Arise and Shine — ALL Ages

“Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of The LORD is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; but The LORD will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you. The Gentiles shall come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising. ” Isaiah 60:1-3

There is great excitement in The Church right now.

There is great movement among the young, among those with great energy to keep up with what’s happening.

The young in particular are being mobilised and motivated to wonderful things — to miracles and salvations, to healings and to restorations.

Sons are being restored to their fathers. Daughters are being restored to their mothers. Grand parents are seeing their broken families brought back together again. There is great rejoicing.

AND….

There is another, quieter move going on too.

Those who thought they were by-passed, who believed their time was gone, those who believed age had overtaken them and they no longer had a role to play — these are they who are waking up to find new meaning, a new place in the body of Christ, new long-forgotten roles for themselves.

These are learning with great joy the meaning of “they also serve who simply stand and wait“.^**

Their life skills and experience have suddenly become in great demand. Their values, for so long deemed ‘old-fashioned’ and outmoded, are being valued again.

Their faith, so often derided as being ‘fanatical’, is being revered and copied. Their love and mentoring skills are being sought after. They are discipling the next generation of disciples!

This combination of moves among the young and the not so young is bringing great momentum to the new Holy Spirit driven movement.

Revival isn’t just for some — it’s for ALL who will move with Holy Spirit.

Enjoy it ALL you people.

Holy Laughter

Amid all the chaos of the world right now, I see Holy laughter!

I’d been watching some old video clips from various people, when I suddenly see a vision of people rolling around, absolutely laughing fit to bust.

In the middle of this I heard The LORD say, “I’m bringing this back!”

So I said, “I didn’t know it had ever gone away, Lord?”

The LORD said, “No it hasn’t, but I AM bringing a new wave of freeing and loosening to My People.

People who for years have stood on their dignity, often with great pride, will be released in My Joy and will testify to this ‘new found freedom’ they had never thought either proper nor dignified in The House of The LORD!

One of the first signs shall be My Joy manifest among My People, particularly among those who have rarely, if ever, manifest this before.

I will also bring My Presence so strongly that very few will be able to stand in their meetings.“

I got the distinct impression that, had I been able to see Him, there was a twinkle in His eye ad He spoke this to me.

I have to say that the God that I know rarely stands on any ceremony, and I further got the impression that some very serious and staid people are going to receive an awakening into the joy of The LORD they never knew to be possible.
