Declarations & Decrees: I Hear and Trust the Word of The LORD — I Rejoice in His Salvation!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare I HEAR and TRUST in the Words of Christ/ Messiah!
  All who TRUST the Father, God Almighty/ El Shaddai, Who sent Him will have ETERNAL LIFE!
  All who TRUST will not come into Judgment but have PASSED OVER from death into LIFE!
• I decree and declare EARS and HEARTS are open to RESPOND to the call of the Lord.
  Those who HEAR will LIVE!
  For just as the Father has LIFE in Himself, so also, He has granted the Son to have LIFE in Himself.
  He has been given the AUTHORITY to JUDGE, because He is the Son of God.
• I decree and declare an hour is coming when ALL who are in their graves will HEAR the VOICE of the Son of Man and COME OUT!
  Those who have done GOOD will come to a RESURRECTION of LIFE, and those who have done EVIL will come to a RESURRECTION of JUDGMENT.
• I decree and declare I TRUST in Your LOVINGKINDNESS, Lord/ Adonai; my Heart REJOICES in Your SALVATION!
  I SING to You, Lord/ Adonai, because YOU have been GOOD to me!
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, I BLESS You, because you HEAR the sound of my prayers!
  You are my STRENGTH and my SHIELD.
  My Heart TRUSTS in You and You HELP me.
  My heart LEAPS for JOY and I will PRAISE You always with SONG!
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, You are my STRENGTH – a STRONGHOLD of SALVATION for Your Anointed.
  You SAVE Your People and BLESS Your inheritance; You Shepherd them and CARRY them FOREVER!
• I decree and declare Christ/ Messiah is the goal of the Law/ Torah as a means to RIGHTEOUSNESS for everyone who KEEPS TRUSTING.
  The Word is NEAR you, in your mouth and in your Heart — that is, the Word of FAITH that is being PROCLAIMED: for if you CONFESS with your mouth that Jesus/ Yeshua is Lord/ Adonai, and believe in your Heart that God/ Elohim raised Him from the dead, YOU WILL BE SAVED!
• I decree and declare with my Heart I believe for RIGHTEOUSNESS, and with my mouth I CONFESS for SALVATION.
  For WHOEVER TRUSTS in Him will not be put to shame.
  For the Lord/ Adonai is Lord of ALL — richly generous to ALL who CALL on Him.
  For EVERYONE who calls upon the Name of the Lord/ Adonai WILL BE SAVED!
• I decree and declare HOW BEAUTIFUL are the feet of those who PROCLAIM GOOD NEWS of Good things!
  Those who HEAR the Word of Christ/ Messiah and take hold of it with FAITH WILL BE SAVED!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“²⁴ “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.
²⁵ Truly, truly, I say to you, an hour is coming and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live. ²⁶ For just as the Father has life in Himself, even so He gave to the Son also to have life in Himself; ²⁷ and He gave Him authority to execute judgment, because He is the Son of Man. ²⁸ Do not marvel at this; for an hour is coming, in which all who are in the tombs will hear His voice, ²⁹ and will come forth; those who did the good deeds to a resurrection of life, those who committed the evil deeds to a resurrection of judgment.
³⁰ “I can do nothing on My own initiative. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me,” John 5:24-30.

“⁶ I will sing to the Lord, because He has dealt bountifully with me,” Psalm 13:6.

“⁶ Blessed be the Lord, because He has heard the voice of my supplication. ⁷ The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and I am helped; therefore my heart exults, and with my song I shall thank Him. ⁸ The Lord is their strength, and He is a saving defense to His anointed. ⁹ Save Your people and bless Your inheritance; be their shepherd also, and carry them forever,” Psalm 28:6-9.

“⁴ For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.
⁵ For Moses writes that the man who practices the righteousness which is based on law shall live by that righteousness. ⁶ But the righteousness based on faith speaks as follows: “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’ (that is, to bring Christ down), ⁷ or ‘Who will descend into the abyss?’ (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).” ⁸ But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”—that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, ⁹ that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; ¹⁰ for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation. ¹¹ For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in Him will not be disappointed.” ¹² For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him; ¹³ for “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
¹⁴ How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher? ¹⁵ How will they preach unless they are sent? Just as it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news of good things!”
¹⁶ However, they did not all heed the good news; for Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our report?” ¹⁷ So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ,” Romans 10:4-17.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
