HOW DID YOU GET IN HERE…
DRESSED LIKE THAT? – JESUS

I find it interesting, to say the least, and very important to note, that Jesus Christ will have a STANDARD DRESS ATTIRE AT THE MARRIAGE SUPPER. A man got in to the Marriage Supper dressed in improper clothing and was found out and the Lord said to him HOW DID YOU GET IN THIS EVENT NOT DRESSED PROPERLY?

There is much said about the WHITE ROBES and the DRESSING UP IN WHITE CLOTHING to all his Bride. They were given White Robes and he said the Bride has prepared herself for the Marriage Supper. In the warning description of the Laodican Church in the Book of Revelation 3:18, the Lord told them that they needed to do three things to be corrected. One of the three things commanded of them was: “TO BUY WHITE CLOTHING SO THAT YOUR NAKEDNESS DOES NOT APPEAR”.

In today’s Church so much is said about CLOTHING NOT BEING IMPORTANT, I just find it interesting that Jesus does think otherwise.

READ THIS SCRIPTURE CAREFULLY:

“But when the king came in to see the dinner guests, he saw a man there who was not dressed [appropriately] in wedding clothes, ¹² and he said, ‘Friend, how did you come in here without wearing the wedding clothes [that were provided for you]?’ And the man was speechless and without excuse. ¹³ Then the king said to the attendants, ‘Tie him hand and foot, and throw him into the darkness outside; in that place there will be weeping [over sorrow and pain] and grinding of teeth [over distress and anger].’ 14 For many are called (invited, summoned), but few are chosen,” Matthew 22:11-14.

Perhaps the Church needs to reconsider their stance upon the Importance of clothing and outward appearance. After all CLOTHING SPEAKS OF HOLINESS. Jesus said that the things coming out of the heart will be seen by the things you say and do. The HEART will EFFECT the OUTER.

So if clothing is not important than why all dressed in WHITE? Why did a man get thrown out of the Marriage Feast just because he was not dressed in proper clothing?
