Today I had an encounter with The Lord and these words He spoke to me

He said:

• The bible is not written for Him and He does not need the bible to live.
• All of the bible is in Him, but all of Him is not in the bible. He cannot be pegged with the written word.
• It was He who told the people of Israel not to eat the raven, yet when Elijah was hungry, He sent a raven to feed him.
• It was He who told the people of Israel not to marry the Philistines, yet moved Samson to marry one against His written word.
• He cannot be pegged by the written word.
• He told me some of His leadings cannot be understood even by prophets.
• He told the Israelites not to eat any unclean animal, yet instructed Peter to kill and eat against the written word. It took the apostolic counsel to decipher this.

Sometimes I am so amazed at God for His ways are past finding out…

Just sitting at His feet leaves me wiser each day..!
