Declarations & Decrees: Holy Spirit, You Are Free to Do Your Work Among Us: in Your Peace, Your Wisdom, Your Truth and Your Love!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare I REJOICE in union with the Lord ALWAYS!
  We should all REJOICE so that everyone will SEE how REASONABLE and GENTLE we are. The Lord is NEAR!
  You won’t worry about anything, but rather you MAKE YOUR REQUESTS KNOWN to God by prayer and petition, with THANKSGIVING!
• I decree and declare God’s PEACE/ SHALOM, which PASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING, will keep your hearts and minds SAFE in union with Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
  You are focusing on all that is TRUE, NOBLE, RIGHTEOUS, PURE, LOVABLE and PRAISEWORTHY.
  How Great is our God!
• I decree and declare God is in our MIDST; Holy Spirit is moving among us to do HIS PERFECT WORK!
  We PRAISE You, Lord/ Adonai, in Your HOLY PLACE, AMONG Your People!
  We PRAISE You in the Heavenly dome of Your POWER!
• I decree and declare You, Lord/ Adonai, have done MIGHTY DEEDS!
  We praise you for Your SURPASSING GREATNESS!
  We praise You with the Shofar/ Ram’s horn and the trumpet!
  We praise you with tambourines and dancing!
  EVERYTHING that has breath will PRAISE the Lord/ Adonai!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is my ROCK and my FORTRESS, my DELIVERER, the God Who is my ROCK, in Whom I find SHELTER, my SHIELD, the POWER that saves me, my STRONGHOLD and my REFUGE.
  He is my SAVIOR who has SAVED me from my enemies!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is ALIVE!
  Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah ROSE and is ALIVE!
  Blessed is my ROCK; EXALTED be our God, the ROCK of our SALVATION, the God who gives us VENGEANCE and makes peoples submit to His Chosen Ones.
• I decree and declare You, Lord/ Adonai, bring us out from among our enemies.
  You RAISE US UP, over those who rebel against Your Ways, You RESCUE us from violent men.
  So we GIVE THANKS to You, Lord/ Adonai, AMONG the NATIONS; we SING PRAISES to Your Name.
  You are our STRONG TOWER; You DISPLAY GRACE upon Your Anointed Ones FOREVER!
• I decree and declare God is your SOURCE of HOPE; He FILLS you completely with JOY and PEACE/ SHALOM because you CONTINUE TRUSTING!
  The POWER of Holy Spirit OVERFLOWS in you with HOPE!
• I decree and declare you are FULL of GOODNESS, filled with KNOWLEDGE and well able to counsel each other.
  You are a SERVANT of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua and CARRY OUT the PRIESTLY DUTY of presenting the Good News of God!
• I decree and declare all that we ACCOMPLISH we do through the POWER of the Spirit of God!
  We allow Him to WORK AMONG US that others will SEE His goodness and PRAISE our Father in Heaven.
• I decree and declare you are growing POWERFUL in union with the Lord and in union with His MIGHTY STRENGTH!
  You use ALL the ARMOR and weapons that God provides, so that you are ABLE to STAND against the deceptive tactics of the Adversary.
  Remember, in all the difficulties, you are not struggling against human beings, but against principalities and powers governing the darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realm.
• I decree and declare YOU WILL STAND: having the BELT of TRUTH, the BREASTPLATE of RIGHTEOUSNESS, wearing on your feet the READINESS of the GOOD NEWS of Peace/ Shalom.
  You ALWAYS CARRY the shield of TRUST, with which YOU ARE ABLE TO EXTINGUISH all the flaming arrows of the Evil One.
  You have the helmet of DELIVERANCE with the sword given by the Spirit, that is, the Word of God.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁴ Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! ⁵ Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. ⁶ Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. ⁷ And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. ⁸ Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things,” Philippians 4:4-8.

“¹ Praise the Lord! Praise God in His sanctuary; Praise Him in His mighty expanse. ² Praise Him for His mighty deeds; praise Him according to His excellent greatness. ³ Praise Him with trumpet sound; praise Him with harp and lyre. ⁴ Praise Him with timbrel and dancing; praise Him with stringed instruments and pipe. ⁵ Praise Him with loud cymbals; praise Him with resounding cymbals. ⁶ Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord!” Psalm 150:1-6.

“¹ And David spoke the words of this song to the Lord in the day that the Lord delivered him from the hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul. ² He said, “The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; ³ My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold and my refuge; my savior, You save me from violence. ⁴ “I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies……
…….. ⁴⁷ “The Lord lives, and blessed be my rock; and exalted be God, the rock of my salvation, ⁴⁸ The God who executes vengeance for me, and brings down peoples under me, ⁴⁹ Who also brings me out from my enemies; You even lift me above those who rise up against me; You rescue me from the violent man. ⁵⁰ “Therefore I will give thanks to You, O Lord, among the nations, and I will sing praises to Your name.⁵¹ “He is a tower of deliverance to His king, and shows lovingkindness to His anointed, to David and his descendants forever,” 2 Samuel 22:1-4, 47-51.

“¹³ Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. ¹⁴ And concerning you, my brethren, I myself also am convinced that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge and able also to admonish one another. ¹⁵ But I have written very boldly to you on some points so as to remind you again, because of the grace that was given me from God, ¹⁶ to be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles, ministering as a priest the gospel of God, so that my offering of the Gentiles may become acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit. ¹⁷ Therefore in Christ Jesus I have found reason for boasting in things pertaining to God. ¹⁸ For I will not presume to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me, resulting in the obedience of the Gentiles by word and deed, ¹⁹ in the power of signs and wonders, in the power of the Spirit; so that from Jerusalem and round about as far as Illyricum I have fully preached the gospel of Christ. ²⁰ And thus I aspired to preach the gospel, not where Christ was already named, so that I would not build on another man’s foundation; ²¹ but as it is written, “They who had no news of Him shall see, and they who have not heard shall understand.” Romans 15:13-21.

“¹⁰ Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. ¹¹ Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. ¹² For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. ¹³ Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. ¹⁴ Stand firm therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, ¹⁵ and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; ¹⁶ in addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. ¹⁷ And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. ¹⁸ With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints, ¹⁹ and pray on my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in the opening of my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel, ²⁰ for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in proclaiming it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak,” Ephesians 6:10-20.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
