Heal First, Then Move On
Moving on is not moving from one bad relationship to the next available one very fast.
Moving on is healing first, from a bad relationship.
Don’t carry pain from a bad relationship to your next relationship, it will crumble as fast as it started.
The foundation of your next relationship must be from a sweet place and not a bitter space.
Don’t poison your next relationship with blood and pus flowing from wounds that were caused in the previous ones. Let those wounds dry up to the point that the scar can hardly be seen and then make your step.
If the person who caused your pain no longer bothers your peace or steals your joy.
If their words no longer sting or their laughter no longer makes you want to vomit, if you wish them blessings instead of curses and believe they could even be better with someone else, you are doing great on the healing scale.
Be healed sister!
Be healed brother!
