Declarations & Decrees: Holiness Is Required!
Declarations & Decrees: Holiness Is Required to Enter God’s Secret Place!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare you will SEE and HEAR things in the spirit realm that you have not noticed before.
Your DESIRE to know the things of God is increasing.
Your PERCEPTION is being FINE-TUNED, because of your desire and OPEN HEART! - I decree and declare as you DRAW CLOSE to the Lord/ Adonai YOU are STANDING on HOLY GROUND!
Approach His PRESENCE with REVERENCE and CONSECRATION.
The common things must be set aside; ONLY the HOLY can dwell in the PRESENCE of God Almighty/ El Shaddai! - I decree and declare you are REVERENT in approaching the Lord/ Adonai.
You approach in HUMILITY and in HOLINESS.
For you know that the Priests/ Cohanim, who were allowed to approach the Lord/ Adonai, were required to KEEP THEMSELVES HOLY, so that the Lord/ Adonai would not break out against them. - I declare WALKING in OBEDIENCE and HOLINESS is REQUIRED to enter God’s SECRET PLACE.
You are LEARNING and MATURING in His Spirit, daily.
You SEEK His Face and WALK in His TRUTH, committing your way to Him. - I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai we PRAISE Your Holy Name.
We GAZE upon Your MAJESTY with JOY and WONDER.
Who is able to REST in Your PRESENCE or LIVE on Your Holy Mountain?
Only those who live a BLAMELESS life, who behave UPRIGHTLY, who speak TRUTH from their hearts and KEEP their tongues from slander; who NEVER DO HARM to others or seek to discredit neighbors; who look with scorn on the vile, but HONOR those who FEAR the Lord/ Adonai! - I decree and declare I will BLESS the Lord/ Adonai AT ALL TIMES; His PRAISE is ALWAYS in my mouth.
When I BOAST, it is about the Lord/ Adonai; the Humble will HEAR of it and be GLAD! - I decree and declare we will PROCLAIM the GREATNESS of the Lord/ Adonai; we EXALT His Name together.
I sought the Lord/ Adonai, and He ANSWERED me; He RESCUED me from EVERYTHING I feared. - I decree and declare as you LOOK to the Lord/ Adonai your countenance will grow RADIANT; your face will never blush for shame.
You TASTE of the Lord and SEE that He is GOOD!
You are BLESSED because you take REFUGE in Him! - I decree and declare you, the HOLY People of the Most High/ El ‘Elyon, FEAR Him and LACK NOTHING.
You keep your tongues from evil and your lips from deceiving talk; you turn from evil, and do GOOD; SEEKING PEACE; YOU GO AFTER IT!
The EYES of the Lord/ Adonai WATCH over you, the RIGHTEOUS, and His Ears are open to your cry! - I decree and declare by God’s GRACE, you who were once slaves to sin, OBEYED from your heart and are now ENSLAVED to RIGHTEOUSNESS!
Now you offer your mind and body as slaves to RIGHTEOUSNESS, which leads to being made HOLY, SET APART for God! - I decree and declare that ETERNAL LIFE is what Each Individual receives as a FEE GIFT from God, in Union with Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, our Lord/ Adonai.
- I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“1 Now Moses was pasturing the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian; and he led the flock to the west side of the wilderness and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. 2 The angel of the Lord appeared to him in a blazing fire from the midst of a bush; and he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, yet the bush was not consumed. 3 So Moses said, “I must turn aside now and see this marvelous sight, why the bush is not burned up.” 4 When the Lord saw that he turned aside to look, God called to him from the midst of the bush and said, “Moses, Moses!” And he said, “Here I am.” 5 Then He said, “Do not come near here; remove your sandals from your feet, for the place on which you are standing is holy ground.” 6 He said also, “I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” Then Moses hid his face, for he was afraid to look at God,” Exodus 3:1-6.
“20 The Lord came down on Mount Sinai, to the top of the mountain; and the Lord called Moses to the top of the mountain, and Moses went up. 21 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, “Go down, warn the people, so that they do not break through to the Lord to gaze, and many of them perish. 22 Also let the priests who come near to the Lord consecrate themselves, or else the Lord will break out against them.” 23 Moses said to the Lord, “The people cannot come up to Mount Sinai, for You warned us, saying, ‘Set bounds about the mountain and consecrate it.’” 24 Then the Lord said to him, “Go down and come up again, you and Aaron with you; but do not let the priests and the people break through to come up to the Lord, or He will break forth upon them,”” Exodus 19:20-24.
“1 O Lord, who may abide in Your tent? Who may dwell on Your holy hill? 2 He who walks with integrity, and works righteousness, and speaks truth in his heart. 3 He does not slander with his tongue, nor does evil to his neighbor, nor takes up a reproach against his friend; 4 In whose eyes a reprobate is despised, but who honors those who fear the Lord; He swears to his own hurt and does not change; 5 He does not put out his money at interest, nor does he take a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things will never be shaken,” Psalm 15:1-5.
“1 I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. 2 My soul will make its boast in the Lord; the humble will hear it and rejoice. 3 O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together.
4 I sought the Lord, and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears. 5 They looked to Him and were radiant, and their faces will never be ashamed. 6 This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him and saved him out of all his troubles. 7 The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and rescues them.
8 O taste and see that the Lord is good; How blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him! 9 O fear the Lord, you His saints; for to those who fear Him there is no want. 10 The young lions do lack and suffer hunger; but they who seek the Lord shall not be in want of any good thing. 11 Come, you children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the Lord. 12 Who is the man who desires life and loves length of days that he may see good? 13 Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking deceit. 14 Depart from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.
15 The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous And His ears are open to their cry,” Psalm 34:1-15.
“17 But thanks be to God that though you were slaves of sin, you became obedient from the heart to that form of teaching to which you were committed, 18 and having been freed from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. 19 I am speaking in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For just as you presented your members as slaves to impurity and to lawlessness, resulting in further lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves to righteousness, resulting in sanctification.
20 For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness. 21 Therefore what benefit were you then deriving from the things of which you are now ashamed? For the outcome of those things is death. 22 But now having been freed from sin and enslaved to God, you derive your benefit, resulting in sanctification, and the outcome, eternal life. 23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord,” Romans 6:17-23.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
