geographic area, or a combination of these.
It could be a new schooling that will ultimately promote you to another career. But, if you’ve been faithful in your wilderness time, begin to search and look for what God is calling you to.
This also speaks to increased finances, and prosperity with ease.
Remember the Israelites who crossed over had grown out of complaining and grumbling.
God became angry with those who complained while in the wilderness. He sent fire and eventually a lot of the Israelites died from their various idolatrous sins. Be careful not to complain!
“Now when the people complained, it displeased The LORD; for The LORD heard it, and His anger was aroused. So the fire of The LORD burned among them, and consumed some in the outskirts of the camp,” Numbers 11:1.
So, as you are coming out of your wilderness, zip your lip when you want to complain and instead, thank God for what you have and what lies ahead.
It takes self control, but it’s so important not to feed into ungratefulness and complaining because just like Jesus said, you’ll get more of what you focus on.
“For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him,” Matthew 13:12.
Your feet follow your words. Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit, (Proverbs 18:21).
You have the power to prophesy over your life by your words. So instead of complaining about your current circumstances, like the Israelites in the wilderness, begin to praise and thank God for what good He has done and what He will do
Thank Him for your future promotion, or whatever it is that you have faith to receive from Him.
Partner with God by using your words and giving thanks.
We enter His gates with thanksgiving. This and obedience to God, will help you to cross over into the promised land of your life!
“The LORD bless you and keep you; The LORD make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you; The LORD lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace,” Numbers 6:24-26.

Great Word of warning and encouragement. I’ve recently had to “STOP” and not complain while in the fire. It’s a blessing to be chosen of God in the first place. Don’t allow the test, itself to not let you perceive the True Purpose of the painl to deceive you in causing you to not know the wisdom and favor of God in the tests. He got you!
Absolutely right. Thank you sister.
I receive the Mighty Word. May God Bless you Mary.
